Description for Registration Page:
Seller can fill all details and click on Submit to register. After registration, registration confirmation
email will be sent to Seller. Seller will be able to login only after approval from Admin. After Admin
approval, Company approval email with Login credentials will be sent to respective user.

Description for Add a New Product Page:
Seller can add a new product from this page. If seller edits bid and reopens a bid, then seller can also
view past bid history by clicking on “Show bid history”. When seller adds a new product, notification
email will be sent to the respective buyers that a new product is launched

Description for Bid List Page:
Seller will receive an email for each new bid generated. Once Admin approve bid, bill will be
displayed to seller with bid rate. Seller can accept bid by clicking on red button which will turn in to
green after accepting the bid. Seller have to upload common sales contract after accepting bid. After
uploading common sales contract, buyer can view common sales contact and accept terms and
condition. Once buyer agree with terms and condition, a red color upload button will appear besides
accept bid button. Seller have to upload shipping document with maximum limit 15 documents and
it turned to green.

Description for Product Inquiry Page:
Seller can view inquiries that buyer has sent. Seller can receive inquiry only for the product for which
they have registered. Seller will also receive an email for the same.
