®

Valves

the “smart” check ® provides you with reliable back-flow prevention without the inline restriction of a conventional check valve. With the use of high powered magnets, the “smart” check valve remains in the closed position to 2 PsI, opening fully when 2 lb. line pressure is exceeded. the “smart” check has a spring-loaded gate mechanism allowing the valve to be installed in any orientation. the valve is also available in a non-magnetic, ½ lb. spring-loaded version. available in ½˝ through 3˝ IPs sizes. the “smart” check Valves are rated at 150 PsI at 73°f. all “smart” check Valves are also available as a swing-check, without spring. the innovative patented design of the Magic Uni-body valve was engineered for use in a wide variety of industries and applications. the included Magicsnap guarantees zero flow restriction while the valve is in the open position while the camlock function provides a 100% positive seal when shutoff is required. We have also added a specially formulated dry lubricant to our seals and then overmold them directly to the valve gate, eliminating the need to repair or replace the gate seals. the

Spa Drain Valves

simplify your servicing needs with Magic Plastics’ patented Drain Valve. Manufactured from impact modified abs and equipped with a total of 5 teflon Impregnated o-Rings, the Magic Drain Valve is accessible to the consumer and simple to use. Designed for skirt or Kick-Plate installations, the Drain Valve is flush mounted to the wall and secured in the closed position. to operate, pull the spout out, leaving the exterior end cap on. once extracted, by design, the Drain Valve will stay in the closed position. after the garden hose is installed, push the spout back in halfway to actuate the drain. the valve is also equipped with a removable bezel in order for the skirt to be detached without disturbing the plumbing. the Magic Drain Valve also has built in freeze protection and will drain approximately 5 gallons per minute. available in ½” slip, ¾” barb or ¾” spigot configurations.

MagicVac

the MagicVac is operated by placing your thumb over the ergonomic air hole located at the top of the Vac, submerging it near the area to be cleaned, then releasing your thumb. a rush of water and debris will fill the clear, UV stabilized chamber. Raise the full chamber above the water line and allow it to drain, away from the spa. Virtually all debris will remain trapped in the built in removable filter. Detach the end cap with a simple quarter turn and empty the debris. the MagicVac picks up sand, pebbles, even small rocks. You will be able to reach areas in excess of seven feet away with the telescoping aluminum pole. the MagicVac is completely serviceable and weighs less than two pounds.

Extender Fittings

the MagicMend ® extender fitting is designed to glue over fittings where there is not a sufficient amount of pipe left for a connection. simply remove any excess pipe and connect the MagicMend ® by gluing over the existing fitting. the opposite end of both the 1 ½” and 2” extender fitting will accept either 1 ½” pipe or a 2” fitting so you have the option of continuing the plumbing with either pipe size. the MagicMend ® extender fittings are available in 1 ½˝ and 2˝ IPs sizes.
