Important Safety Instructions
Please read the user guide thoroughly before using this product and retain it for future reference.
«Place the earbuds back into the charging case when notin use and keep the product away from children to
avoid choking hazards.
« Close attention is needed when using near children. Not recommended for children under age three.
« This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your
implantable medical device.
«Astrong impact may cause damage to the internal parts of the product.
«Avoid the charging case away from water, rain, snow, and any other liquid.
« Never submerge the earbuds in water for an extended period, or wear them while participating in water
sports, such as swimming, waterskiing, and surfing,
« Never expose the product to excessive heat, such as fireplaces, radiators, heat registers, or other apparatus
that produce heat.
« Remove earbuds immediately if you experience a warming sensation.
«Do not use the charging case in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in a
risk of fire or injury to persons.
«Do not disassemble the charging case. Incorrect reassembly may result in the risk of fire, injury to persons
and warranty avoidance.
«Do not use a charging case that is damaged or modified.
« Always ask professional technicians or authorized personnel for repair.
«To avoid hearing damage, you would better use the earbuds at a comfortable and moderate volume level.
« Do not wear earbuds with high volume for a long time to avoid damaging your hearing.
« Turn the volume down on your device before you put the earbuds on, then turn the volume up gradually as
per your preference.
« For your safety, do not use the earbuds when you are driving or doing other activities with potential danger,
and follow applicable laws regarding headphone use.

How to Wear
Check the left and right sides of the earbuds. The charging case and
the earbuds have left and right ear labels, with "L" for the left ear
and "R" for the right ear.

How to Use
Pairing
1. Open the lid of the charging case, the indicator light will indicate
the battery power for 2 seconds, and then flash white, the earbuds
enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on the device and select "KMOUK
KM-HTWO001" from the device list.
3. After successful pairing, open the lid of the charging case and the
earbuds will automatically connect to the last recently connected
device.
Disconnect from Your Device
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid, the
Bluetooth connection will automatically terminate.

Connect to New Device
1. Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid.
2. Open the lid and wait 2 seconds, then press and hold the function
button for 3 seconds, the earbuds enter the Bluetooth pairing mode.
The indicator light will flash white.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth on the new device, then select "KMOUK
KM-HTWO01" from the device list to connect.

Clear Pairing List
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. Press and hold the function button for 10 seconds, the indicator
light will flash white 3 times.
Factory Reset
1. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
2. Hold the touch control with your finger on the left earbud, and hold
the function button for 10 seconds at the same time. Do the same
step for the right earbud.
3. Close the lid for 5 seconds and open the lid.

How to Charge
Charge the Earbuds
1, Put the earbuds into the charging case.
2. Close the lid and the earbuds will start charging automatically.
Note:Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the
first-time use. Charge the earbuds every 3 months when not using
them for a long time.
Earbuds Battery Indicator Light
Light Color Status
Stable green Battery power is between 25% and 100%
Stable white Battery power is lowerthan 25%
Charge the Case
Connect the USB type-c cable to the charging adapter and then plug
the cable into the type-c port on the charging case. Plug the charging
adapter into an electric socket.
Note: The charging adapter is not included in the package.

How to Clean
Gently wipe off the dirt with a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab.
Note: Do not insert anything into the nozzle hole.

Troubleshooting
1. Can't find "KMOUK KM-HTW001" in the Bluetooth device list.
Deactivate the Bluetooth function of the previously paired device.
2. Failed to pair the earbuds with the device.
Bring the earbuds into pairing mode as instructed in the "Mandatory Pairing" section.
3. No sound in the earbuds.
Check the volume level on your device and set the earbuds as an audio output device. If
not work, do the "Factory Reset" section.
4. Can't hear the other person on the phone.
Adjust the call volume on the device. Set the Bluetooth earbuds as an audio output
device in the settings on an IOS device (such as an iPhone).
5. Failed to tum on the earbuds.
The earbuds are low battery, charge the earbuds.
6. Poor sound quality/easy connection interruption/sound delay.
Place the connected device close to the earbuds or remove the obstacles between them.
