COMPATIBILITY
The Nuband i-Touch smart wristband only supports the following selected mobile devices: iOS version (iOS 8.0 upwards): iPhone 5 onwards, iPod touch 5th Gen onwards, iPad mini 2 onwards, iPad Air onward.
Android Phones (Android 4.4 upwards):

QUICK START GUIDE
1. You should charge your Nuband for 1-2 hours prior to use. Remove module as diagram shown below and plug into USB charge socket in either a computer or a
USB plug.

2. Install free APP:
Got to App store or play store, download this APP: “Nuband i-Touch” and install it.
To use Nuband i-Touch APP, make sure your mobile device is connected with internet via WI-FI or 3G/4G.
3. Account set-up:
Open the “Nuband i-Touch” APP.
Setting your personal information to start.
4. Braclet Operation Instruction:
You can use the braclet by “wrist gesture” or “touch screen”.
It is convenient to check the time by “wrist gesture”.
You need to turn on “Palming gestures” on the Nuband i-Touch App under setting screen.
Keep the bracelet screen horizontal.
Then turn wrist over.
The bracelet will be turned on automatically and the time shows up.

5.Pairing.
Keep your phone with Bluetooth and WIFI “on” for this step. Keep the screen lit and your Nuband i-Touch will show an icon of a radar.

Login into the Nuband i-Touch
App, and the system shows the main page. Tap the left cornber button or slide the screen from left to right, and click (Device
Connection).
Double click the screen of the
Nuband i-Touch, the radar icon shows up on the screen. Tap the button (Searching device) on the APP, select your right ID from the device list, and wait for 1-2 seconds.

Android device will pop up
(Confirm pair with “right ID”), and it will be connected.
IOS device will pop up (Pair
Device Success), (Bluetooth
Pairing Request), click “pair”, and finish pairing.
I f the pairing pop-up does not appear within 1 minute, repeat the above steps.
There would be a Bluetooth icon instead of the Radar icon .

6. SYNC Data
The bracelet will SYNC data automatically after being connected with phone by
APP (Nuband i-Touch), the bracelet time will be calibrated to the same time as the phone. SYNC data includes: steps, calorie, distance. You can check out if the data
SYNC is completed successfully on the APP. First SYNC data takes 1-2 minutes. SYNC data can be done manually by clicking the refresh button on APP. If unable to sync, disconnect Bluetooth and start process again until successful.
7. Sleep monitor
Turn on Sleep Mode: Slide to the moon icon , hold finger on screen until icon shows and bands buzzes, then it will pop up and show time along with the moon icon, , this means sleep mode is now active.
Exit the sleep mode: press the screen to light up display, hold finger on screen until till it shakes, then the moon icon will disappear. Now display is back to the original that shows time, , this means that awake mode is now active.
8. Auto sleeping mode
Turn on the sleeping-mode by setting, , the band will check if you are in sleeping-mode during 8:00p.m.-9:00a.m.
9. Searching for mobile phone
Hold finger on the searching for phone icon until in shakes, the searching mobile will ring if it is under ringing mode, will shakes one time if it under vibration mode.
10. Sedentary reminder
Open the Sedentary reminder settle the time quantum by the Sedentary reminder setting. The time settling should be a valid time quantum, like 9:00-17:00 instead of 9:00-5:00, then it under Sedentary reminder mode successfully . The band will shake and show sedentary icon kept motionless for an hour.

11. Alarm Clock
Add alarm by the Alarm setting , when it comes to the programmed time, the band will shake to as a reminder and show alarm icon .
12. Camera remote controller
Open the camera by APP the band will show camera icon , Camera remote controller realized by long pressing the icon.
13. Calling and message reminder
For Android, check the message push reminders under seting and open all the notification items. Illustrated below in (13-1) when you are going to open the
Message notify. If it is unable to get notifications when the band is connected with mobile phone, disconnect the Nuband i-Touch from your mobile phone and shut down the notification function, then sync again and re-open it up.
For IOS, if your iphone unable to get notifications when the band is connected, unpair the
Nuband i-Touch from Nuband i-Touch apps and disconnect the band Bluetooth under iphone
Bluetooth setting, then resart your iphone and connect/bind the Nuband i-Touch again in
Nuband i-Touch apps.

14. OTA Upgrade
Attention: the phone screen must be kept lit when using this function and band connected, the APK,APP can’t be hidden in the backstage.
When a new bracelets firmware is uploaded to the server, there will be an upgrade reminder in APP, APK, take the following steps: (14-1 to 14-6)

Two situations will exist while updating:
Situation 1: Wait for a moment during time:
At this time, when the progree bar reaches 100%, it will display “upgrade is complete”.
Now hold your finger on the screen to switch on.
Now reconnect the braclet and enter the firmware upgrade again, when there shows
“Already Newest Ver”. Your upgrade is complete!

Situation 2:
Wait for a moment, there may be a chance for this situation:
At this time, upgrade again. If there is no response, reconnect the bracelet and repeat the upgrade steps! When the situation 1 occurs your upgrade will be complete!

Nuband i-Touch 12 month Warranty
Nuband prides ourselves in the quality of our products but every now and then there may be a bump in the road. We therefore guarantee our products for 12 months (1 year) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a hardware defect occurs within the warranty period of 12 months Nuband will either replace defective part or provide a replacement product, providing proof of purchase is sent with the item.
A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 12 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
When a product is exchanged or part of product is exchanged, any replacement becomes your property and replaced item becomes Nuband’s property.
Parts provided by Nuband in fulfilment of tis warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty services is claimed.
When returning product under warranty, item must be returned along with original packaging and retailer receipt. Without the receipt, the warranty will be considered invalid.
It is your responsibility to back any data up. If in repair or replacement, goal data is lost Nuband claim no responsibility for this.
Nuband is not responsible for product failure caused by none compliance with product instructions.
The warranty does not cover the cost of returning the product, this must be born by the customer.
No Nuband reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this limited warranty. If any term is held to be illegal, or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Because of possible loss, we recommend insuring your Nuband, return receipt requested, when using the mail. If you do not obtain the proper receipt within a reasonable time, start a tracer through the originating post office. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your package for your replacement Nuband to arrive.
