Multiple canned cycle function upgrading
Enhanced 9" screen display items and edit operation efficiency
Simplified tool setup with new tool setter function
FS auto edit functions for optimized program speeds
Auto nose R compensation for improved cutting accuracy
Z-axis tool chuck barrier function for absolute stroke limit protection
The nose R compensation finish profile can be executed using G70 to G73 cycles, even while a program is being performed. G41 and G42 are now applicable to blocks other than Ns f and Nnf during finish profile program execution.
This function automatically writes offset amounts using a touch sensor, simplifying tool setup and allowing tool coordinate memory data to be written manually or automatically based on the workpiece tip position.
This function optimizes program speeds by creating optimum feed and spindle revolution speeds in automatic operation. It is ready for FS editing when the specified signal is on, allowing speeds to be edited retroactively.
It sets a barrier for tool length between tool post's reference point coordinates in Z-axis absolute direction and it protects the tools.
