Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Erwerb dieses Bestron-Produktes.
In dieser Gebrauchsanweisung erläutern wir die Funktion und die
Benutzung. Lesen Sie somit diese Gebrauchsanweisung aufmerksam
durch, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur so,
wie es in der Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben ist. Bewahren Sie die
Gebrauchsanweisung danach sorgfältig auf.
Bei einem Defekt:
Sollte das Gerät unverhofft einen Defekt aufweisen, versuchen Sie dann
nie, die Reparatur selbst vorzunehmen. Lassen Sie Reparaturen immer
von einem qualifizierten Mechaniker ausführen.
Benutzung durch Kinder:
• Dieses Gerät muss aus der Reichweite von Kindern unter 3 Jahren
gehalten werden, wenn sie nicht ständig beaufsichtigt werden.
• Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren dürfen dieses Gerät nur an- und
ausstellen, wenn das Gerät gut platziert und in einer normalen
Position installiert wurde und wenn die Kinder beaufsichtigt werden
oder bezüglich der Funktion des Geräts und der Sicherheit aufgeklärt
wurden und sie sich der potenziellen Gefahren, die entstehen
können, bewusst sind.
• Kinder zwischen 3 und 8 Jahren dürfen das Gerät nicht anschließen
und einstellen.
• Die Reinigung und Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern durchgeführt
werden.
• Kinder müssen im Auge behalten werden, um sich dessen sicher zu
sein, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung der auf dem Typenschild
eines Elektrogerätes angegebenen Netzspannung entspricht, bevor
Sie es benutzen.
Stellen Sie Elektrogeräte immer an einer Stelle auf, an der sie nicht
fallen können, und auf einen stabilen und ebenen Untergrund.
Bestimmte Teile eines Elektrogerätes können warm oder manchmal
heiß werden. Berühren Sie diese nicht, um Verbrennungen zu

Tauchen Sie Elektrogeräte, Kabel oder Stecker nie in Wasser oder
eine andere Flüssigkeit.
Fassen Sie Elektrogeräte nie an, wenn sie ins Wasser gefallen sind.
Ziehen Sie direkt den Stecker aus der Steckdose. Benutzen Sie das
Gerät nicht mehr.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Elektrogeräte, Kabel und Stecker nicht mit
Hitzequellen, wie zum Beispiel eine heiße Kochplatte oder offenes
Feuer, in Berührung kommen.
Lassen Sie Kabel nie über den Rand der Anrichte, Arbeitsplatte oder
einen Tisch hängen.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker immer aus der Steckdose, wenn Sie das
Elektrogerät nicht benutzen.
Wenn Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen, ziehen Sie dann
am Stecker selbst und nicht am Kabel.
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig, ob das Kabel des Elektrogerätes noch
intakt ist. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn das Kabel Beschädigungen aufweist. Wenn das Kabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom
Hersteller, einem technischen Kundendienst oder einer Person mit
einer ähnlichen Qualifikation ersetzt werden, um jede Gefahr zu vermeiden.
Das Gerät darf nicht mittels eines externen Zeitschalters oder durch
ein separates System mit Fernbedienung eingeschaltet werden.

Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie das Gerät im Freien benutzen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nach der Benutzung gründlich (siehe

kommen mit heißes Luft.
Stecken Sie niemals Gegenstände durch den Korb.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur in Vertikalen Position.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht direkt unten den Wandsteckdose oder
auf hochfloriger Teppich.
Lassen Sie bei der Installation einen Abstand von 25 cm zur Seite,
20 cm über dem Gerät und 180 cm unter dem Gerät.
Um überhitzung zu vermeiden, decken Sie das Gerät nicht ab!

FUNKTION - Vor der ersten Verwendung
Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus der Verpackung und entfernen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial.
ACHTUNG:
• Um überhitzung zu vermeiden, decken Sie das Gerät nicht ab.
• Das Gerät darf nicht unmittelbar unterhalb einer Wandsteckdose aufgestellt werden
BENUTZUNG - Montage
Das Gerät kann an zwei Schrauben aufgehängt
werden. Sowohl die Schrauben als auch die Dübel
werden mitgeliefert.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Gerät nur in Räumen mit
einer Mindesthöhe von 220 cm aufgehängt werden
kann. Das heißt, dass der Abstand zwischen dem
Boden und der Unterseite des Geräts mindestens 180
cm betragen muss. Über dem Gerät muss mindestens
ein Abstand von ca. 20 cm frei bleiben. Auf beiden
Seiten des Geräts sollte ein Freiraum von ca. 25 cm
vorhanden sein.
Der Abstand zwischen den Schrauben muss 32,5 cm
betragen.

BENUTZUNG - Anschluss
Modell ohne Stecker:
Lassen Sie das Gerät (vorzugsweise)
von einem qualifizierten Monteur an

ÜBERHITZUNGSSICHERUNG
Dieses Gerät schaltet sich bei Überhitzung automatisch aus. Zum Beispiel bei vollständiger oder teilweiser
Verstopfung der Lüftungsöffnungen. Schalten Sie in diesem Fall das Gerät mit dem Standby-Schalter aus,
entfernen Sie das Objekt, das die Lüftungsschlitze blockiert, und warten Sie etwa 30 Minuten, bis das
Gerät abgekühlt ist. Schalten Sie das Gerät dann mit dem Standby-Schalter wieder ein. Wenn das Problem
weiterhin besteht, wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst.

BENUTZUNG - Schnellstart
Standby-Modus
Bevor Sie das Gerät mit der Fernbedienung bedienen können, müssen Sie es mit dem Standby-Schalter in
den Standby-Modus versetzen.
Lüften
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken. Das Gerät
beginnt zu lüften und das Belüftungslicht
geht an.

Warmluft blasen
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken. Drücken Sie
dann auf MODE. Das Gerät bläst warme Luft, es geht 1 Wärmelampe an und das Lüftungslicht .
Heißluft blasen
Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken. Drücken Sie dann
zweimal auf MODE. Das Gerät bläst heiße Luft, 2 Wärmelampen gehen an sowie das Lüftungslicht .
Schnelleinschaltung
Um das Gerät schnell mit Warmluft einzuschalten, drücken Sie die Schnellstarttaste auf der Rückseite des
Geräts.
BENUTZUNG - Temperatur einstellen
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken.
2. Drücken Sie dann - oder +, um die Temperatur zu verringern oder zu erhöhen.
Die ersten 2 Ziffern des Displays geben die aktuelle Umgebungstemperatur an.
Die letzten 2 Ziffern geben die gewünschte Temperatur an.
Wenn die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist, sorgt der automatische Thermostat dafür, dass der Raum auf
der eingestellten Temperatur bleibt. Die ersten beiden Ziffern des Displays können gelegentlich um einige
Grad abweichen. Das ist normal.
BENUTZUNG - Abschalt-timer verwenden
Mit dem Abschalt-Timer können Sie das Gerät nach einer festgelegten Zeit automatisch ausschalten lassen.
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken.
2. Drücken Sie 24H auf der Fernbedienung.
3. Drücken Sie erneut 24H, um die eingestellte Zeit um jeweils 1 Stunde zu verlängern.
Das Gerät schaltet sich nach der eingestellten Zeit automatisch aus.
BENUTZUNG - Einstellen des aktuellen tags und der aktuelle zeit
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken.
2. Drücken Sie auf SET auf der Fernbedienung.
3. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um den Wochentag einzustellen.
(Mo = 1, Di = 2, Mi = 3, Do = 4, Fr = 5, Sa = 6, So = 7)
4. Drücken Sie erneut auf SET.
5. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um die Stunden einzustellen.
6. Drücken Sie erneut auf SET.
7. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um die Minuten einzustellen.
8. Drücken Sie erneut auf SET.
ACHTUNG:
Wenn Sie das Gerät mit dem Standby-Schalter auf der Rückseite ausschalten, gehen alle Einstellungen
verloren. Sie müssen dann alle Einstellungen erneut vornehmen, um den Wochen-Timer zu verwenden.
BENUTZUNG - Wochen-timer verwenden
Mit dem Wochen-Timer können Sie das Gerät an jedem Wochentag zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten automatisch
ein- und ausschalten lassen. Bevor Sie den Wochen-Timer verwenden können, müssen Sie den aktuellen
Tag und die aktuelle Uhrzeit einstellen. Siehe obenstehendes Kapitel.
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die ON/OFF-Taste auf der Fernbedienung drücken.
2. Drücken Sie auf TIMER auf der Fernbedienung. Das Display zeigt die Ziffer 1 an, d.h. Sie können jetzt
die Einschaltzeit für Montag einstellen.

Einschaltzeit einstellen:

4. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um die Stunden einzustellen.
5. Drücken Sie erneut auf TIMER.
6. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um die Minuten einzustellen.
Die Einschaltzeit ist nun eingestellt. Sie können jetzt die Ausschaltzeit einstellen.
Ausschaltzeit einstellen:
7. Drücken Sie erneut auf TIMER.
8. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um die Stunden einzustellen.
9. Drücken Sie erneut auf TIMER.
10. Drücken Sie dann auf - oder +, um die Minuten einzustellen.
Die Ausschaltzeit ist nun eingestellt. Das Gerät schaltet sich nach einigen Sekunden aus.
Das Gerät wird nun jeden Montag zu den festgelegten Zeiten ein- und ausgeschaltet.
Sie können auch die Ein- und Ausschaltzeiten für die verbleibenden Wochentage festlegen. Wiederholen
Sie dann die Schritte 1 und 2, wählen Sie dann mit den Tasten - und + einen anderen Wochentag aus. Zum
Beispiel die 4, die angibt, dass Sie die Ein- und Ausschaltzeiten für Donnerstag festlegen möchten.
Fahren Sie dann mit den Schritten 3 bis 10 fort. Wiederholen Sie dies für jeden Wochentag, an dem Sie das
Gerät automatisch ein- und ausschalten möchten.
Wenn Sie die Ein- und Ausschaltzeiten eingestellt haben, können Sie auch die gewünschte Temperatur für
jeden Wochentag einstellen.
Einstellen der Temperatur für jeden Wochentag:
11. Drücken Sie DELAY. Sie sehen eine Zahl (Wochentag), gefolgt von zwei Zahlen (Temperatur).
12. Drücken Sie dann - oder +, um die Temperatur zu verringern oder zu erhöhen.
13. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 11 und 12, um die Temperatur für jeden Wochentag einzustellen.
ACHTUNG:
Wenn Sie das Gerät mit dem Standby-Schalter auf der Rückseite ausschalten, gehen alle Einstellungen
verloren. Sie müssen dann alle Einstellungen erneut vornehmen, um den Wochen-Timer zu verwenden.
OFFENE-FENSTER-SICHERUNG
Die Offene-Fenster-Sicherung stellt sicher, dass sich das Gerät automatisch ausschaltet, wenn die
Umgebungstemperatur in kurzer Zeit um mehr als 3 Grad abfällt, beispielsweise weil eine Tür oder ein
Fenster geöffnet ist. Dies verhindert, dass die gesamte Warmluft sofort nach draußen verfliegt.
1. Drücken Sie AUTO, um die Offene-Fenster-Sicherung zu aktivieren.
2. Drücken Sie erneut AUTO, um die Offene-Fenster-Sicherung zu deaktivieren.
KINDERSICHERUNG
Die Kindersicherung verhindert, dass Kinder die Einstellungen mit der Fernbedienung durcheinander
bringen. Wenn die Kindersicherung aktiviert ist, erlischt fast das ganze Display und Sie können das Gerät
nicht mehr mit der Fernbedienung bedienen.
1. Drücken Sie auf LOCK, um die Kindersicherung zu aktivieren.
2. Drücken Sie erneut auf LOCK, um die Kindersicherung zu deaktivieren.
CLOCK
Durch Drücken der CLOCK-Taste auf der Fernbedienung zeigt das Digitaldisplay die aktuelle Uhrzeit an.
Nach einigen Sekunden kehrt das Display zur vorherigen Position zurück.

GARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN
Bestron handhabt unter den folgenden Bedingungen eine Garantie von 60 Monaten ab Kaufdatum gegen
Defekte, die durch Herstellungs- und/oder Materialfehler entstanden sind.
1. Im genannten Garantiezeitraum werden keine Kosten für Arbeitslohn und Material berechnet.
2. Die unter der Garantie ausgeführte Reparatur verlängert nicht die Garantiefrist.
3.Defekte Zubehörteile oder bei Umtausch die defekten Geräte selbst werden automatisch Eigentum von
Bestron.
4. Die Garantie gilt ausschließlich für den ersten Käufer und ist nicht übertragbar.
5. Die Garantie gilt nicht für einen Schaden, der entstanden ist durch:
• Unfälle
• falsche Benutzung
• Verschleiß
• Verwahrlosung
• Fehlerhafte Installation
• Anschluss an eine andere Netzspannung als die, die auf dem Typenschild genannt ist
• Unautorisierte Veränderung
• Von nicht qualifizierten Dritten ausgeführte Reparaturen
• Benutzung entgegen den geltenden gesetzlichen, technischen oder Sicherheitsnormen
• Unsorgfältigen Transport ohne geeignete Verpackung oder anderen Schutz
6. Ein Anspruch auf Garantie kann nicht erhoben werden bei:
• Einem Schaden während des Transports
• Der Entfernung oder Änderung der Seriennummer des Gerätes
7. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind:
• Kabel
• Lampen
• Zubehörteile aus Glas
• Filter
8.Die Garantie berechtigt neben dem Ersatz beziehungsweise der Reparatur der defekten Zubehörteile
nicht zu irgendeiner Erstattung eines eventuellen Schadens. Bestron kann nie für einen eventuellen
Folgeschaden oder irgendwelche andere Konsequenzen, die durch oder in Bezug auf das von ihr
gelieferte Gerät entstanden sind, haftbar gemacht werden.
9.Der Garantieanspruch kann nur bei Ihrem (Web-)Händler oder direkt beim Bestron Kundendienst geltend
gemacht werden. Senden Sie ein Gerät nicht ohne vorherige Rücksprache zurück. Das Paket kann dann
abgelehnt werden und eventuelle Kosten gehen zu Ihren Lasten. Nehmen Sie erst für Anweisungen,
wie Sie das Gerät einpacken und versenden müssen, Kontakt auf. Jedem Garantieanspruch muss der
Kaufbeleg beigefügt werden.

Pour éviter toute surchauffe, veuillez à ce que les grilles d’entrée et de
sortie restent dégagées. Ne les obstruez jamais. En outre, il convient

Retirez l’appareil de l’emballage et enlevez tous les composants d’emballage.

FONCTIONNEMENT - Montage
L’appareil peut être suspendu à deux vis. Les vis et les
chevilles sont fournies.
Faites attention au fait que l’appareil peut seulement
être suspendu dans des pièces ayant une hauteur
minimale de 220cm. Cela signifie que la distance
entre le sol et la partie inférieure de l’appareil doit être
au minimum de 180 cm. Au-dessus de l’appareil, il doit
encore y avoir un espace libre d’au moins 20 cm. Des
deux côtés de l’appareil il faut laisser un espace libre
de 25cm.
La distance entre les vis doit être de 32,5cm.

PROTECTION CONTRE LA SURCHAUFFE
Cet appareil se coupe automatiquement en cas de surchauffe. Par exemple en cas d’obstruction totale ou
partielle des ouvertures de ventilation. Dans ce cas, éteignez l’appareil avec l’interrupteur Stand-By, retirez
l’objet qui bloque les ouvertures de ventilation et attendez environ 30 minutes que l’appareil ait refroidi.

Mise en marche rapide
Pour mettre l’appareil en marche rapidement avec de l’air chaud, appuyez sur la touche QuickStart à
l’arrière de l’appareil.
FONCTIONNEMENT - Definir la temperature
1. Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur la touche ON/OFF de la télécommande.
2. Appuyez ensuite sur – ou + pour diminuer ou augmenter la température.
Les 2 premiers chiffres sur l’écran indiquent la température ambiante actuelle.
Les 2 derniers chiffres sur l’écran indiquent la température souhaitée.
Une fois la température souhaitée atteinte, le thermostat automatique fera en sorte que la pièce reste à
la température définie. De ce fait, les 2 premiers chiffres sur l’écran peuvent de temps en temps varier de
quelques degrés. C’est normal.
FONCTIONNEMENT - Utiliser la minuterie d’arret
Avec la minuterie d’arrêt, l’appareil peut s’arrêter automatiquement après un certain laps de temps défini.
1. Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur la touche ON/OFF de la télécommande.
2. Appuyez sur 24H sur la télécommande.
3. Appuyez encore une fois sur 24H pour prolonger le laps de temps défini d’une heure.
L’appareil s’arrêtera automatiquement après le laps de temps défini.
FONCTIONNEMENT - Definir le jour et l’heure
1. Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur la touche ON/OFF de la télécommande.
2. Appuyez sur SET sur la télécommande.
3. Puis appuyez sur – ou + pour définir le jour de la semaine.
(lun = 1, ma = 2, mer = 3, jeu = 4, ven = 5, sam = 6, dim = 7)
4. Appuyez de nouveau sur SET.
5. Puis appuyez sur – ou + pour définir l’heure.
6. Appuyez de nouveau sur SET.
7. Puis appuyez sur – ou + pour définir les minutes.
8. Appuyez de nouveau sur SET.
ATTENTION :
Si vous éteignez votre appareil avec l’interrupteur Stand-By à l’arrière, vous perdrez tous les réglages.
Vous devrez alors entrer de nouveaux tous les réglages pour pouvoir utiliser la minuterie hebdomadaire.
FONCTIONNEMENT - Utiliser la minuterie hebdomadaire
Avec la minuterie hebdomadaire, l’appareil peut se mettre en marche et s’éteindre automatiquement chaque
jour de la semaine à différentes heures. Avant de pouvoir utiliser la minuterie hebdomadaire, vous devez
d’abord définir le jour et l’heure. Voir chapitre précédent.
1. Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur la touche ON/OFF de la télécommande.
2. Appuyez sur TIMER sur la télécommande. L’écran indique 1 chiffre ce qui signifie que vous pouvez à
présent définir l’heure de mise en marche pour lundi.

Le moment d’arrêt est à présent défini. Au bout de quelques secondes, l’appareil va s’arrêter.
Maintenant, l’appareil va se mettre en marche et s’arrêter chaque lundi aux heures définies.
Pour les autres jours de la semaine, vous pouvez aussi définir des heures de marche et d’arrêt. Répétez les
étapes 1 et 2, mais sélectionnez ensuite un autre jour de la semaine avec les touches – et +. Par exemple
4, qui indique que vous voulez définir les heures de marche et d’arrêt pour jeudi.
Poursuivez ensuite avec les étapes 3 à 10. Et répétez l’opération pour chaque jour de la semaine où vous
voulez que l’appareil se mette en marche et s’arrête automatiquement.
Si vous avez terminé de définir les heures de marche et d’arrêt, vous pouvez aussi définir la température
souhaitée pour chaque jour de la semaine.
Définir la température pour chaque jour de la semaine :
11. Appuyez sur DELAY. Vous voyez un chiffre (jour de la semaine) suivi de deux chiffres (température).
12. Puis, appuyez sur – ou + pour diminuer ou augmenter la température.
13. Répétez les étapes 11 et 12 pour définir la température pour chaque jour de la semaine.
ATTENTION :
Si vous éteignez votre appareil avec l’interrupteur Stand-By à l’arrière, vous perdrez tous les réglages.
Vous devez alors entrer de nouveaux tous les réglages pour pouvoir utiliser la minuterie hebdomadaire.
SECURITE FENETRE OUVERTE
La sécurité fenêtre ouverte fait en sorte que l’appareil s’arrête automatiquement si la température ambiante
chute de plus de 3 degrés en peu de temps, par exemple parce qu’une porte ou une fenêtre est ouverte.
Vous évitez ainsi que tout l’air chaud se perde à l’extérieur.
1. Appuyez sur AUTO pour activer la sécurité fenêtre ouverte.
2. Appuyez encore une fois sur AUTO pour arrêter la sécurité fenêtre ouverte.
SECURITE ENFANT
La sécurité enfant empêche que les enfants puissent perturber les réglages avec la télécommande. Si la
sécurité enfant est activée, pratiquement tout l’écran s’éteint et vous ne pouvez plus utiliser l’appareil avec
la télécommande.
1. Appuyez sur LOCK pour activer la sécurité enfant.
2. Appuyez encore une fois sur LOCK pour désactiver la sécurité enfant.
HORLOGE
En appuyant sur le bouton CLOCK sur la télécommande, l’écran numérique affiche l’heure actuelle. Au bout
de quelques secondes, l’écran repasse à la position précédente.

Bij een defect:
Mocht het apparaat onverhoopt defect raken, probeer dan nooit zélf
de reparatie uit te voeren. Laat reparaties altijd uitvoeren door een

Gebruik door kinderen:
• Dit apparaat dient buiten bereik gehouden te worden van kinderen

WERKING - Voor het eerste gebruik
Haal het apparaat uit de verpakking en verwijder alle verpakkingsonderdelen.
LET OP:
• Dek het apparaat niet af om oververhitting te voorkomen.
• Plaats het apparaat niet direct onder een stopcontact.
WERKING - Montage
Het apparaat kan worden opgehangen aan twee
schroeven. Zowel de schroeven als pluggen zijn
bijgeleverd.
Let er op dat het apparaat alleen in ruimtes met een
minimale hoogte van 220cm kan worden opgehangen.
Dat betekent dat de afstand tussen de vloer en de
onderkant van het apparaat minimaal 180cm moet
zijn. Boven het apparaat moet nog minstens een
ruimte van zo’n 20cm vrij blijven. Aan weerszijden van
het apparaat moet een vrije ruimte van zo’n 25cm zijn.

OVERVERHITTINGSBEVEILIGING
Dit apparaat wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld in geval van oververhitting. Bijvoorbeeld bij een gehele of
gedeeltelijke obstructie van de ventilatieopeningen. In dat geval, schakel het apparaat dan uit met de StandBy schakelaar, verwijder het voorwerp dat de ventilatieopeningen blokkeert en wacht ongeveer 30 minuten

schakelaar in de stand-by modus te zetten.
Ventileren
Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken. Het apparaat gaat
ventileren en het ventilatielampje gaat aan.

Warme lucht blazen
Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken. Druk daarna op
MODE. Het apparaat gaat warme lucht blazen, er gaat 1 warmtelampje aan en het ventilatielampje gaat

Hete lucht blazen
Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken. Druk daarna
twee maal op MODE. Het apparaat gaat hete lucht blazen, er gaan 2 warmtelampjes
aan en het
ventilatielampje gaat aan.
Snel inschakelen
Om het apparaat snel in te schakelen met warme lucht, drukt u op de QuickStart toets aan de achterzijde
van het apparaat.
WERKING - De temperatuur instellen
1. Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken.
2. Druk daarna op – of + om de temperatuur te verlagen of te verhogen.
De eerste 2 cijfers van het display geven de huidige omgevingstemperatuur aan.
De laatste 2 cijfers geven de gewenste temperatuur aan.
Als de gewenste temperatuur bereikt is, zal de automatische thermostaat er voor zorgen dat de ruimte op
de ingestelde temperatuur blijft. Daarbij kunnen de eerste 2 cijfers van het display af en toe enkele graden
afwijken. Dat is normaal.
WERKING - De uitschakel-timer gebruiken
Met de uitschakel-timer kunt u het apparaat automatisch laten uitschakelen na een bepaalde ingestelde tijd.
1. Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken.
2. Druk op 24H op de afstandsbediening.
3. Druk nogmaals op 24H om de ingestelde tijd steeds met 1 uur te verlengen.
Het apparaat zal na de ingestelde tijd automatisch uitschakelen.
WERKING - De huidige dag en tijd instellen
1. Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken.
2. Druk op SET op de afstandsbediening.
3. Druk daarna op – of + om de dag van de week in te stellen.
(ma = 1, di = 2, wo = 3, do = 4, vr = 5, za = 6, zo = 7)

WERKING - De week-timer gebruiken
Met de week-timer kunt u het apparaat automatisch elke weekdag op verschillende tijden laten in -en
uitschakelen. Alvorens de week-timer te kunnen gebruiken, dient u eerst de huidige dag en tijd in te stellen.
Zie bovenstaande hoofdstuk.
1. Schakel het apparaat in door op de ON/OFF toets van de afstandsbediening te drukken.
2. Druk op TIMER op de afstandsbediening. Het display geeft het cijfer 1 aan, wat betekent dat u nu de
inschakeltijd voor maandag kunt instellen.

2, maar selecteer daarna met de – en + toets een andere weekdag. Bijvoorbeeld 4, wat aangeeft dat u de
inschakel -en uitschakeltijden voor donderdag wilt instellen.
Ga daarna verder met stap 3 t/m 10. En herhaal dit voor elke weekdag dat u het apparaat automatisch wilt
in -en uitschakelen.
Als u klaar bent met het instellen van de inschakel -en uitschakeltijden, kunt u voor elke weekdag ook nog
de gewenste temperatuur instellen.
Temperatuur voor elke weekdag instellen:
11. Druk op DELAY. U ziet een cijfer (weekdag) met daarachter twee cijfers (temperatuur).
12. Druk daarna op – of + om de temperatuur te verlagen of te verhogen.
13. Herhaal stap 11 en 12 om de temperatuur in te stellen voor elke weekdag.
Let op: Als u het apparaat uitschakelt met de Stand-By schakelkaar aan de achterzijde, gaan alle instellingen
verloren. U moet dan alle instellingen opnieuw uitvoeren om de week-timer te kunnen gebruiken.
OPEN-RAAM BEVEILIGING
De Open-Raam beveiliging zorgt er voor dat het apparaat automatisch uitschakelt als de omgevingstemperatuur
in korte tijd meer dan 3 graden zakt, bijvoorbeeld omdat er een deur of raam openstaat. Zo voorkomt u dat
alle warme lucht meteen naar buiten vervliegt.
1. Druk op AUTO om de Open-Raam beveiliging in te schakelen.
2. Druk nogmaals op AUTO om de Open-Raam beveiliging weer uit te schakelen.
KINDERSLOT
Het kinderslot voorkomt dat kinderen de instellingen met de afstandsbediening kunnen verstoren. Als het
kinderslot is geactiveerd, gaat vrijwel het hele display uit en kunt u het apparaat niet meer bedienen met de
afstandsbediening.
1. Druk op LOCK om het kinderslot te activeren.
2. Druk nogmaals op LOCK om het kinderslot te de-activeren.
KLOK
Door op de knop CLOCK op de afstandsbediening te drukken, laat het digitale display de huidige tijd zien.
Na enkele seconden keert het display weer terug naar de eerdere stand.

GARANTIEBEPALINGEN
Bestron hanteert onder de volgende voorwaarden 60 maanden na aankoopdatum garantie op deze apparatuur tegen defecten die zijn ontstaan door fabricage- en/of materiaalfouten.

OPERATION - Before first use
Remove the device from the packaging and remove all the packaging materials.
WARNING:
• In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the device.

The device can be hung up using two screws. The
screws as well as the plugs are included.
Please note that the device can only be installed in
rooms with a minimum height of 220 cm. This means
that the distance between the floor and the bottom of
the appliance must be at least 180 cm. A space of at
least 20 cm must remain free above the device. There
should also be a free space of about 25 cm on either
side of the device.
The distance between the screws must be 32.5 cm.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING
This device turns off automatically in the event of overheating. For example, when ventilation is either
partly or completely obstructed. In this case, turn off the device with the Standby switch, remove the object
blocking the vents and wait about 30 minutes for the device to cool. Then switch the device on again with

Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control. Then press MODE. The device
will provide warm air, 1 heat lamp switches on and the ventilation light

Hot air

device will provide hot air, 2 heat lamps switch on
and the ventilation light

Switch on quickly
To switch the device on quickly with warm air, press the QuickStart button on the back of the device.
OPERATION - Setting the temperature
1. Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
2. Then press - or + to decrease or increase the temperature.
The first 2 digits on the display indicate the current temperature. The last 2 digits indicate the desired
temperature.
When it reaches the desired temperature, the automatic thermostat ensures that the room stays at the set
temperature. The first 2 digits on the display may occasionally deviate by a few degrees. This is normal.
OPERATION - Using the power-off timer
The power-off timer allows you to set the appliance to switch off automatically after a set time.
1. Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
2. Press 24H on the remote control.
3. Press 24H again to increase the set time by 1 hour at a time.
The device will switch off automatically after the set time.
OPERATION - Set the current day and time
1. Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
2. Press SET on the remote control.
3. Then press - or + to set the day of the week.
(Mon = 1, Tue = 2, Wed = 3, Thu = 4, Fri = 5, Sat = 6, Sun = 7).
4. Press SET again.
5. Then press - or + to set the hours.
6. Press SET again.
7. Press – or + to set the minutes.
8. Press SET again.
WARNING:
If you switch off the device with the Standby switch on the back, all settings will be lost. You must then enter

OPERATION - Using the timer
With the week timer you can have the device automatically switched on and off at different times every
weekday. Before using the weekly timer, you must set the current day and time. See the above chapter.
1. Switch on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
2. Press TIMER on the remote control. The display shows the number 1, which means that you can now
set the power-on time for Monday.

then select another weekday using the - and + key. For example, #4 indicates that you wish to set the on
and off times for Thursday.
Then continue with steps 3 to 10. Repeat this for every weekday that you wish to have the device turn on
and off automatically.
When you have finished setting the power-on and power-off times, you can also set the desired temperature
for each weekday.
Setting the temperature for each weekday:
11. Press DELAY. You will see a number (weekday) followed by two numbers (temperature).
12. Then press - or + to decrease or increase the temperature.
13. Repeat steps 11 and 12 to set the temperature for each weekday.
WARNING:
If you switch off the device with the Standby switch on the back, all settings will be lost. You must then enter
all settings again to use the weekly timer.
OPEN-WINDOW PROTECTION
The Open-Window protection ensures that the device switches off automatically if the ambient temperature
drops by more than 3 degrees in a short space of time, for example because a door or a window is open.
This prevents all hot air from evaporating immediately.
1. Press AUTO to activate the Open-Window protection.
2. Press AUTO again to deactivate the Open-Window protection.
CHILD LOCK
The child lock prevents children from changing the settings with the remote control. When the child lock
is activated, almost the entire display turns off and you can no longer operate the device with the remote
control.
1. Press LOCK to activate the child lock.
2. Press LOCK again to deactivate the child lock.
CLOCK
By pressing the CLOCK button on the remote control, the digital display shows the current time. After a few
seconds the display will return to the previous screen.

FUNZIONAMENTO - Operazioni preliminari al primo utilizzo

ATTENZIONE:
• Non coprire l’apparecchio non funziona per evitare il surriscaldamento.
• Non posizionare il dispositivo direttamente sotto una presa di corrente
USO - Montaggio
Il dispositivo può essere fissato tramite due viti.
Pertanto sono incluse le viti e i tasselli.
Si prega di notare che l’apparecchio può essere fissato
solo in stanze con un’altezza minima di 220 cm. Ciò
significa che la distanza tra il pavimento e la parte
inferiore dell’apparecchio dovrà essere di almeno 180

USO - Impostare la temperatura
1. Accendere l’apparecchio premendo il tasto ON/OFF del telecomando
2. Quindi premere - o + per ridurre o aumentare la temperatura.
Le prime 2 cifre del display indicano la temperatura corrente dell’ambiente.
Le ultime 2 cifre indicano la temperatura desiderata.
Quando viene raggiunta la temperatura desiderata, il termometro in automatico garantirà che l’ambiente
rimanga alla temperatura impostata. Le prime 2 cifre sul display potranno occasionalmente variare di alcuni
gradi. Ciò è normale.
USO - Utilizzo del timer di spegnimento
Con il timer di spegnimento è possibile spegnere automaticamente il dispositivo a un orario prestabilito.
1. Accendere l’apparecchio premendo il tasto ON/OFF del telecomando
2. Premere 24H sul telecomando.
3. Premere di nuovo 24H per prolungare l’orario di spegnimento di 1 ora alla volta.
Il dispositivo si spegnerà automaticamente all’orario impostato.
USO - Impostare data e ora
1. Accendere l’apparecchio premendo il tasto ON/OFF del telecomando
2. Premere SET sul telecomando.
3. Quindi premere - o + per impostare il giorno della settimana.

USO - Utilizzo del timer settimanale
Utilizzando il timer settimanale è possibile accendere e spegnere automaticamente il dispositivo in diversi
orari per ogni giorno della settimana. Prima di utilizzare il timer settimanale, è necessario impostare la data
e l’ora. Vedi il capitolo sopra.
1. Accendere l’apparecchio premendo il tasto ON/OFF del telecomando
2. Premere TIMER sul telecomando. Il display mostra il numero 1, il che significa che è possibile impostare
l’orario di accensione per lunedì.

È possibile impostare gli orari di accensione e di spegnimento anche per gli altri giorni della settimana.
Basta ripetere i passaggi 1 e 2, ma selezionando un giorno della settimana diverso con il tasto - e +. Per
esempio, il numero 4 indica gli orari di accensione e di spegnimento desiderati per giovedì.
Quindi continuare con i passaggi da 3 a 10. E ripetere l’operazione per ogni giorno della settimana in cui si
desidera accendere e spegnere automaticamente il dispositivo.
Al termine dell’impostazione degli orari di accensione e di spegnimento, è possibile impostare anche la
temperatura desiderata per ogni giorno della settimana.
Impostare la temperatura per ogni giorno della settimana:
11. Premere su DELAY. Apparirà un numero (equivalente al giorno della settimana) seguito da due numeri
(temperatura).
12. Quindi premere - o + per ridurre o aumentare la temperatura.
13. Ripetere i passaggi 11 e 12 per impostare la temperatura ogni giorno della settimana.
ATTENZIONE:
Se il dispositivo viene spento con l’interruttore Stand-By posto sul retro del dispositivo, tutte le impostazioni
andranno perse. Quindi sarà necessario impostarle di nuovo per utilizzare il timer settimanale.
SISTEMA DI SICUREZZA PER FINESTRE APERTE
Il sistema di protezione per finestre aperte Open-Window assicura che il dispositivo si spenga
automaticamente se la temperatura dell’ambiente scende repentinamente di oltre 3 gradi, per esempio
perché una porta o una finestra sono aperte. In questo modo si evita che l’aria calda fuoriesca all’esterno.
1. Premere AUTO per attivare la protezione finestre aperte.
2. Premere di nuovo AUTO per disattivare la protezione finestre aperte.
BLOCCO BAMBINI
Il blocco bambini serve a evitare che i bambini possano modificare le impostazioni tramite il telecomando.
Quando viene attivato il blocco bambini, il display si spegne quasi completamente e non è più possibile
utilizzare il dispositivo con il telecomando.
1. Premere LOCK per attivare il blocco bambini.
2. Premere di nuovo LOCK per disattivare il blocco bambini.
OROLOGIO
Premendo il tasto CLOCK sul telecomando, il display digitale mostra l’ora. Dopo alcuni secondi il display
tornerà nello stato precedente.

USO - Ajustar la temperatura
1. Encienda el aparato pulsando el botón ON/OFF del mando a distancia.
2. Luego pulse - ó + para aumentar o disminuir la temperatura.
Los primeros 2 dígitos de la pantalla indican la temperatura ambiente actual.
Los últimos 2 dígitos indican la temperatura deseada.
Cuando se alcance la temperatura deseada, el termostato automático se encarga de que la habitación
permanezca a la temperatura establecida. Ocasionalmente, los 2 primeros dígitos de la pantalla pueden
diferir en algunos grados. Es normal.
USO - Temporizador de apagado
El temporizador de apagado permite apagar automáticamente el aparato después de un tiempo determinado.
1. Encienda el aparato pulsando el botón ON/OFF del mando a distancia.
2. Pulse 24H en el mando a distancia.
3. Cada vez que vuelva a presionar 24H se prolongará el tiempo establecido en 1 hora.
El aparato se apagará automáticamente después del tiempo establecido.
USO - Establecer el día y la hora actuales
1. Encienda el aparato pulsando el botón ON/OFF del mando a distancia.
2. Pulse SET en el mando a distancia.
3. Después pulse - ó + para establecer el día de la semana.
(L = 1, M = 2, X = 3, J = 4 , V = 5 , S = 6 , D = 7)
4. Pulse SET de nuevo.
5. Después pulse - ó + para establecer las horas.

ATENCIÓN:
Si apaga el aparato con el interruptor Stand-By de la parte posterior, se perderán todos los ajustes. Deberá

USO - Temporizador semanal
El temporizador semanal le permite encender y apagar automáticamente el aparato a diferentes horas cada
día de la semana. Antes de poder usar el temporizador semanal, deberá ajustar el día y la hora actuales.
Ver el capítulo anterior.
1. Encienda el aparato pulsando el botón ON/OFF del mando a distancia.
2. Pulse TIMER en el mando a distancia. El número 1 en la pantalla indica que puede fijar la hora de
encendido para el lunes.

Establecer la hora de encendido:

La hora de encendido queda así ajustada. Ya puede establecer la hora de apagado.
Establecer la hora de apagado:

10. Después pulse – ó + para establecer los minutos.
La hora de apagado queda así ajustada. Después de unos segundos, el aparato se apagará solo.
El aparato se encenderá y apagará todos los lunes a las horas establecidas.
Igualmente puede establecer las horas de encendido y apagado para el resto de los días de la semana.
Para ello, repita los pasos 1 y 2, pero después usando el botón - y + para seleccionar otro día de la semana.
Por ejemplo, el 4, para fijar la hora de encendido y apagado del jueves. Siga los pasos 3 a 10. Repita este
proceso para cada día de la semana que quiera que el aparato se encienda y apague automáticamente.
Una vez haya terminado de ajustar las horas de encendido y apagado, puede ajustar la temperatura
deseada para cada día de la semana.
Establecer la temperatura para cada día de la semana:
11. Presione DELAY. Verá un dígito (día de la semana) seguido por dos dígitos (temperatura).
12. Después pulse - ó + para aumentar o disminuir la temperatura.
13. Repita los pasos 11 y 12 para fijar la temperatura para cada día de la semana.
ATENCIÓN:
Si apaga el aparato con el interruptor Stand-By de la parte posterior, se perderán todos los ajustes. Deberá
volver a introducir los ajustes para poder usar el temporizador semanal.
PROTECCIÓN DE VENTANA ABIERTA
La protección de ventana abierta se encarga de que el aparato se apague automáticamente si la temperatura
ambiente desciende más de 3 grados en un corto período de tiempo, por ejemplo porque una puerta o
ventana está abierta. Así se evita que todo el aire caliente se escape directamente al exterior.
1. Pulse AUTO para activar la protección de ventana abierta.
2. Pulse AUTO de nuevo para desactivar la protección de ventana abierta.
PROTECCIÓN INFANTIL
La protección infantil evita que los niños puedan manipular los ajustes con el mando a distancia. Cuando
se activa la protección infantil, se apaga casi toda la pantalla y ya no se puede manejar el aparato con el
mando a distancia.
1. Pulse LOCK para activar la protección infantil.
2. Pulse LOCK de nuevo para desactivar la protección infantil.
RELOJ
Al pulsar el botón CLOCK del mando a distancia, la pantalla digital muestra la hora actual. Después de unos
segundos, la pantalla vuelve a la posición anterior.

Bestron ofrece 60 meses de garantía después de la fecha de compra de este equipo. La garantía cubre las
averías por errores de fabricación y/o material y se atiene a las siguientes condiciones.
