To charge the battery, open the USB/Charging port cover and plug the charging cord into the VC110. Plug the other end of the cord into the charging adapter and then plug the charging adapter into an electrical outlet. The light will blink red while the unit is charging then will be a solid green once charging is complete.

You need to download and install the VC110 app on your smartphone. Once the app is installed, you can activate the VC110 band and register it with the app. You can only register two caregivers for each VC110 band.

You can make a call to the VC110 band from the VC110 app on your smartphone or by dialing the band's mobile number from an approved contact's registered phone number. To make a call from the VC110 app, tap the call icon and then tap the VC110 band. To make a call from an approved contact's phone, dial the band's mobile number.

Open the VC110 app and the VC110’s last known location is displayed on the map. Tap the Find icon to search for its current location. The location marker is displayed on the map.
