JobSmart 390-7845 is a hand held abrasive blaster that uses compressed air to propel abrasive media at high velocity to remove rust, paint, and other coatings from surfaces. It is ideal for use on metal, wood, plastic, and other hard surfaces. The JobSmart 390-7845 features a durable construction, a large abrasive media canister, and a quick-connect coupler for easy attachment to an air compressor. It also comes with a variety of nozzles for different applications.

HAND HELD ABRASIVE BLASTER
Thank you for purchasing Hand Held Abrasive Blaster.
To make sure the Blaster is assembled and used correctly, carefully follow all instructions.
1. Attach Quick Connect Coupler to Air Hose Adapter and tighten
with wrench. NOTE: Use of sealant tape is recommended on
the threads of Air Hose Adapter to prevent air leakage.
2. Make sure Abrasive Media Canister is firmly attached to
Abrasive Gun. Tighten with wrench if necessary.
3. Fill Canister with abrasive media. Leave the top inch empty to
allow Canister Lid to attach properly.
WARNING: Do not use sand or silica based abrasives.
4. Twist lid to secure Abrasive Media Canister to Abrasive Gun.
5. Attach Air Hose to Quick Connect Coupler on Abrasive Gun.
6. Set air pressure between 80-100 PSI.
7. Point Abrasive Gun in a safe direction away from people, pets
or anything around you that may be damaged by direct or
indirect abrasive spray.
8. Pull trigger to begin abrasive blasting.
9. Release trigger to stop.
10. When finished abrasive blasting, disconnect air supply
from Abrasive Gun.

WARNING: Never open Abrasive Media Canister when air compressor is attached.
Note: Nozzle will become worn with time and will need to be replaced. To replace, twist off Nozzle Cap and remove Nozzle.
Attach new Nozzle and secure by twisting Nozzle Cap until tight.
