Warnings / Mises en garde

Know all hazards before operating sprayer!

Bien connaître tous les risques avant de mettre le pulvérisateur en marche!

Fire and explosion hazard: Solvent and paint fumes can ignite or explode.

Sprayers generate sparks. Keep sprayer at least

20 feet (6 m) from explosive vapors.

Use in an extremely well ventilated area.

Eliminate all ignition sources; such as pilot lights, cigarettes and static arcs from plastic drop cloths.

Do not plug or unplug power cords or turn lights on or off in spray area.

Ground Sprayer, object being sprayed, paint and solvent pails.

Do not use 1,1,1-trichloroethane, methylene chloride, other halogenated hydrocarbon solvents or fluids containing such solvents in pressurized aluminum equipment. Such use could result in a chemical reaction, with the possibility of explosion.

Les pulvérisateurs génèrent des étincelles. Tenir le pulvérisateur à au moins 20 pieds (6 m) des vapeurs explosives.

Equipment Misuse Hazard: Equipment misuse can cause the equipment to rupture or malfunction and result in serious injury.

Before operating equipment, read all instruction manuals, tags, and labels.

Check equipment daily. Repair or replace worn or damaged parts immediately.

Do not exceed maximum working pressure (WPM) of the lowest–rated system component: 45 psi (3.1 bar, 310 kPa).

Use fluids and solvents that are compatible with the equipment wetted parts. See Specifications on page 28 for this information.

Wear hearing protection when operating this equipment.

Do not “blow back” fluid; this is not an air spray system

Follow Pressure Relief before cleaning, checking or servicing the equipment.

Porter un casque anti-bruit pour faire fonctionner ce matériel.

Ne jamais essayer de refouler le produit car il ne s’agit pas d’un appareil de pulvérisation à air comprimé.

Respecter la Procédure de décompression avant de nettoyer, de vérifier ou d’entretenir le matériel.

TOXIC FLUID HAZARD: Hazardous fluid or toxic fumes can cause serious injury or death if splashed in eyes eyes or on skin, inhaled, or swallowed.

Know specific hazards of fluid you are using and take protective measures as recommended by the fluid and solvent manufacturer.

Sicherheitshinweise / Waarschuwingen

Machen Sie sich vor der Inbetriebnahme des Geräts mit sämtlichen Gefahren vertraut!

Zorg dat u alle mogelijke gevaren kent voor u met het spuitapparaat gaat werken!

Brand- und Explosionsgefahr: Dämpfe von

Lösungsmitteln und Lacken können sich entzünden oder explodieren.

Spritzgeräte erzeugen Funken. Achten Sie daher darauf, daß die Spritzgeräte immer mindestens

6 m von explosiven Dämpfen entfernt sind.

Gerät nur in sehr gut belüfteten Räumen verwenden.

Mögliche Zündquellen, wie z.B. Dauerflammen,

Zigaretten und statische Elektrizität von

Plastik-Abdeckfolien, vermeiden. Im Spritzbereich kein Stromkabel ein- oder ausstecken und keinen

Lichtschalter betätigen.

Spritzgerät, Spritzobjekt sowie Material- und

Lösungsmitteleimer erden.

Niemals 1,1,1-Trichlorethan, Methylenchlorid, andere Lösungsmittel mit halogenisierten

Kohlenwasserstoffen oder Materialien, die solche

Lösungsmittel enthalten, in druckbeaufschlagten

Aluminiumgeräten verwenden. Dies könnte zu einer chemischen Reaktion führen und in der

Folge eine Explosion verursachen.

Spuittoestellen kunnen vonken afgeven. Houd het spuittoestel minimaal

Elimineer alle ontstekingsbronnen; denk aan waakvlammen, sigaretten en statische vonken van een dekkleed of afdekplastic. Steek geen stekker in een stopcontact en haal geen stekker uit een stopcontact in de ruimte waar gespoten wordt.

Aard het spuittoestel, het te spuiten voorwerp, en de emmers met verf en oplosmiddel.

Gebruik in aluminium apparatuur onder druk geen oplosmiddelen of spuitvloeistoffen die 1,1,1–trichloorethaan, methyleenchloride of andere gehalogeneerde koolwaterstoffen bevatten. Dit kan namelijk leiden tot chemische reacties, met kans op ontploffingen.

Geräts: Mißbräuchliche Verwendung des Geräts kann zu Rissen oder Fehlfunktionen führen und in der Folge schwere Verletzungen verursachen.

Vor Inbetriebnahme des Geräts alle Betriebsanleitungen,

Aufkleber und Hinweisschilder lesen.

Das Gerät täglich überprüfen. Verschlissene oder beschädigte Teile müssen sofort ausgewechselt oder repariert werden.

Niemals den zulässigen Betriebsüberdruck der Systemkomponente mit dem niedrigsten Nennwert überschreiten: 45 psi (3,1 bar, 310 kPa).

Nur Materialien und Lösungsmittel verwenden, die mit den benetzten

Teilen des Systems verträglich sind. Nähere Informationen finden Sie im Abschnitt Technische Daten auf Seite 28.

Bei Verwendung dieses Geräts einen Gehörschutz tragen.

Material nicht “zurückspritzen”; dies ist kein Luftspritzsystem.

Vor Reinigungs-, Überprüfungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten an diesem Gerät stets die Druckentlastung durchführen.

GEFAHR DURCH GIFTIGE MATERIALIEN:

Gefährliche Materialien oder giftige Dämpfe können schwere oder tödliche Verletzungen verursachen, wenn sie in die Augen oder auf die Haut gelangen oder geschluckt oder eingeatmet werden.

Machen Sie sich mit den potentiellen Gefahren der Flüssigkeiten, mit denen Sie arbeiten, vertraut, und ergreifen Sie die von den Materialund Lösungsmittelherstellern empfohlenen

Schutzmaßnahmen.

Draag gehoorbescherming tijdens het gebruik van deze apparatuur.

Probeer nooit verf “terug te blazen”; dit is geen luchtspuitsysteem.

Volg eerst de Drukontlastingsprocedure als u het apparaat gaat reinigen, nakijken of er onderhoud aan gaat plegen.

GEVAAR VAN GIFTIGE MATERIALEN: Gevaarlijk spuitmateriaal of giftige dampen kunnen ernstig letsel of zelfs de dood veroorzaken als deze in de ogen of op de huid spatten, worden ingeademd of ingeslikt.

Zorg dat u op de hoogte bent van de specifieke gevaren van het materiaal dat u gebruikt en neem altijd de beschermende maatregelen die worden aanbevolen door de fabrikant van het gebruikte materiaal en oplosmiddel.

Connect gun air supply hose (A) between turbine air outlet (B) and gun air inlet (C). DO NOT use wrench to tighten connections; hand tighten only.

Connect cup to gun fluid inlet (E).

CAUSE

No material, no remote container pressurization, hose or pickup tube clogged.

SOLUTION

Check container for material.

Check for leaks at the container gasket (2-quart pressure pot cover or 2 1 /

2

-gallon pressure pot wing nuts). Tighten wing nuts if loose.

Check for air flow from male quick disconnect at compressor outlet (approx. 1/4 CFM – 233452;

1/2 CFM – 233449).

Turn pressure regulator clockwise. Look for pressure on gauge. (If no pressure on gauge, check air line and fittings).

Check hole in 2 1 /

2

-gallon pot cover under regulator or in 2-quart pot cover at needle valve.

Clean if necessary.

Check for obstructions or kinks in hoses and fittings.

Check if fluid pickup tube is unplugged. Tighten.

Blow out and clear material hose.

Druckbehälter oder Flügelmuttern am 9,5 l Druckbehälter). Flügelmuttern gegebenenfalls festziehen.

Luftstrom vom äußeren Luftschnellkupplungselement am Kompressorauslaß überprüfen

(ca. 1/4 CFM – 233452; 1/2 CFM – 233449).

Druckregler im Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Auf Manometer achten. (Falls kein Druck am Manometer anliegt, Luftleitung und Nippel über prüfen).

Loch im Deckel des 9,5 l Druckbehälters unter dem

Regler oder im Deckel des 1,9 l Druckbehälters am

Nadelventil überprüfen.

Bei Bedarf reinigen.

Prüfen, ob Schläuche und Fittinge verstopft oder geknickt sind.

Prüfen, ob Materialaufnahmeschlauch herausgezogen ist. Festziehen.

Materialschlauch ausblasen und reinigen.

Kijk of er lucht stroomt uit de mannelijke luchtsnelkoppeling bij de compressoruitlaat

Draai het reduceerventiel naar rechts. Kijk op de manometer of er druk is. (Als er geen druk te zien is op de manometer, kijk dan de luchtleiding en de koppelingen na).

Kijk het gat na in het deksel van het 2 1 /

2

-gallon vat onder de regelaar of in het deksel van het 2-quart drukvat bij het naaldventiel.

Indien nodig, reinigen.

Controleer slangen en fittingen op verstoppingen of knikken.

Controleer of de aanzuigbuis voor het materiaal los zit. Vastzetten.

Blaas de materiaalslang door en reinig hem.

Graco Standard Warranty

Graco warrants all equipment manufactured by Graco and bearing its name to be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale by an authorized Graco distributor to the original purchaser for use. With the exception of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by Graco, Graco will, for a period of twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Graco to be defective. This warranty applies only when the equipment is installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Graco’s written recommendations.

This warranty does not cover, and Graco shall not be liable for general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Graco component parts. Nor shall Graco be liable for malfunction, damage or wear caused by the incompatibility of

Graco equipment with structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco, or the improper design, manufacture, installation, operation or maintenance of structures, accessories, equipment or materials not supplied by Graco.

This warranty is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipment claimed to be defective to an authorized Graco distributor for verification of the claimed defect. If the claimed defect is verified, Graco will repair or replace free of charge any defective parts. The equipment will be returned to the original purchaser transportation prepaid. If inspection of the equipment does not disclose any defect in material or workmanship, repairs will be made at a reasonable charge, which charges may include the costs of parts, labor, and transportation.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT

NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Graco’s sole obligation and buyer’s sole remedy for any breach of warranty shall be as set forth above. The buyer agrees that no other remedy (including, but not limited to, incidental or consequential damages for lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss) shall be available. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within two (2) years of the date of sale.

Graco makes no warranty, and disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose in connection with accessories, equipment, materials or components sold but not manufactured by Graco. Graco will provide purchaser with reasonable assistance in making any claim for breach of these warranties.

In no event will Graco be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from Graco supplying equipment hereunder, or the furnishing, performance, or use of any products or other goods sold hereto, whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, the negligence of Graco, or otherwise.
