► Vergewissern Sie sich, dass als Betriebssystem Windows XP SP2 (Service Pack 2), Windows

► Positionieren Sie die Webcam und schließen Sie den USB-Stecker an eine freie USB-
Schnittstelle Ihres Computers an. Das Gerät wird vom Betriebssystem automatisch erkannt.

Die Funktion Ihrer Webcam können Sie mit dem Programm amcap testen.
► Kopieren Sie die Datei amcap.exe

Webcam-Software
Sie können aus zwei Softwarepaketen wählen:
► Legen Sie die mitgelieferte Software-CD in das CD/DVD-Laufwerk Ihres PCs ein.
Die CD wird automatisch gestartet.

Webcam in eine Messenger-Software integrieren

Die Bedienung Ihrer Messenger-Software kann von den aufgeführten Schritten abweichen.

Um die Webcam in eine Messenger-Software ( Lync , Skype , Google Hangout , usw.) zu integrieren, gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
► Starten Sie Ihre Messenger-Software.
► Melden Sie sich mit Ihrem Benutzernamen und Kennwort an.
Das Messenger-Fenster wird angezeigt.
► Wählen Sie eine Kontaktadresse aus.
► Klicken Sie im Messenger-Fenster auf das Webcam-Symbol.
Die ausgewählte Kontaktperson erhält eine Einladung zum Video-Chat.
Nach Bestätigung der Einladung beginnt die Video-Übertragung.

Fehlersuche
Problem Lösung
Die Webcam wird von meinem Computer nicht erkannt, wenn sie an ein USB-
Verlängerungskabel angeschlossen ist.
► Schließen Sie die Webcam direkt an eine
USB-Schnittstelle Ihres Computers an.
Hierzu eignet sich am besten eine USB-
Schnittstelle auf der Rückseite des Computers, da einige USB-Schnittstellen an der Frontseite unter Umständen nicht genug Strom für die
Webcam liefern.
Für die USB-Schnittstelle sind nicht genügend
Systemressourcen reserviert, dies führt zu einem
Systemfehler.
Aufgrund von zu vielen Geräten im System kommt es zu IRQ-Problemen mit dem USB-
Controller des Systems.
Die Webcam erfordert mindestens
Windows XP SP2, Vista oder Windows 7 oder ein neueres Betriebssystem.
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass die korrekte
Windows-Version installiert ist.
► Entfernen Sie einige USB-Geräte vom
System.
► Starten Sie das System neu.
Die Webcam leuchtet nicht auf oder der
Computer wird ohne ersichtlichen Grund neu gestartet.
Die Ressourcen werden nun neu zugeordnet.
Die an Ihren Computer angeschlossenen USB-
Geräte verbrauchen möglicherweise zu viel
Strom. Dies ist häufig der Fall, wenn mehrere
USB-Geräte an einen passiven USB-Hub oder einen USB-Hub mit eigener Spannungsversorgung angeschlossen sind. Das Dialogfeld
USB-Hubstromverbrauch überschritten wird angezeigt.

Installation
System requirements
● USB 2.0 Port
● The Full HD Pro Webcam supports UVC (USB Video Class)
● Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP without the need to install device driver
► Make sure that Windows XP SP2 (Service Pack 2), Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 is installed as the operating system.
► Position the Webcam and connect the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
The OS automatically detects the device.

Preview
You can test the operation of your Webcam with the aid of the program amcap .
► Insert the driver CD/DVD into your CD/DVD drive and copy the file amcap.exe
from the amcap folder to a location of your choice, for instance to the desktop.
► Connect the Webcam to your PC.
► Double-click amcap.exe
to launch amcap .
► Go to the Devices menu and select the option USB Video Device (Full HD Pro Webcam) .
► In Options menu select Preview .
A preview of the camera image will then be displayed.
HD video recording
You can record videos with the amcap software.
► Insert the driver CD/DVD into your CD/DVD drive and copy the file amcap.exe
from the a mcap folder to a location of your choice, for instance to the desktop.
► Connect the Webcam to your PC.
► Double-click amcap.exe
to launch amcap .
► Go to the Devices menu and select the option USB Video Device (Full HD Pro Webcam) .
► In Options menu, select Video Capture Pin .
► Set the colour spectrum/compression to MJPG .
► Set the output size, e.g. 1280 x 720 .
► Click OK to confirm the settings and close the window.
► To start HD video recording, select Start Capture in the Capture menu.
► To stop HD video recording, select Stop Capture in the Capture menu.

Integrating the Webcam into Messenger software
Operation of your Messenger software may differ from the steps listed. i
For more information, see the program Help or your software provider's website.
To integrate the Webcam into Messenger software ( Lync , Skype , Google Hangout , etc.), proceed as follows:
► Start your Messenger software.
► Log in with your user name and password.
The Messenger window is displayed.
► Select a contact address.
► Click on the Webcam symbol in the Messenger window.
The selected contact person receives an invitation to a video chat.
After confirming the invitation, the video transmission begins.

Trouble Shooting
Problem Solution
My computer cannot detect the Webcam when connect an extended USB cable.
► Connect the Webcam directly to a USB port on your computer.
Make sure the Webcam is connected to the USB port at the back of your computer. Some USB ports at the front of computers may not supply sufficient power for your Webcam.
If not enough system resources are reserved for the USB interface, this causes a system error.
There are too many devices in the system, causing IRQ problems with the system’s USB controller.
The Webcam requires at least Windows XP SP2,
Vista or Windows 7 or a newer operating system.
► Make sure windows OS version.
► Remove some USB devices from the system.
► Restart the system.
The Webcam does not light up or the computer restarts for no obvious reason.
The computer reallocates resources.
You may have USB devices drawing too much power from your computer. This can happen especially when connecting USB devices to a passive or self-powered USB hub. A USB Hub
Power Exceeded dialog box appears
► Connect the Webcam directly to your computer’s USB port.
► Use a USB hub with an external power supply.
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) is not installed.
To check if Windows XP Service Pack 2 is installed on your computer, proceed as follows:
► Right-click on the My computer icon on your
Desktop or in the Windows Start menu.
► Click Properties in the menu.
If Windows XP Service Pack 2 is not installed on your computer, please visit the Microsoft website at http://microsoft.com

Aperçu

Le programme amcap vous permet d'enregistrer une vidéo.
► Copiez le fichier amcap.exe se trouvant dans le dossier Amcap du CD/DVD de pilotes inséré dans votre lecteur CD/DVD à un emplacement de votre choix, par exemple sur le Bureau.

Pour intégrer la Webcam dans un logiciel de messagerie ( Lync , Skype , Google Hangout , etc.), procédez comme suit :
► Démarrez votre logiciel de messagerie.
► Saisissez votre nom d'utilisateur et votre mot de passe.
La fenêtre du logiciel de messagerie s`affiche à l`écran.
► Choisissez une adresse de contact.
► Cliquez sur l’icône de Webcam dans la fenêtre de messagerie.
La personne sélectionnée est invitée à participer au chat vidéo.
La transmission vidéo commence dès que l'invitation est confirmée.

Problème Solution
Mon ordinateur ne détecte pas la Webcam lorsque j'utilise une rallonge USB.
► Branchez la Webcam directement sur un port USB de votre ordinateur.
Veillez à brancher la Webcam sur le port USB au dos de votre ordinateur. La puissance fournie par certains ports USB peut être insuffisante pour votre Webcam.
Il n’y a pas suffisamment de ressources système réservées pour l’interface USB, cela provoque une erreur système.
Il y a trop de périphériques dans le système, ce qui entraîne des problèmes d'IRQ au niveau du contrôleur USB du système.
La Webcam est compatible avec Windows XP
SP2, Vista ou Windows 7 ou tout système d’exploitation plus récent.
► Assurez-vous que le système d'exploitation est Windows.
► Retirez quelques périphériques USB du système.
► Redémarrez le système.
La webcam ne s'allume pas ou l'ordinateur redémarre sans raison apparente.
L'ordinateur réattribue les ressources.
Certains périphériques USB absorbent peut-être trop de puissance de votre ordinateur. Ceci est possible surtout si vous branchez des périphériques USB sur un concetrateur passif ou auto-alimenté. Une boîte de dialogue indiquant que la puissance de concentrateur USB a été dépassée
► Branchez la Webcam directement sur un port USB de votre ordinateur.
► Utilisez un concentrateur USB avec une alimentation externe.

Il computer non è in grado di rilevare la webcam quando si collega un cavo di prolunga USB.

Mi ordenador no detecta la Webcam cuando utilizo un cable USB prolongador.
► Conecte la Webcam directamente a un puerto USB de su ordenador.
Compruebe que la Webcam está conectada al puerto USB en la parte trasera de su ordenador.
Algunos puertos USB en el frontal de los ordenadores no suministran la corriente suficiente para la Webcam.
El puerto USB no tiene reservados suficientes recursos del sistema, lo que provoca un fallo de sistema.
Hay demasiados dispositivos en el sistema, provocando problemas IRQ con el controlador
USB del sistema.
La Webcam requiere como mínimo
Windows XP SP2, Vista o Windows 7 o un sistema operativo superior.
► Compruebe la versión del sistema operativo Windows.
► Elimine algunos dispositivos USB del sistema.
► Reinicie el sistema.
La Webcam no se enciende o el ordenador se reinicia sin motivo aparente.

► Kopieer het bestand amcap.exe
van de driver-CD/-DVD in het CD-/DVD-station vanuit de map amcap naar een plaats van uw keuze (bijvoorbeeld naar het bureaublad).
► Verbind de Webcam met uw PC.
► Dubbelklik amcap.exe
om amcap te starten.
► Selecteer in het menu Devices de optie USB video device (Full HD Pro Webcam) .
► Selecteer de optie Preview in het menu Options .
Er wordt een voorbeeld weergegeven van het camerabeeld.
HD-video-opname
Met behulp van het programma amcap kunt u een video opnemen.

U kunt uit twee softwarepakketten kiezen:
► Plaats de meegeleverde software-CD in het CD/DVD-station van uw PC.
De CD start automatisch.
► Wanneer de CD niet automatisch start, dubbelklik dan op Launch.exe
in de index van Explorer.
De installatiesoftware wordt gestart:
► Selecteer de gewenste optie en volg de instructies op het beeldscherm.

Webcam integreren in Messenger-software
De bediening van de Messenger-software kan afwijken van de vermelde stappen. i
Meer informatie vindt u onder Help van het programma of op de website van de softwareleverancier.
Ga als volgt te werk om de Webcam in Messenger-software ( Lync , Skype , Google Hangout , etc.) te integreren:
► Start de Messenger-software.
► Meldt u aan met uw gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord.
Het Messenger-venster wordt weergegeven.
► Selecteer een contactadres.
► Klik in het Messenger-venster op het Webcam-symbool.
De geselecteerde contactpersoon ontvangt een uitnodiging voor video-chat.
Na bevestiging van de uitnodiging wordt gestart met de video-overdracht.

Storingen verhelpen
Probleem Oplossing
Mijn computer kan de Webcam niet detecteren na aansluiting via een verlengde USB-kabel.
► Sluit de Webcam direct op een USB-poort van uw computer aan.
Zorg dat de Webcam is aangesloten op een
USB-poort aan de achterzijde van uw computer.Sommige USB-poorten aan de voorzijde van een computer leveren mogelijk te weinig vermogen voor uw Webcam.
Voor de USB-interface zijn niet genoeg systeembronnen gereserveerd; dit leidt tot een systeemstoring.
Er zijn te veel apparaten op het systeem aangesloten, waardoor IRQ-problemen met de
USB-regelaar van het systeem worden veroorzaakt.
Voor de Webcam is minimaal Windows XP SP2,
Vista of Windows 7, of een nieuwer besturingssysteem vereist.
► Zorg dat er een Windows besturingssysteemversie wordt gebruikt.
► Verwijder enkele USB-apparaten van het systeem.
► Start het systeem opnieuw op.
De Webcam is niet aan of de PC wordt zonder aantoonbare reden opnieuw gestart.
De computer herverdeelt de systeemmiddelen.
U hebt wellicht USB-apparaten aangesloten die te veel vermogen van uw computer vergen.Dit gebeurt met name wanneer er USB-apparaten op een passieve USB-hub of een USB-hub met eigen voeding worden aangesloten.Er verschijnt een dialoogvenster met het bericht dat het vermogen van de USB-hub wordt overschreden.
► Sluit de Webcam direct op de USB-poort van uw computer aan.
► Gebruik een USB-hub met een externe voeding.
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) is niet geïnstalleerd.
Ga als volgt te werk om te controleren of
Windows XP Service Pack 2 op de PC is geïnstalleerd:•
► Klik met de rechter muisknop op het symbool Mijn computer op het bureaublad of in het Windows Startmenu.
► Klik in het menu op Eigenschappen .
Indien Windows XP Service Pack 2 niet op uw computer is geïnstalleerd, ga dan naar de
Microsoft website http://microsoft.com
om uw versie te actualiseren.
