Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Handhabung.
Beachten Sie bitte zur Vermeidung von Schäden und Verletzungen folgende Hinweise:
Das Dachreinigungsband hat scharfe Kanten, tragen Sie daher Handschuhe bei der Anbringung des Bandes auf dem
Dach und sichern Sie sich auf jeden Fall gegen Abstürze.
Verarbeiten Sie das Dachreinigungsband nicht bei Temperaturen unter 15° C und über 35° C. Gutes Anhaften ist nicht gewährleistet, wenn bei der Verarbeitung die Temperatur unter- oder überschritten wird. Das Dachreinigungsband nicht in der prallen Sonne verarbeiten!
Beachten Sie, dass bei einer Dachtiefe von über 7 Metern ein zweites Band angebracht werden sollte.

The roof cleaning tape has sharp edges. Please always wear safety gloves during installation and take precautions against falling off the roof.
Do not process the roof cleaning tape at temperatures below
15° C and when temperatures exceed 35° C. Good adhesion is not guaranteed if during processing the temperatures falls below or exceed. Do not fix the roof cleaning tape in the blazing sun!
Please use a second roof cleaning tape on roofs with a depth larger than 7 meters.

La bande de nettoyage pour le toit a des arêtes vives, donc porter des gants lors de la fixation de la bande sur le toit et fixé-vous dans chaque cas contre les chutes.
Ne pas traiter à des températures inférieures à 15° C et
35° C. Bonne adhérence est pas garanti la bande de nettoyage du toit lorsque la société de traitement, la température ou dépassé. La bande de nettoyage du toit ne sont pas traitées dans le soleil de plomb!
Notez que à une profondeur de toit de 7 mètres environ, une seconde band doit être fixée.

Il nastro di pulizia per il tetto ha spigoli vivi, indossare quindi guanti quando si fissa il nastro sul tetto e fissarsi in ogni caso contro cadute.
Non lavorare a temperature inferiori a 15° C e 35° C. Buona adesione non è garantito il nastro di pulizia del tetto quando nella società di trasformazione, la temperatura o superato. Il nastro di pulizia del tetto non viene elaborato sotto il sole cocente!
Notare che ad una profondità tetto di circa 7 metri, deve essere fissato un secondo nastro.

Montage
Kleben Sie das obere Ende des
Dachreinigungsbandes unter den
Dachfirst (ca. 1 – 2 cm), um zu verhindern, dass sich Schmutz und
Wasser zwischen der Bitumen- und der Kupferschicht ansammelt.
Wir empfehlen das Dachreinigungsband nur an der Nordseite des Hauses anzubringen. Die
Südseite des Daches ist aufgrund von extremen Temperaturen im
Sommer nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Dachreinigungsband ist nicht für glasierte oder mit Nanoversiegelungen (z.B. Lotuseffekt) behandelte Untergründe geeignet.
Installation
1. Bevor Sie das Dachreinigungsband ver- arbeiten, reinigen Sie die Dachein- deckung gründlich. Verwenden Sie nach
Möglichkeit einen Hochdruckreiniger und entfernen Sie damit Staub, Moos und andere Verunreinigungen auf einem
25 cm breiten Streifen unterhalb des
Dachfirsts.
2. Der Untergrund muss sauber, trocken, und klebefähig sein und darf keine Oberfläche haben, die abperlt (Lotus-, bzw.
Nano-Effekt).
3. Sollten die Dachrinnen aus Zink sein, benötigen diese vor der Installation des
Dachreinigungsbandes einen entsprechenden Schutzanstrich.

Montage
4. In jedem Fall ist es wichtig, vor Anbringung der Folie, einen
Klebetest durchzuführen. Entfernen Sie auf der Rückseite der
Rolle ein Stück der Schutzfolie und drücken Sie es auf einer kleinen Fläche der Dacheindeckung fest. Beim Abziehen des
Produktes müssen sich Fäden bilden. Ist dies der Fall, so ist der
Untergrund für die Anbringung geeignet.
5. Nach erfolgreichem Klebetest, entfernen Sie ein Stück der
Schutzfolie auf der Rückseite des Dachreinigungsbandes und schieben Sie dieses ca. 1 – 2 cm unter die Firstziegel.
6. Legen Sie die Rolle auf die Dacheindeckung und rollen Sie das
Dachreinigungsband langsam ab. Drücken Sie es dabei Stück für Stück fest an. Wichtig ist, dass die Klebestellen überall fest verbunden sind. Wir empfehlen, die Klebestellen nachträglich mit einem Nahtroller (z.B. Westfalia Art. Nr. 38 99 40) anzudrücken.
Hinweis: Generell empfehlen wir, die Dachrinne in regelmäßigen
Abständen zu reinigen oder eine geeignete Dachrinnenab- deckung zu verwenden (z. B. Westfalia Edelstahl-Dach- rinnenschutz, Artikel Nr. 53 59 06), um Verstopfungen jeglicher
Art präventiv zu vermeiden.

Installation
Stick the upper end of the roof cleaning tape under the roof ridge
(approx. 1 – 2 cm) to prevent dirt and water from accumulating between the bitumen and copper layers.
We recommend installing the roof cleaning tape only on the northern side. On the southern side it is not recommended because of the extreme temperatures in the summer.
The roof cleaning tape is not suitable for glazed on Nano-coated
(lotus effect) surfaces.
Installation
1. Before you install the roof cleaning tape, thoroughly clean the roof tiles. If possible, use a high pressure cleaner to remove dust, moss and other con- tamination on a 25 cm wide strip below the ridge of the roof.
2. Make sure that the surface is clean, dry and will accept glue. The surface material must not have a roll-off effect (Lotus or
Nano Effect).
3. For rain pipes made of zinc a protective coating is required before the roof cleaning tape can be installed.

4. In any case it is important to perform a glue-test before fixing the roof cleaning tape for the first time. Remove a small part of the protective film at the backside of the tape and attach it to the cleaned roof tiles. When you pull it off again the adhesive should pull strigs. In this case the surface is suitable for processing the roof cleaning tape.
5. After a successful glue-test remove a part of the protective film at the backside of the tape and push it approx. 1 – 2 cm under the ridge tile.
6. Place the roof cleaning tape roll on top of the roof tiles and firmly press down the tape piece by piece in order to stick it to the tiles. It is important that the adhesive layer sits firmly on all parts of the surface. We recommend using a seam roller (for example
Westfalia Art. No. 38 99 40) to firmly affix the adhesive joints.
In general we suggest to clean the rain pipe in regular intervals to preventatively avoid blockages of all kinds. Or use an appropriate cover for the rain pipe such as the Westfalia Stainless Steel
Gutter Covers, Art. No. 53 59 06.
