Pressure Relief

Procedure

1. Turn off turbine and air supply to gun.

2. Unlatch cup

OR

3. Open pressure relief (A) on pot until pressure is completely relieved. Close relief.

1.

Turn off air supply to gun.

2.

Relieve pressure following the Pressure Relief

Procedure provided on the front of this instruction sheet or in manual 309317.

3.

Using your hand, remove air cap retaining ring (A) and air cap housing.

4.

While triggering the gun, use your hand to remove nozzle.

5.

Using your hand, remove fluid knob assembly (B) and compression spring (C) from back of gun.

Remove needle.

6.

Attach fluid nozzle (2) to front of gun.

7.

Slide air tube (4) over fluid nozzle (2).

8.

Slide air cap retaining ring (A) over air tube until it meets the threaded end of gun (D). Hand tighten.

9.

Insert needle (1) in back of gun and guide it into fluid nozzle (2).

10. Replace compression spring (C) and fluid knob assembly (B). Hand tighten.
