Microphone Installation
1. Screw the nut on the connector and install it on the base according to your needs (Figure 2), then tighten it clockwise as shown in the figure.

Microphone Button Description
1: Metal mesh head
2: Mute button: Click to mute, press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the noise-cancelling mode. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the noise cancelling mode.
3: Reverberation button: Rotate towards counter-clockwise direction to reduce the reverb effect and clockwise to increase the reverb effect.
4: Volume button: Rotate towards counter-clockwise direction to reduce the volume and clockwise to increase the volume.
5. 3.5mm audio interface: supports the use of headphones with
3-pin (4-pin is not recommended).

Connecting to Phone
1. Connect the microphone USB cable to the mobile
phone adapter.(Lightning, Type-C, Micro Port etc.)
2. Connect to the phone. The microphone's indicator light will turn on green( it indicates that the microphone is power on ).
3. Insert the headphone into the 3.5mm headphone
jack of the microphone.
4. Connection compelete.
--- Plug and play design.You don’t have to install any software or complex settings.
Compatible with all mobile phones of IOS and Android system.( Note: Somephones require OTG to be turned on)
COMPUTER SETUP
APPLE MacOS
1. Power Supply. Plug the USB mic into your Computer, the microphone's indicator light will turn on green( it indicates that the microphone is power on ).
The computer will automatically recognize the USB device and install a driver.
Mobile phone adapter
2. Insert the headphone/speaker into the 3.5mm headphone jack of the microphone.
3. Select "USB Audio Device" as your audio input.
The following are the setting steps :
(1). Open your "System Preferences".
(2). Next, click "Sound" to display the Sound preference pane.
(3). Click the Input tab and select the " USB Audio Device" as
the device for sound input.

NOTICE:
If you want to monitor your voice when using the macOS operating system, please turn on any recording software first (for example, GarageBand), and make sure to click "Monitoring". Then click the Record" to begin, otherwise you can not hear any sound when you speak into the mic.
If the computer is not able to identity this USB device, please restart your computer and replug the mic into other USB port.
WINDOWS
1. Power Supply. Plug the USB mic into your Computer, the microphone's indicator light will turn on green( it indicates that the microphone is power on ).
Note: Please wait for a few seconds when using the first time, since the driver of USB microphone need take time to install automatically. There may be no pop-up window or message though. (lf plugging the USB plug in a different USB port, the driver will install again).
2. Insert the headphone/speaker into the 3.5mm headphone jack of the microphone.
After installation, you can test the mic by speaking to it. If the mic picks up no sound, please follow the procedure below.
1. Right-Click the “Speaker”icon at the bottom right corner of the screen, and choose "Sounds"
2. Select the "Recording" tab, and choose "USB Audio Device" as the default device. When you speak to the mic, the bar-type icon will turn green and bounce.
3. Double click on the "USB Audio Device" icon to open the
Microphone Properties window. Then select the Level tab to adjust the microphone loudness level.
Notice:
For Windows10 system, please disable the sound cards other than the microphone.
If it is still unchanged, please reset your computer and replug the mic into other USB port. If there's still no "USB Audio Device", please contact After-sales Team. ([email protected]

Note:
you want to monitor your recording, click Microphone "Realtek High
Definition Audio": "Properties"- "Listen"- click"Listen to this device"-
"Apply" NOTE: Click "Listen to this device" when you are using any recording software.
4. Double click on the "USB Audio Device" icon to open the
Microphone Properties window. Then select the Level tab to adjust the microphone loudness level.
IMPORTAND NOTICE
● Selecting software
You may have many choices in recording software. Here we recommend the Audacity, (available for free online at http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) is a basic and widely used recording software.
Note: The microphone must be plugged in first and then turn on the recording software.
● Positioning the microphone
No matter how you adjust the angle or position of the mic, make sure the mic capsule is pointing at your mouth in order to achieve the best pickup effect.
● Protecting your microphone
Avoid leaving your microphone in the open air or in areas where temperatures exceed 110 ° F (43 ° C) for extended periods. Extremely high humidity should also be avoided.
● Recording Software Settings
1. Make sure you have the correct input/output selected.
Notice: log out of AUDACITY (or other recording software) if you find USB microphone is unavailable. Plug in mic firstly, then log in software again.
2. Make sure to click off "Iisten to this device" in your computer system when you are streaming. Or you will hear duat of yourself just like too much echo.
Tip: Our microphone picks up sound from the front side, instead of from the top side,which means you should talk face to the front microphone, not the top of the microphone.
1. If the computer can not identify USB devices, please:
● Replug the microphone into other USB port.
● Restart the computer.
● Replug the microphone into another computer's USB port

2. If the mic is recognized but no sound comes out:
APPLE macOs System
Please check whether “System Sound" is mute and whether you have turned the volume control on the microphone to minimum.
Windows System
Please go to settings> privacy>microphone and click the Allow apps to access the microphone to ON then restart.
3. If buzz or electric sound is found:
● Unplug it, and then plug in again. Make sure all interfaces are plugged tihtly;
● Restart your computer, or insert the microphone into another
USB jack;
● Record an audio sample to check if it is caused by the surrounding environment or the interference of electronic devices;
● Keep the microphone away from mobile phone and iPad, don't place
these electronic devices around it;
● The microphone volume should not be too high. It is recommended to set the microphone volume at 50-80%;
● Use recording software to realize noise reduction.
