Supervisors are responsible for approving or rejecting timecards and time-off requests for their direct reports. They also manage employee schedules, activate and deactivate delegation, and monitor attendance.

Open the employee's timecard, click the cell containing the missed punch exception, enter the missing time using the acceptable format (e.g., 1100 for 11:00 AM), and click the Save button.

Select the cell containing the exception, click Punch > Mark as Reviewed. A green border will appear around the cell to indicate the exception has been reviewed.

Pay codes keep track of the type of worked and non-worked time entered in the timecard. Examples of pay codes include: Regular, Overtime, Sick, Vacation. It is important to track hours to the correct pay code so that the employee is paid correctly.
