ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS

The new ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS is the new Oh!FX confetti and streamers shooter machine. It includes a compressor and the innovative ETUBE loading system. The combination of the ETUBE SHOOTER + ETUBE SYSTEM means a new way to save consummables and transport costs, saving also space and simplifying set-up improving in security and reliability. You will also be contributing to improve the environment, as the disposable part of the ETUBE is 100% recyclable.

SET UP

Before setting up, it is important to make sure we have enough space to use the the

ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS avoiding that the confetti (or any other consumable in the etube) is directly pointed to people or objects, that may be too close and suffer damage.

1. Put the machine in a stable and flat surface.

2. Connect the control to the control power input (4). You can use different control systems (ie: 1 CHANNEL FX PUSHER, 1CHANNEL DMX SWITCH, etc). Once connected, make a test of shooting without load by actioning the control. If the set up is correct, the machine will shoot (if it is full of compressed air) and the indicating shooting led

(7) will light.

* If you need to action different machines ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS at the same time, connect the control power output (5) to the control power input (4) of the other machine. This way the machines will all be actioned simultaneously.

3. If you want to work using the internal compressor of the ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS connect the compressor power input (2). The compressor will start to load with air.

Once it has finished, the indicating compressor led (6) will light.

* You can use the compressor power output (3) for the compressor of other ETUBE

SHOOTER AIR PLUS, connecting it to the compressor power input of the other machine.

4. Adjust the inclination of the ETUBE adaptor by orientating to the desired angle.

Secure the position by tightening strongly the elbow nut (8).

FITTING OF THE ETUBE

1. Pull the fixing pins (10) in the ETUBE adaptor and turn them to its UNLOCK position, so they remain upwards.

2. Insert the green side of the ETUBE (12) all the way into the adaptor (9).

3. Pull again the fixing pins (10) in the ETUBE adaptor (9) to its LOCK position hem back

60º, so they remain loose.

4. Turn the ETUBE (12) until the fixing pins lock themselves into the ETUBE (You must hear a clicking noise confirming that the ETUBE is locked and secured).

5. Make sure the ETUBE is well fixed in the adaptor (9).

6. Tighten the safety pin (11).

ATTENTION: ETUBE is designed for one single use to guarentee its security.

If any time you wish to reload the charge, use only the aluminium tube provided.

OPERATION

1. Action the control to make the shot.

RELOAD

1. If you need to make several shots, you need to wait until the air compressor has finished charging. The indicating led (6) be lit once the machine is ready to shoot again.

2. To take out the used ETUBE (12), loosen the safety screw (11). Pull the fixing pins (10) in the ETUBE adaptor and turn them 60º, so they remain upwards. Pull the empty

ETUBE, and throw it away to the recyclable wate-bin.

3. Fit a new ETUBE as per instructions above fitting of the ETUBE.

REMARKS

The ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS allows an external compressor to be connected through the additional air entry (15), in case you are using an external air compressor, you can adjust the air pressure by regulating this compressor.

To control the machine, use a control pusher with flash position (not switch).

After each shot the machine will automatically recharge again the air tank with compressed air. Wait until the machine is fully charged to make a new shot.

It is recommended to purge the compressor tank periodically to eliminate the water that may have condensed inside it. To do that, make sure the tank is fully empty of air.

Loosen the purge valve (14) and let the water pour out. Put it back and tighten it once finished.

GENERAL CAUTION FOR ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS

The ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS has been designed for the described effect. Any other use, different from the written excludes Oh!FX (CONFETTISHOTS SLU) of liability and warranty.

Set a safety perimeter of 3 meters around the machine in which nobody should access at the moment of the shot.

Do not cover the ventilation grid of the ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS.

Use only the consumables intended for that specific use, and duly certified.

Do not wet the machine. To clean it, use a damp cloth and dry it immediately.

In case of malfunction, stop using the machine. Do not attempt to disassemble the machine and contact the distributor or manufacturer. Any manipulation may exclude the warranty.

Only an adult and qualified person must operate the machine.

MONTAJE

Antes de empezar a montar, es importante asegurar de que disponemos de suficiente espacio para usar el ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS y evitar que el confeti (u otro consumible utilizado) impacte contra nada ni nadie, pudiendo causar daños.

1. Coloque la máquina en una superficie plana y estable.

2. Conecte el control a la toma de entrada de control (4). Puede utilizar diferentes sistemas de control (ej: 1 CHANNEL FX PUSHER, 1CHANNEL DMX SWITCH, etc).

Una vez conectado haga una prueba de disparo sin carga accionando el control.

Si el montaje es correcto, la máquina disparará (si está cargada de aire comprimido) y se iluminará el led indicador de disparo (7).

*Si necesita disparar varias máquinas ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS al mismo tiempo, conecte la toma de salida de control (5) con la toma de entrada de control (4) de la siguiente máquina.

3. Si quiere trabajar utilizando el compresor interno del ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS, conecte la toma de entrada de corriente del compresor (2) a una toma de corriente.

El compresor empezará a cargar. Una vez el compresor haya finalizado la carga se parará y se encenderá el led indicador del compresor (6).

*Puede utilizar la toma de salida de corriente del compresor (3) para alimentar el compresor de otros ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS conectando la toma de salida de corriente (3) a la toma de entrada de corriente (2) de la siguiente máquina.

4. Para regular la inclinación del disparo afloje la tuerca del codo de salida (8) y, una vez orientado, vuelva a apretar fuertemente la tuerca del codo de salida.

COLOCACIÓN DE LA CARGA ETUBE

1. Tire de los pasadores de sujeción ETUBE (10) y gírelos 60 de forma que al soltarlos queden retraídos.

2. Inserte el ETUBE (12) en el fijador de ETUBE (9) por el extremo de color verde.

3. Tire de los pasadores de sujeción ETUBE (10) y gírelos 60 de forma que al soltarlos no queden retraídos.

4. Gire el ETUBE (12) hasta que los pasadores de ETUBE (10) vuelvan a su posición original sujetando el ETUBE (12).

5. Compruebe que la carga ETUBE (12) está firmemente sujeta al fijador de cargas

ETUBE (9).

6. Apriete el pasador de seguridad ETUBE (11).

ATENCIÓN: El ETUBE ha sido diseñado para un solo uso para garantizar su seguridad. Si desea recargarlo, use el tubo de aluminio proporcionado.

OPERATIVA

1. Accione el control para efectuar el disparo.

RECARGA

1. Si necesita hacer más de un disparo deberá esperar a que el compresor complete la carga. El led indicador del compresor (6) se iluminará cuando la máquina esté lista para volver a disparar.

2. Para retirar la carga ETUBE (12) usada, afloje el pasador de seguridad ETUBE (11).

Tire de los pasadores de sujeción ETUBE (10) y gírelos 60 de forma que al soltarlos queden retraídos. Retire la carga usada.

3. Coloque una nueva carga ETUBE (12) siguiendo los mismos pasos mencionados en el apartado “Colocación de la carga ETUBE”.

OBSERVACIONES

La máquina ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS permite alimentación externa de aire comprimido (toma de entrada de aire auxiliar (15)) por lo que puede trabajar sin utilizar el compresor interno y controlar la presión de trabajo mediante la fuente de aire externa.

Para el control de la máquina utilice un sistema de pulsador, no de interruptor.

Después de cada disparo la máquina se recargará automáticamente de aire.

Espere a que la máquina se haya recargado para efectuar el siguiente disparo.

Es recomendable hacer una purga del depósito de aire periódicamente para eliminar el agua que pueda condensar en el depósito. Para ello asegúrese de que no hay presión en el depósito. Afloje el tapón de la válvula de purga (14) y deje que el agua condensada salga del depósito. Vuelva a enroscar y apretar el tapón de la válvula de purga.

PRECAUCIONES

La máquina ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS ha sido diseñada para el efecto descrito.

Cualquier otro uso excluirá a Oh!FX (CONFETTISHOTS SLU) de toda responsabilidad y garantía.

Establezca un perímetro de seguridad de 3 metros alrededor de la máquina en el cuál no debe acceder nadie en el momento del disparo.

No cubra la rejilla de ventilación del ETUBE SHOOTER AIR PLUS.

Utilice sólo los consumibles previstos para este uso y debidamente certificados.

No moje la máquina. Para la limpieza utilice un paño húmedo y séquela inmediatamente.

Si detecta cualquier mal funcionamiento, deje de utilizar la máquina ETUBE SHOOTER

AIR PLUS y contacte con su distribuidor.

No intente desmontar ni reparar la máquina.

Cualquier manipulación invalidará la garantía.

Solo una persona adulta y cualificada debe manejar la máquina.
