Main features
The M0 Series is a melt pressure control system which comes complete with the following items:
• M3x-6-M-xxxx-1-4-D-000 (melt pressure transducer)
• 2500-0-0-0-W-0-1 (1/4 DIN pressure controller)
• C08WLS (25 foot 6-pin cable)
• SF18 (mounting bracket)
Controller:
• Displays pressure in a 5-digit LED display
• Auto zero
• Auto span
• Auto calibration
• 4 alarms with adjustable setpoint
• Touch-type keypad
• Built-in strain gauge bridge excitation
• Filter for digit stabilization
• Coded access for user lockout
Transducer:
• Better than ±0.50% accuracy
• Fluid-filled system for temperature stability
• 80% output signal for easy calibration
• 15-5 PH stainless steel diaphragm with GTP coating
The M0 Series is an excellent solution for those who wish to have the accuracy and stability of a transducer and digital controller at a great price.
The flexible configuration is designed for applications requiring further thermal isolation or where installation would be otherwise difficult or impractical.
