STMicroelectronics STTH15S12: a robust rectifier suited for UPS systems and more
The STMicroelectronics STTH15S12 is a high-performance rectifier designed for demanding applications. It delivers a continuous forward current of 15A and can withstand repetitive peak reverse voltages up to 1200V, making it well-suited for boost diode applications, particularly in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). Its ultrafast switching capability minimizes switching losses, while its low reverse current and thermal resistance enhance efficiency.
