FLEXIBLE PROTECTIVE BARRIER FOR SWIMMING POOLS

IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS

Before starting, it is important to know which rules must be followed when installing the barrier.

• The barrier must isolate the pool and all its points of access, completely.

• All sides of the pool must be protected, whether with the barrier itself or a fixed element such as a wall, a panel or any other type of fence, as long as this element complies with the NF P 90 -306 standard (particularly with the part stating that said element must never have a clearance height inferior to 1.10 m).

• In the case that the barrier must be connected to another element, make sure that it is firm enough to provide a stable point of attachment.

• Do not install the barrier on an unstable surface such as grass, sand…

• WARNING: it is imperative to maintain a corridor of at least 1.10 m between the barrier and any fixed or movable point of attachment (on each side of the barrier).

• We recommend installing the barrier at a minimum distance of 1m above water level. In private pools for individual use, we recommend installing the barrier not too far from the pool itself so that its efficiency is not reduced.

• However, when calculating the distance between the pool and the barrier, take into consideration the minimum distance required for carrying out maintenance tasks such as vacuuming. Do not leave a small distance which could impair maintenance tasks.

• Before installing this product, please read and follow all the warnings and instructions that accompany this product. Failure to comply with the safety warnings and instructions could cause injuries, death or material damages.

• Please keep this instruction manual for future consultation.

INSTALATION OF BARRIER

PROLOGUE

WARNING: THE BARRIER CAN ONLY BE INSTALLED ON A SOLID, FIRM AND, IF POSSIBLE, THICK BASE. THE

IDEAL SURFACE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE BARRIER IS A CONCRETE LAYER.

• Make sure you leave enough space surrounding the pool in order to be able to work without any problems.

• The surface must be clean and dry in order to be able distinguish clearly the marks made on the surface

• Do not begin to install the barrier if weather conditions are not optimal. You will have to use electrical devices, such as hammer drills. Out of precaution, do not use these devices in the rain or on damp surfaces. In all cases, electrical devices must be connected to a power socket equipped with a reverse current circuit breaker of 30 mA.

1. ESTABLISHING A STARTING POINT

Use a rope for the straight parts so that the layout is completely rectilinear.

2. TRACE THE 4 MARKS TO DESIGNATE THE 4 POLES OF THE FIRST PANEL

Using the two opposing holes of the template provided or a measuring tape, mark the 4 holes of the first panel, moving the template from the last hole marked.

IMPORTANT: In the case that the barrier has to be installed on a bend, the distance must be adjusted around 5 mm, upwards or downwards, in order to achieve the desired net tension (see diagram in paragraph 3).

3. MAKING THE HOLES

The holes must be made with drill bit 16 ø . If the initial hole is made using the drill bit 10 ø then it may be easier to carry out the definitive drilling with 16 ø .

• With the help of a spirit level, make the holes that have been marked following these instructions:

If the holes are in a straight line, they should all be at a 90º angle from the deck.

• If the holes are on an outward bend (see diagram at the end of the page), when marking the holes, reduce from 3 to 5mm the standard distance indicated by the drilling template. On an outward bend, the fabric covers more of the pole (See fig.

B) than if it is a straight line. This is why we reduce the spacing between the poles by a few millimetres. At the time of making the holes, tilt the drill from 2º to 4º towards the outside of the pool with the aim of providing poles with a slightly outward incline. Said incline will guarantee that the net has the optimum tension on the superior part of the barrier. If the bend is not too pronounced, 2º is probably enough; if, on the contrary, the bend is more noticeable, then 4º (See fig. C) .

When the bend goes inwards, the fabric covers the pole slightly less than if it is a straight line, so there is a need to increase the space between the poles by a few millimetres.

4. INSTALLATION OF PEGS AND PANEL

Once the 4 holes have been made, remove the interior and surrounding dirt and dust with a vacuum cleaner. Manually insert the pegs, and if required, finish putting them in with the help of a mallet. Then install the first panel. Fitting the poles into the pegs requires a bit of effort so it is more convenient to raise the pole with a slight incline towards the hole in order to slide the supporting end and then to straighten the pole to pin it down completely. If you are not able to fix the pole in place you might need to repeat the drilling.

Note: the fabric of the superior part of the panel could appear to lack tension. Tension will be achieved when all panels are in place and joined together.

5. SUBSEQUENT PANELS

Continue on to the next panel with the layout template in order to determine the location of the first pole in this panel.

Starting from the hole of the last pole of the panel that has just been installed, apply the template using the two closest holes this time (see figure 2). This space of 7.6 cm represents the space between the last pole of the last panel and the first pole of the next panel.

6. REPEAT STEPS FROM PARAGRAPHS 2 TO 5 UNTIL ALL HOLES HAVE BEEN DRILLED AND ALL PANELS HAVE

BEEN PLACED.

Important: 90º Angle

We do not recommend constructing the barrier with angles equal or inferior to 90º.

Nevertheless, sometimes it cannot be done any other way.

It is not necessary to use this angle with a single corner pole because tension could make it bend. On the contrary, it is necessary to place in the angle the pole of the panel and the first pole of the next panel, joined by a connection hook.

Follow the example of the following diagram.

7. ADJUSTING THE LENGTH OF A PANEL

Sometimes it is necessary to modify the length of a panel. For this purpose, stick to the following procedure with a standard panel.

A) Determine the length of the panel that you wish to modify by measuring the distance between the centre of both holes on the floor.

B) Move that distance on the section of the panel you wish to modify from the centre of the pole that will be in place. Take into consideration the distance on the superior and inferior parts of the net.

WARNING: The distance between two poles must always be equal or inferior to 100 cm.

C) With the scissors, cut the fabric AIMING TO LEAVE 10 CM OF EXCESS LENGTH IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO MAKE AN

ADJUSTMENT IN CASE OF ERROR.

D) Release the flange of the unused pole (for example, the one connected to the excess fabric you have just cut). In order to release the flange, use an electric screwdriver and a standard bit holder (this corresponds to the flange screw).

E) With the help of the cord, trace a straight line between the two marks made in step b).

F) Fold the fabric on itself at 1.5 cm from the line traced previously.

G) Place the fabric on the pole in such a manner that the flange screw holes are aligned with the line traced in step e). The line should fit perfectly with the flange screws. Place the flange and screw it on again completely. Make sure you place the pole in the right direction.

H) Try to replace the panel. If the section has not been modified, go back to stage a).

I) If there is a need to cut excess fabric in the panel, be careful to cut the right segment.

J) OPTIONAL: In order to avoid fraying of superior and inferior edges, a small welding device or lighter may be used to weld wires.

8. INSTALLING THE LOCK HOOKS

When all the holes are drilled and all the panels installed, they need to be connected to one another using the lock hooks included in the package. To install the hooks, follow these steps:

• Release the superior screw of the poles with the help of a screwdriver and a bit holder (See 1).

• With the hook, screw karabiners to the poles (see 2 and 3).

• To close the hook, follow these steps (see 4).

1. Hold the two poles and put pressure on them to bring them closer together

2. Release the safety latch (the movable piece on one end of the spring)

3. Lower the hook and let go of it

USE AND MAINTENANCE

9. ACCESS TO THE POOL

It is possible to access the pool through each of the panel connections, by unblocking the safety hooks.

Follow these steps:

• Hold the two poles and put pressure on them to bring them closer together.

• Release the safety latch (the movable piece on one end of the spring).

• Lift up the hook to release the connection between the panels.

• Lift up the pole by turning it.

WARNING: the pole cannot be removed if you simply pull without turning it at the same time.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ACCESS POINTS ARE CLOSED AT THE END OF THE SEASON OF SUPERVISED

SWIMMING.

10. MAINTENANCE

Try to regularly monitor all barrier components. If any of the components should be damaged, especially those relating to closing, please contact the shop where you purchased the barrier immediately in order to obtain a replacement part.

It is imperative to replace the elements or groups of elements that are damaged as soon as possible. Do nost use parts that are not officially approved by the PROVIDER / INSTALLER.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• THE SWIMMING POOL CAN BE A HAZARD TO YOUR CHILDREN. DROWNING MAY HAPPEN VERY QUICKLY. WHEN

CHILDREN ARE NEAR THE POOL THEY REQUIRE CONSTANT AND ACTIVE SUPERVISION, EVEN IF THEY ARE ABLE TO

SWIM.

• THIS BARRIER DOES NOT REPLACE COMMON SENSE OR INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY. THE BARRIER CANNOT REPLACE

SUPERVISION CARRIED OUT BY RESPONSIBLE ADULTS WHICH STILL REMAINS THE KEY FACTOR IN PROTECTING SMALL

CHILDREN.

• POINTS OF ACCESS MUST BE CLOSED SYSTEMATICALLY WHEN NO-ONE IS HOME, EVEN IF IT IS FOR A SHORT PERIOD

OF TIME.

• WARNING! SAFETY IS GUARANTEED WHEN POINTS OF ACCESS ARE LOCKED.

• CHECK WHETHER THERE ARE ELEMENTS NEAR THE BARRIER THAT COULD ENABLE OR FACILITATE CLIMBING THE

FENCE.

• CLOSING POINTS OF ACCESS THROUGH AUTOMATED CLOSING SYSTEMS SHOULD BE CHECKED SYSTEMATICALLY.

• WHEN THE BARRIER IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED AND REQUIRES REPAIR WORK, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INCREASE

SUPERVISION TO PREVENT SMALL CHILDREN FROM ACCESSING THE POOL.

• LEARN RESCUE TECHNIQUES (CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION) AND UPDATE YOUR KNOWLEDGE PERIODICALLY.

IT COULD SAVE A LIFE IN AN EMERGENCY.

• THE PRESENCE OF PARENTS AND/OR OTHER RESPONSIBLE ADULTS IS REQUIRED WHEN THE POOL IS ACCESSIBLE.

BARRERA DE PROTECCIÓN PARA PISCINAS

RECOMENDACIONES IMPORTANTES

Antes de empezar, es importante conocer las normas que se deben respetar para instalar la barrera.

• La barrera debe aislar completamente la piscina y todos los accesos a ella

• Todos los lados de la piscina deben contar con protección, ya sea con la barrera o bien con un elemento permanente como una pared, un murete u otra barrera, con la condición de que este elemento respete lo recogido en la norma NF P 90

-306 (en especial la obligación de que dicho elemento nunca debe tener una altura de franqueamiento inferior a 1,10 m).

• En caso de que la barrera deba estar unida a otro elemento, procure que este sea lo suficientemente sólido para ofrecer un punto de fijación estable.

• No instale la barrera sobre un suelo inestable, como césped, arena…

• ATENCIÓN: es obligatorio respetar un pasillo de al menos 1,10 m entre la barrera y cualquier punto de apoyo fijo o móvil

(a un lado y al otro de la barrera)

• Se recomienda instalar la barrera a una distancia mínima de 1m del nivel del agua. En aquellas piscinas privadas de uso individual, se recomienda no instalar la barrera demasiado lejos del vaso, para evitar que esta pierda eficacia.

• No obstante, cuando calcule la distancia entre el agua y la barrera, tenga en cuenta la distancia mínima que le permita llevar a cabo las labores de mantenimiento, como el aspirado. No establezca una distancia muy corta, que termine resultando molesta para las labores de mantenimiento.

• Antes de utilizar este producto, lea detenidamente las advertencias y las instrucciones adjuntas y siga sus indicaciones. Si no tiene en cuenta las advertencias ni las instrucciones de seguridad, se pueden producir lesiones personales, fallecimientos o daños materiales.

• Lea este documento con detenimiento y guárdelo para consultas posteriores.

INSTALACIÓN DE LA BARRERA

ANTES DEL MONTAJE

ATENCIÓN: LA BARRERA SOLO SE PUEDE INSTALAR SOBRE UNA BASE ESTABLE, DURA Y, SI ES POSIBLE,

GRUESA LA SUPERFICIE IDEAL PARA LA INSTALACIÓN DE LAS BARRERAS ES UNA CAPA DE HORMIGÓN.

• Procure dejar el espacio suficiente alrededor de la piscina para poder trabajar sin problema.

• El suelo debe estar limpio y seco para poder distinguir correctamente las marcas que se deberán realizar en el suelo

• No comience a instalar la barrera si las condiciones meteorológicas no son óptimas. Deberá emplear dispositivos eléctricos, como perforadores. Por prudencia, no utilice estos aparatos si llueve o en suelos húmedos. En todo caso, los dispositivos eléctricos deben estar conectados a una toma equipada con un disyuntor de reversión de corriente de 30 mA.

1. ESTABLECER EL PUNTO DE PARTIDA

Utilice una cuerda para las partes rectas, de modo que el trazado sea perfectamente rectilíneo.

2. TRACE LAS 4 MARCAS PARA SEÑALAR LOS 4 POSTES DEL PRIMER PANEL

Mediante el uso de los dos orificios opuestos del patrón suministrado o del metro en de cinta, marque los 4 orificios del primer panel, trasladando el patrón a partir del último orificio marcado.

IMPORTANTE: En caso de que la barrera tenga que trazar una curva, será necesario ajustar esta distancia unos 5 mm, añadiendo o restando, para obtener la tensión adecuada de la red (ver los esquemas del párrafo 3).

3. PERFORAR LOS ORIFICIOS

Los orificios se deben hacer con la broca de ø 16. Si se perfora un primer orificio con la broca de ø 10 puede resultar más sencillo realizar la perforación definitiva de ø 16.

• Con ayuda de un nivel, perfore los orificios que se acaban de marcar conforme a las siguientes instrucciones:

Si los orificios se sitúan en una línea recta, todos deben ubicarse en 90º respecto a la playa.

• Si los orificios se encuentran en una curva hacia el exterior (ver el esquema al final de la página), cuando marque los orificios reduzca de 3 a 5 mm el espaciado estándar indicado por el patrón de perforación. Cuando la curva sea hacia el exterior, la tela envuelve más el poste (ver fig. B) que si se trata de una línea recta, por ello la necesidad de reducir unos milímetros el espacio entre los postes. En el momento de perforar los orificios, incline la perforadora de 2º a 4º hacia el exterior de la piscina con el fin de dotar de una ligera inclinación hacia el exterior a los postes. Dicha inclinación garantizará que la red tiene la tensión óptima en la parte superior de la barrera. Si la curva no es muy pronunciada, basta con 2º; si, al contrario, la curva está más acentuada, se puede llegar hasta los 4º (ver la fig. C) .

Cuando la curva sea hacia el exterior, la tela envuelve más el poste que si se trata de una línea recta, por ello la necesidad de reducir unos milímetros el espacio entre los postes.

• Si los orificios se encuentran en una curva hacia el interior (ver el esquema al final de la página), cuando marque los orificios aumente de 3 a 5 mm el espaciado estándar indicado por el patrón de perforación. Cuando la curva sea hacia el interior, la tela envuelve menos el poste (ver fig. D) que si se trata de una línea recta, por ello la necesidad de aumentar unos milímetros el espacio entre los postes. En el momento de perforar los orificios, incline la perforadora de 2º a 4º hacia el interior de la piscina con el fin de dotar de una ligera inclinación hacia el interior a los postes. Dicha inclinación garantizará que la red tiene la tensión óptima en la parte superior de la barrera. Si la curva no es muy pronunciada, basta con 2º; si, al contrario, la curva está más acentuada, se puede llegar hasta los 4º (ver la fig. E) .

4. INSTALACIÓN DE LAS CLAVIJAS Y DEL PANEL

Una vez haya perforado los 4 orificios retire la suciedad y el polvo alrededor y en el interior de estos con un aspirador.

Inserte manualmente las clavijas y, si lo necesita, termine de introducirlas con ayuda de un mazo. A continuación, instale el primer panel. Encajar los postes en las clavijas requiere de un pequeño esfuerzo, así que es más conveniente presentar el poste con una ligera inclinación hacia el orificio para deslizar el extremo de apoyo y luego enderezar el poste para clavarlo completamente. Si no consigue colocar el poste en su lugar, es posible que tenga que volver a perforar.

Nota: la tela de la parte superior del panel puede parecer que no está tensa. La tensión se conseguirá cuando todos los paneles estén en su lugar y unidos entre ellos.

5. SIGUIENTE PANEL

Pase al siguiente panel con el patrón de trazado para determinar la ubicación del primer poste de este panel. A partir del orificio del último poste del panel que se acaba de colocar, aplique el patrón empleando esta vez los dos orificios más cercanos (ver la figura 2 a continuación). Este espacio de 7,6 cm (de eje a eje) representa el espacio entre el último poste del panel y del primer poste del siguiente.

6. REPITA LOS PASOS DE LOS PUNTOS 2 A 5 HASTA QUE SE HAYAN PERFORADO TODOS LOS ORIFICIOS Y SE

HAYAN COLOCADO TODOS LOS PANELES.

No se recomienda construir la barrera con ángulos iguales o inferiores a los 90º.

No obstante, a veces es imposible de hacerlo de otro modo.

No es necesario realizar este ángulo con un solo poste en la esquina, porque la tensión supondría la flexión del mismo. Al contrario, es necesario situar en el ángulo el poste de un panel y el primer poste del panel siguiente, unidos por un gancho de enlace. Siga el ejemplo del esquema a continuación.

7. AJUSTE DE LA LONGITUD DE UN PANEL

A veces es necesario modificar la longitud del panel. Para ello, siga el siguiente procedimiento con un panel estándar.

A) Determine la longitud del panel que desea modificar midiendo la distancia entre los centros de los dos orificios en el suelo.

B) Traslade después esa distancia sobre el tramo del panel que desea modificar a partir del centro del poste que estará en su lugar. Tenga en cuenta la distancia en la pare superior y en la inferior de la red.

ATENCIÓN: La distancia entre dos postes debe ser siempre igual o inferior a los 100 cm.

C) Con las tijeras, corte el tejido PROCURANDO DEJAR 10 CM DE LARGO EXCEDENTE PARA PODER AJUSTAR EN CASO DE ERROR.

D) Suelte la brida de un poste inutilizado (por ejemplo, el que está unido al exceso de tela que acaba de cortar). Para soltarlo, disponga de un destornillador eléctrico y de un portapuntas estándar (este corresponde al tornillo de la brida).

E) Con ayuda del cordón, trace una línea recta entre las dos marcas realizadas en el paso b).

F) Pliegue el tejido sobre sí mismo a 1,5 cm de la línea trazada anteriormente.

G) Coloque la tela sobre el poste de forma que se alineen los orificios de los tornillos de la brida con la línea trazada en el paso e). La línea debe seguir perfectamente los orificios de los tornillos de la brida. Coloque la brida y vuelva a atornillarla completamente. Procure poner el poste en el sentido correcto.

H) Trate de sustituir el panel. Si la sección no se ha modificado, volver a la etapa a).

I) Si se debe cortar el exceso de tejido en el panel, tenga cuidado de cortar la pieza correcta.

J) OPCIONAL: Para evitar que los bordes superiores e inferiores se deshilachen, se pueden soldar los hilos utilizando un mechero o un pequeño soldador.

8. INSTALACIÓN DE LOS GANCHOS DE CIERRE

Cuando haya perforado todos los orificios y haya instalado los paneles, debe unirlos los unos a los otros mediante los ganchos de cierre incluidos. Para instalar los ganchos, siga los siguientes pasos:

• Suelte el tornillo superior de los postes con ayuda del destornillador y del portapuntas (ver 1).

• Con el gancho, atornille los mosquetones a los postes (ver 2 y 3).

• Para cerrar el gancho, siga los siguientes pasos (ver 4).

1. Sujete los dos postes y presione para acercarlos

2. tire del pestillo de seguridad (la pieza móvil en el extremo del resorte)

3. baje el gancho y suéltelo

UTILIZACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO

9. ACCEDER A LA PISCINA

Es posible acceder a la piscina en cada unión de paneles, desbloqueando los ganchos de seguridad.

Siga estos pasos:

• Sujete los dos postes y presione para acercarlos.

• Tire del pestillo de seguridad (la pieza móvil en el extremo del resorte).

• Levante el gancho para liberar la unión entre los paneles.

• Levante un poste girándolo.

ATENCIÓN: el poste no se podrá extraer si tira de él sin girarlo al mismo tiempo.

RESULTA FUNDAMENTAL CERRAR LOS ACCESOS CUANDO NO ES TEMPORADA DE BAÑOS VIGILADOS.

10. MANTENIMIENTO

Procure controlar con regularidad todos los componentes de la barrera. Si alguno de los componentes estuviera dañado, en especial los sistemas de cierre, póngase en contacto inmediatamente al establecimiento en el que adquirió la barrera para conseguir una pieza de recambio.

Resulta imprescindible cambiar los elementos o los conjuntos de elementos deteriorados en el menor plazo posible. No utilice más que las piezas homologadas por el proveedor / instalador.

• La piscina puede SUPONER UN peligro para sus hijos. El ahogamiento PUEDE SUCEDER DE FORMA MUY RÁPIDA.

BARRIÈRE SOUPLE DE PROTECTION POUR PISCINE

RECOMMANDATIONS IMPORTANTES

Avant de commencer, il est important de prendre connaissance des règles à respecter pour implanter votre barrière.

• La barrière doit isoler totalement la piscine de tous les accès possibles

• Tous les côtés de la piscine doivent être protégés soit par la barrière soit par un élément permanent tel qu’un mur, un muret ou bien une autre barrière à condition que cet autre élément respecte les conditions de la norme NF P 90 -306 (notamment le fait que cet élément ne doit jamais offrir une hauteur de franchissement inférieure à 1.10m)

• Si votre barrière doit être reliée à un autre élément, veillez à ce que cet élément soit suffisamment solide pour offrir un point de fixation stable

• Ne pas installer la barrière sur un sol instable tel que pelouse, sable…

• ATTENTION: un rayon de 1.10m minimum est obligatoire entre la barrière et tout point d’appui fixe ou mobile (de part et d’autre de la barrière)

• Il est recommandé d’installer la barrière à 1m minimum du plan d’eau. Pour les piscinesprivéesà usage individuel, il est recommandé de ne pas installer la barrière trop loin du bassin afin de ne pas perdre l’efficacité de la barrière

• Penser néanmoins à la distance minimum qui vous permettra de réaliser vos travaux d’entretien, tel que le passage du balai aspirateur, pour le calcul de la distance entre le plan d’eau et la barrière. Ne prévoyez pas une distance trop courte qui deviendrait vite gênante pour vos opérations de maintenance.

INSTALLATION DE LA BARRIÈRE

AVANT PROPOS

ATTENTION: LA BARRIERE NE PEUT S’INSTALLER QUE SUR UN SUPPORT STABLE, DUR ET SI POSSIBLE

EPAIS. UNE CHAPE BETONNEE EST LE SUPPORT IDEAL POUR LA MISE EN PLACE DE LA BARRIERE.

• Veillez à dégager tout l’espace nécessaire aux abords de la piscine pour pouvoir travailler librement.

• Le sol doit être propre et sec afin de pouvoir correctement discerner les repères que vous serez conduit à tracer sur le sol

• Ne débuter l’installation de la barrière que si les conditions météorologiques sont optimales.Vous serez amené à utiliser des appareils électriques comme un perforateur. Il est prudent de ne pas utiliser ces appareils en cas de pluie ou sur sols humides. Dans tous les cas, vos appareils électriques doivent être reliés à une prise équipée d’un disjoncteur différentiel de 30mA.

1. DÉTERMINER LE POINT DE DÉPART

Utiliser un cordeau pour les parties droites afin d’obtenir un tracé parfaitement rectiligne.

2. TRACER LES 4 REPERES SYMBOLISANT LES 4 POTEAUX DU PREMIER PANNEAU

En utilisant les 2 trous opposés du gabarit de repérage livré ou à l’aide du mètre ruban, marquer les 4 trous du premier panneau en reportant le gabarit à partir du dernier trou noté.

IMPORTANT: Si la barrière doit suivre le tracé d’une courbe, il faudra ajuster de 5mm environ, en plus ou en moins, cette distance afin d’obtenir une bonne tension du filet (voir les schémas du paragraphe 3 ).

3. PERCER LES TROUS

Les trous doivent être percés avec la mèche ø16. Percé un premier trou en utilisant la mèche ø 10 peut parfois faciliter le perçage définitif en ø 16.

• A l’aide d’un niveau, percer les trous qui viennent d’être notés suivant les indicationsci-dessous :

Trous se trouvant sur une ligne droite, les trous doivent être percés à 90° par rapport à la plage.

• Trous se trouvant sur une courbe vers l’extérieur (voir schéma en bas de page). Au moment de noter les trous, réduire de 3 à 5mm l’espacement standard donné par le gabarit de perçage. Sur une courbe vers l’extérieur, la toile enveloppe davantage le poteau (voir fig. b) que sur une ligne droite d’où le besoin de réduire l’espacement entre les poteaux de quelques mm.Au moment de percer les trous, incliner la perceuse de 2 à 4 ° vers l’extérieur de la piscine afin de donner une inclinaison légère aux poteaux vers l’extérieur. Cette inclinaison assurera une tension optimale du filet en haut de la barrière. Si la courbe est peu prononcée, 2° sont suffisants, si au contraire la courbe est plus accentuée, on peut aller jusqu’à 4° (voir fig. c)

4. MISE EN PLACE DES CHEVILLES ET DU PANNEAU

Une fois les 4 trous percés, utiliser un aspirateur pour éliminer les débris et la poussière présente autour et dans les trous.

Insérer manuellement les chevilles et au besoin finir d’insérer la cheville à l’aide du maillet. Installer ensuite le premier panneau. Emboîter les poteaux dans les chevilles demande un léger effort, il convient de présenter le poteau légèrement

à l’oblique du trou pour y glisser l’extrémité de l’embase puis redresser le poteau pour l’enfoncer totalement. Si vous ne parvenez pas à mettre en place le poteau, il sera peut être nécessaire de percer à nouveau.

Note: La toile en haut du panneau peut apparaître comme n’étant pas tendue. La tension se fera une fois tous les panneaux en place et reliés entre eux.

5. PANNEAU SUIVANT

Passer au panneau suivant en utilisant le gabarit de traçage pour déterminer l’emplacement du premier poteau de ce panneau. A partir du trou du dernier poteau du panneau venant d’être mis en place, appliquer le gabarit en utilisant cette fois les 2 trous les plus rapprochés (voir figure 2 ci-dessous). Cet espace de 7.6 cm (d’axe à axe) représente l’espace entre le dernier poteau d’un panneau et le premier poteau du panneau suivant.

6. REPETER LES OPERATIONS DES PARAGRAPHE 2 A 5 JUSQU’A CE QUE TOUS LES TROUS AIENT ETE PERCES

ET L’ENSEMBLE DES PANNEAUX MIS EN PLACE.

Important: Angle à 90 ll n’est pas recommandé de faire avec la barrière des angles à 90 ou inférieures à 90.

Cependant, il est parfois impossible de faire autrement.

Il ne faut pas réaliser cet angle avec un seul poteau en coin car la tension entraînerait la flexion du poteau. Il faut au contraire placer au niveau de l’angle le dernier poteau d’un panneau et le premier poteau du panneau suivant reliés par un crochet de liaison. Suivre l’exemple du schéma ci-dessous.

7. AJUSTER LA LONGUEUR D’UN PANNEAU

Il est quelquefois nécessaire de modifier la longueur d’un panneau. Pour cela prenez un panneau standard et suivez la procédure suivante.

A) Déterminer la longueur désirée du panneau à modifier en mesurant la distance entre les centres des 2 trous au sol

B) Reporter ensuite cette distance sur le tronçon du panneau à modifier à partir du centre du poteau qui restera en place.

Noter la distance sur le haut et le bas du filet.

ATTENTION: La distance entre 2 poteaux doit toujours être inférieure ou égale à 100 cm.

C) En utilisant les ciseaux couper la toile EN PRENANT SOIN DE COUPER 10CM PLUS LONG AFIN DE POUVOIR AJUSTER

EN CAS D’ERREUR.

D) Dévisser la bride d’un poteau inutilisé (par exemple celui relié au surplus de toile que vous venez de couper). Pour dévisser, munissez-vous d’une visseuse électrique et d’un porte-embouts standard (le porte-embouts correspond aux vis de la bride)

E) A l’aide du cordeau, tracez une ligne droite entre les 2 marques faites au b).

F) Replier la toile sur elle-même à 1.5 cm du trait tracé précédemment.

G) Disposer la toile sur le poteau de manière à aligner les trous des vis de la bride avec le trait tracé au e) sur la toile. Le trait doit suivre parfaitement les trous des vis de la bride. Remettre en place la bride puis la revisser complètement. Penser à mettre le poteau dans le bon sens.

H) Marquez les positions des trous pour les poteaux en fonction des nouveaux entraxes entre poteaux obtenus. Mettez en place le panneau. Si le tronçon modifié n’allait pas, reprenez depuis le point a).

I) Si le panneau convient coupez l’excès de toile en veillant bien à couper le bon morceau.

J) OPTIONNEL Pour éviter de voir les bordures supérieures et inférieures s’effilocher, vous pouvez souder les fils ensemble en utilisant un briquet ou un petit chalumeau.

8. MISE EN PLACE DES CROCHETS DE VERROUILLAGE

Une fois tous les trous percés et panneaux installés, il est temps de les relier ensemble en utilisant les crochets de verrouillage fournis. Pour installer les crochets procéder ainsi :

• Dévisser la vis supérieure des poteaux à l’aide de la visseuse et du porte embout. (vue 1)

• En utilisant le crochet, visser les mousquetons sur les poteaux (vues 2 et 3)

• Pour verrouiller le crochet, réaliser les actions suivantes (vue 4)

1. Agripper les 2 poteaux et exercer une pression pour les rapprocher

2. Tirer sur le loquet de sécurité (la pièce mobile au bout du ressort)

3. Abaisser le crochet et relacher

UTILLISATION ET ENTRETIEN

9. ACCEDER A LA PISCINE

Il est possible d’accéder à la piscine à chaque jonction de panneau en déverrouillant les crochets de sécurité.

Procéder ainsi :

• Agripper les 2 poteaux et exercer une pression pour les rapprocher.

• Tirer sur le loquet de sécurité (la pièce mobile au bout du ressort).

• Soulever le crochet pour libérer la liaison entre les panneaux.

• Souveler un poteau tout en le tournant.

ATTENTION: le poteau ne sortira pas si vous essayer de le sortir sans le tourner en même temps.

IL EST PRIMORDIAL DE TOUJOURS VERROUILLER LES ACCES EN DEHORS DES PERIODES DE BAIGNADES

SURVEILLEES.

10. ENTRETIEN

Veillez a regulierement controler tous les composants de la barriere. Si l’un des composants, notamment les systemes de verrouillage, etait endommage, rapprochez-vous immediatement du magasin ou vous avez achete la barriere pour obtenir la piece de rechange.

Il est emperatif de changer dans les delais les plus brefs tout element ou ensemble d’elements deteriores. N’utiliser que des pieces agreees par le fournisseur / installateur.

• LA PISCINE PEUT CONSTITUER UN DANGER GRAVE POUR VOS ENFANTS. UNE NOYADE EST TRÈS VITE ARRIVÉE. DES

ENFANTS PRÈS D’UNE PISCINE RÉCLAMENT VOTRE CONSTANTE VIGILANCE ET VOTRE SURVEILLANCE ACTIVE, MÊME

S’ILS SAVENT NAGER.

• CETTE BARRIÈRE NE SE SUBSTITUE PAS AU BON SENS NI À LA RESPONSABILITÉ INDIVIDUELLE. ELLE N’A PAS POUR

BUT NON PLUS DE SE SUBSTITUER À LA VIGILANCE DES ADULTES RESPONSABLES, QUI RESTE LE FACTEUR ESSENTIEL

POUR LA PROTECTION DES JEUNES ENFANTS.

• LE MOYEN D’ACCÈS DOIT ÊTRE SYSTÉMATIQUEMENT FERMÉ EN CAS D’ABSENCE, MÊME MOMENTANÉE DU

DOMICILE.

• ATTENTION ! LA SÉCURITÉ N’EST ASSURÉE QU’AVEC LE MOYEN D’ACCÈS FERMÉ ET VERROUILLÉ.

• VÉRIFIER L’ABSENCE D’OBJET À PROXIMITÉ DE LA BARRIÈRE POUVANT INCITER OU FACILITER L’ESCALADE DE LA

• APPRENEZ LES GESTES QUI SAUVENT.

Norm NP 90-306 dargelegten Punkte einhält (insbesondere die Forderung, dass dieses Element nie eine Höhe unter 1,10 haben darf).

• Falls die Absperrung an einem anderen Element befestigt werden muss, achten Sie darauf, dass dieses solide genug ist, um einen stabilen Befestigungspunkt zu bieten.

• Installieren Sie die Absperrung nicht auf einem instabilen Untergrund, wie Rasen, Sand…

• ACHTUNG: Sie müssen einen Korridor von mindestens 1,10 m zwischen der Absperrung und jedem festen oder beweglichen Unterstützungspunkt einhalten (auf der einen Seite und auf der anderen Seite der Absperrung).

• Es wird empfohlen, die Absperrung mindestens 1 m von der Wasseroberfläche entfernt anzubringen. Bei Privatpools, die einzeln genutzt werden, empfiehlt es sich, die Absperrung nicht zu weit vom Becken entfernt anzubringen, damit diese nicht ihre Wirksamkeit verliert.

• Wenn Sie den Abstand zwischen Wasser und Absperrung berechnen, berücksichtigen Sie den Mindestabstand, der es ermöglicht,

Instandhaltungsarbeiten auszuführen wie etwa Absaugen. Legen Sie keinen sehr kurzen Abstand fest, der sich bei Instandhaltungsarbeiten schließlich als störend erweisen könnte.

INSTALLATION

ACHTUNG: DIE ABSPERRUNG DARF NUR AUF EINER STABILIEN, HARTEN UND, FALLS MÖGLICH, DICKEN

UNTERLAGE ANGEBRACHT WERDEN. DIE IDEALE FLÄCHE FÜR DIE ANBRINGUNG DER ABSPERRUNG IST

EINE BETONSCHICHT.

• Versuchen Sie, um den Pool herum ausreichend Raum zu lassen, um problemlos arbeiten zu können.

• Der Boden muss sauber und trocken sein, um die Markierungen, die am Boden angebracht werden müssen, ordnungsgemäß unterscheiden zu können.

• Beginnen Sie nicht mit der Anbringung der Absperrung, wenn die meteorologischen Bedingungen nicht optimal sind.

Sie müssen elektrische Vorrichtungen, wie Bohrgeräte benutzen. Verwenden Sie diese Geräte aus Vorsicht nicht, wenn es regnet, oder auf feuchten Böden. Auf jeden Fall müssen die elektrischen Geräte an eine Steckdose angeschlossen sein, die mit einem Leitungsschutzschalter mit 30 mA ausgestattet ist.

1. DEN AUSGANGSPUNKT FESTLEGEN

Verwenden Sie eine Schnur für die geraden Teile, damit das Anreißen einwandfrei geradlinig ist.

2. DIE 4 MARKIERUNGEN ANREISSEN, UM DIE 4 PFOSTEN DER ERSTEN PANEELS ANZUGEBEN

Durch Einsatz der beiden entgegengesetzten Löcher der bereitgestellten Vorlage oder des Maßbands markieren Sie die 4

Öffnungen der ersten Paneele und übertragen die Vorlage ab dem letzten markierten Loch.

WICHTIG: Soll die Absperrung eine Kurve bilden, muss dieser Abstand durch Zugabe oder Abziehen um etwa 5 mm angepasst werden, um so die entsprechende Spannung des Netzes zu erzielen (siehe Skizzen unter Punkt

3).

3. DIE LÖCHER BOHREN

Die Löcher müssen mit einem Bohrer mit ø 16 gebohrt werden. Wenn Sie das erste Loch mit einem Bohrer mit ø 10 bohren, kann es einfacher sein, die endgültige Bohrung mit ø 16 vorzunehmen.

• Bohren Sie die Löcher, die gerade eingezeichnet wurden, mithilfe einer Wasserwaage gemäß folgenden Anweisungen:

Sind die Löcher in einer geraden Linie angeordnet, müssen sich alle 90º in Bezug auf den Strand befinden.

• Befinden sich die Löcher nach außen hin in einer Kurve (siehe Skizze am Ende der Seite), wenn Sie die Löcher einzeichnen, so reduzieren Sie den in der Bohrvorlage angegebenen Standardabstand um 3 bis 5 mm. Verläuft die Kurve zur Außenseite hin, umgibt der Stoff den Pfosten mehr (siehe Abb. B) als wenn es sich um eine gerade Linie handelt, daher ist es notwendig, den Raum zwischen den Pfosten um einige Millimeter zu verringern. Wenn Sie die Löcher bohren, neigen

Sie den Bohrer um 2° bis 4° vom Pool nach außen, um über eine geringfügige Neigung Richtung Außenseite der Pfosten zu verfügen. Diese Neigung garantiert, dass das Netz die optimale Spannung am oberen Teil der Absperrung hat. Ist die

Kurve sehr nicht ausgeprägt, genügen 2°, doch ist die Kurve im Gegensatz dazu ausgeprägter, kann man bis zu 4° erreichen

(siehe Abb. C) .

Verläuft die Kurve zur Außenseite hin, umgibt der Stoff den Pfosten mehr als wenn es sich um eine gerade Linie handelt, daher ist es notwendig, den Raum zwischen den Pfosten um einige Millimeter zu verringern.

2° bis 4° vom Pool nach innen, um eine leichte Neigung Richtung Innenseite der Pfosten zu schaffen. Diese Neigung garantiert, dass das Netz am oberen Teil der Absperrung die optimale Spannung hat. Ist die Kurve nicht sehr ausgeprägt, genügen 2°, doch falls die Kurve im Gegensatz dazu ausgeprägter ist, kann man bis zu 4° erreichen (siehe Abb. E) .

Bei einer Kurve nach innen umhüllt der Stoff die Stange weniger als bei einer geraden Linie. Daher sollte man den Raum zwischen den Stangen um einige Milimeter vergrößern.

4. INSTALLATION DER STIFTE UND PANEELE

Nach dem Bohren der 4 Löcher entfernen Sie Schmutz und Staub im Inneren und darum herum mit einem Staubsauger.

Setzen Sie die Stifte manuell ein und, falls erforderlich, führen Sie sie schließlich mit Hilfe eines Holzhammers ein.

Installieren Sie dann das erste Paneel. Das Einpassen der Pfosten in den Stiften erfordert etwas Aufwand, und so ist es ratsamer, den Pfosten mit einer leichten Neigung Richtung Loch vorzulegen, um das Ende der Abstützung zu verschieben und den Pfosten dann geradezurichten, um ihn ganz einzuschlagen. Falls es Ihnen nicht gelingt, den Pfosten an Ort und

Stelle zu platzieren, kann es sein, dass Sie erneut bohren müssen.

Hinweis: Das Gewebe im oberen Teil des Paneels kann den Anschein erwecken, nicht gespannt zu sein. Die

Spannung entsteht, sobald alle Paneele an Ort und Stelle und miteinander verbunden sind.

5. DAS FOLGENDE PANEEL

Gehen Sie mit der Anrissvorlage zum nächsten Paneel über, um die Position des ersten Pfostens dieses Paneels zu ermitteln. Ab dem Loch des letzten Pfostens des Paneels, das gerade platziert wurde, wenden Sie die Vorlage an, wobei

Sie dieses Mal die beiden nächsten Löcher verwenden (siehe Abb. 2 im Folgenden). Dieser Abstand von 7,6 cm (von Achse zu Achse) stellt den Raum zwischen dem letzten Pfosten des Paneels und dem ersten Pfosten des folgenden dar.

6. WIEDERHOLEN SIE DIE VORGÄNGE VON PUNKT 2 BIS 5, BIS ALLE LÖCHER GEBOHRT UND ALLE PANEELE

GESETZT WORDEN SIND.

Wichtig: 90°-Winkel

Es wird nicht empfohlen, die Absperrung mit einem Winkel von 90º oder weniger aufzubauen.

Manchmal ist es jedoch nicht anders unmöglich.

Es ist nicht notwendig, diesen Winkel bei einem einzelnen Pfosten in der Ecke vorzunehmen, da die Spannung die Biegung von ihm selbst bedeuten würde. Es ist hingegen notwendig, den Pfosten eines Paneels und den ersten Pfosten des nächsten Paneels in dem Winkel zu platzieren, verbunden durch einen Anschlusshaken. Beachten Sie das Beispiel in der folgenden Skizze.

7. ANPASSUNG DER LÄNGE EINER PANEEL

Manchmal ist es notwendig, die Länge des Paneels zu ändern. Beachten Sie hierfür das folgende Verfahren bei einem

Standardpaneel.

A) Ermitteln Sie die Länge des Paneels, das Sie ändern möchten, indem Sie den Abstand zwischen den Mittelpunkten der

Löcher am Boden messen.

B) Übertragen Sie danach diesen Abstand auf den Abschnitt des Paneels, das sie ändern möchten, von dem Mittelpunkt des Pfostens aus, der an seinem Platz sein wird. Berücksichtigen Sie den Abstand an der Ober- und Unterseite des Netzes.

ACHTUNG: Der Abstand zwischen zwei Pfosten muss stets 100 cm oder weniger betragen.

C) Schneiden Sie den Stoff mit einer Schere zu, WOBEI SIE 10 CM MEHR LASSEN, UM IHN IM FALLE EINES FEHLERS

ANPASSEN ZU KÖNNEN.

D) Lösen Sie die Lasche eines nicht genutzten Pfostens (z.B., derjenige, der mit dem Überschuss an Stoff verbunden ist, den Sie gerade zugeschnitten haben). Zum Lösen nehmen Sie einen Akkuschrauber und einen Standardspitzenhalter

(dieser entspricht der Flanschschraube).

E) Mit Hilfe der Schnur zeichnen Sie eine gerade Linie zwischen beiden Markierungen, die in Schritt b) angebracht wurden.

F) Schlagen Sie den Stoff 1,5 cm von der zuvor gezogenen Linie über.

G) Legen Sie den Stoff auf den Pfosten, so dass die Löcher der Flanschschrauben auf die in Schritt e) gezogene Linie ausgerichtet sind. Die Linie muss den Löchern der Flanschschrauben perfekt folgen. Platzieren Sie die Lasche, und schrauben Sie sie erneut vollständig fest. Achten Sie darauf, den Pfosten in die richtige Richtung einzusetzen.

H) Versuchen Sie, die Platte auszutauschen. Wenn der Abschnitt nicht geändert wurde, zurück zu Schritt a).

I) Wenn der überschüssige Stoff an der Platte abgeschnitten werden muss, darauf achten, dass man das richtige Stück abschneidet.

J) EVENTUELL: Um ein Ausfransen der oberen und unteren Kanten zu verhindern, kann man die Fäden mit einem Feuerzeug oder einem kleinen Schweißgerät verschweißen.

8. ANBRINGEN DER SCHLIESSHAKEN

Haben Sie alle Löcher gebohrt und die Paneele angebracht, müssen Sie sie nun mittels der mitgelieferten Schließhaken miteinander verbinden. Zum Anbringen der Haken befolgen Sie folgende Schritte:

• Lösen Sie die obere Schraube der Pfosten mit Hilfe von Schraubenzieher und Spitzenhalter (siehe 1).

• Mit dem Haken schrauben Sie die Karabiner an den Pfosten (siehe 2 und 3).

• Um den Haken zu schließen, befolgen Sie folgende Schritte (siehe 4).

1. Halten Sie beide Pfosten und drücken Sie, um sie einander zu nähern

2. Ziehen Sie an der Sicherheitsverriegelung (das bewegliche Teil am Ende der Feder)

3. Senken Sie den Haken und lassen Sie ihn los

GEBRAUCH UND WARTUNG

9. ZUTRITT ZUM POOL

Durch Entriegeln der Sicherheitshaken ist es möglich, an jeder Paneelverbindung zum Pool zu gelangen.

Befolgen Sie diese Schritte:

• Halten Sie die beiden Pfosten und drücken Sie, um sie einander zu nähern.

• Ziehen Sie an der Sicherheitsverriegelung (das bewegliche Teil am Ende der Feder).

• Heben Sie den Haken an, um die Verbindung zwischen den Paneelen zu lösen.

• Heben Sie einen Pfosten an, indem Sie ihn drehen.

ACHTUNG: der Pfosten kann nur dann entfernt, wenn Sie ihn beim Ziehen gleichzeitig drehen.

BARRIERA DI PROTEZIONE PER PISCINE

RACCOMANDAZIONI IMPORTANTI

Prima di iniziare, è importante conoscere le norme che devono essere rispettate per installare la barriera.

• La barriera deve isolare completamente la piscina e tutti gli accessi ad essa

• Tutti i lati della piscina devono essere dotati di protezione, con la barriera o con qualsiasi elemento permanente come un muro, un muretto o altro tipo di recinzione, a condizione che questo elemento rispetti il contenuto della norma NF P 90 -306 (soprattutto l’obbligo che nessun elemento debba avere un’altezza di separazione inferiore a 1,10 m).

• Nel caso in cui la barriera debba essere unita ad un altro elemento, assicurarsi che questo sia solido abbastanza da offrire un punto di fissaggio stabile.

• Non installare la barriera su un suolo instabile, come prato, sabbia...

• ATTENZIONE: è obbligatorio rispettare uno spazio di almeno 1,10 m tra la barriera e qualsiasi punto di appoggio fisso o mobile

(da un lato e dall’altro della barriera)

• Si raccomanda di installare la barriera a una distanza minima di 1 m dal livello dell’acqua. Nelle piscine private a uso individuale, si raccomanda di non installare la barriera troppo lontano dalla vasca, per evitare che perda efficacia.

• Ciononostante, quando si calcola la distanza tra l’acqua e la barriera, tenere conto della distanza minima per svolgere i lavori di manutenzione, come l’aspirazione. Non scegliere una distanza troppo breve, che possa risultare molesta per i lavori di manutenzione.

• Lasciare spazio sufficiente intorno alla piscina per poter lavorare senza problemi.

• Il terreno deve essere pulito e asciutto per poter distinguere chiaramente i segni da realizzare sul terreno stesso.

• Non iniziare l’installazione della barriera se le condizioni meteorologiche non sono ottimali. È richiesto l’utilizzo di dispositivi elettrici, come i perforatori. Per prudenza, non utilizzare tali dispositivi se piove o il terreno è umido. In ogni caso, i dispositivi elettrici devono essere connessi a una presa dotata di interruttore di inversione di corrente di 30 mA.

1. STABILIRE IL PUNTO DI PARTENZA

Utilizzare una corda per le parti rette, in modo che il tracciato sia perfettamente rettilineo.

2. TRACCIARE I 4 SEGNI PER FISSARE I 4 PALI DEL PRIMO PANNELLO

Utilizzando i due fori opposti del modello fornito o del metro a nastro, segnare i 4 fori del primo pannello, spostando il pannello a partire dall’ultimo foro segnato.

IMPORTANTE: Nel caso in cui la barriera debba essere curva, sarà necessario regolare questa distanza di 5 mm, aggiungendo o sottraendo, per ottenere una tensione adeguata della rete (vedi gli schemi del paragrafo

3).

3. REALIZZARE I FORI

I fori devono essere fatti con la punta da ø 16. Se si fora il primo foro con la punta da ø 10 può risultare più semplice la perforazione definitiva da ø 16.

• Con l’aiuto della livella, realizzare i fori che si sono segnati in precedenza conformemente alle seguenti istruzioni:

Se i fori si trovano in linea retta, devono essere tutti a 90° rispetto alla spiaggia.

• Se i fori si trovano su una curva verso l’esterno (vedi lo schema in fondo alla pagina), segnando i fori ridurre da 3 a

5 mm lo spazio standard indicato dal modello di perforazione. Qualora la curva sia verso l’esterno, il telo avvolge di più il palo (v. fig. B) rispetto a una linea retta, per questo è necessario ridurre di alcuni millimetri la distanza tra i pali. Al momento della realizzazione dei fori, inclinare il perforatore di 2° o 4° verso l’esterno della piscina al fine di dare una lieve inclinazione verso l’esterno ai pali. Tale inclinazione garantisce che la rete abbia la tensione ottimale nella parte superiore della barriera. Se la curva non è molto pronunciata sono sufficienti 2°; se, al contrario, la curva è più accentuata, si può arrivare a 4° (v. fig. C) .

Qualora la curva sia verso l’esterno, il telo avvolge di più il palo rispetto a una linea retta, per questo è necessario ridurre di alcuni millimetri la distanza tra i pali.

• Se i fori si trovano in una curva verso l’interno, segnando i fori ridurre da 3 a 5 mm lo spazio standard indicato dal modello di perforazione. Qualora la curva sia verso l’interno, il telo avvolge di più il palo (v. fig. D) rispetto a una linea retta, per questo è necessario ridurre di alcuni millimetri la distanza tra i pali. Al momento della realizzazione dei fori, inclinare il perforatore di 2° o 4° verso l’interno della piscina al fine di dare una lieve inclinazione verso l’interno ai pali.

Tale inclinazione garantisce che la rete abbia la tensione ottimale nella parte superiore della barriera. Se la curva non è molto pronunciata sono sufficienti 2°; Se, a se, al contrario, la cura è più accentuata, si può arrivare a 4° (v. fig. l contrario, la cura è più accentuata, si può arrivare a 4° (v. fig. E) .

4. INSTALLAZIONE DEI BULLONI E DEL PANNELLO

Una volta realizzati i 4 fori pulire intorno e all’interno di questi con un aspiratore. Inserire manualmente i bulloni e, se necessario, finire di inserirli con l’aiuto di un martello. Successivamente installare il primo pannello. Incassare i pali nei bulloni richiede un piccolo sforzo, può risultare più facile presentare il palo con una leggera inclinazione verso il foro per far scorrere l’estremità di appoggio e dopo raddrizzare il palo per fissarlo completamente. Se non si riesce a posizionare il palo nell’apposito spazio, è possibile dover perforare di nuovo.

Nota: il tessuto della parte superiore del pannello può sembrare che non sia teso. Si otterrà la tensione quando tutti i pannelli saranno al loro posto e uniti tra di loro.

5. PANNELLO SUCCESSIVO

Passare al pannello successivo con il modello tracciato per determinare l’ubicazione del primo palo rispetto a questo pannello. A partire dal foro dell’ultimo palo collocato, applicare il modello utilizzando questa volta i due fori più vicini (v. figura 2 di seguito riportata). Questo spazio di 7,6 cm (da asse a asse) rappresenta lo spazio tra l’ultimo palo del pannello e il primo di quello successivo.

6. RIPETERE I PASSAGGI DEI PARAGRAFI DA 2 A 5 FINO A CHE NON SONO STATI PRATICATI TUTTI I FORI E

Importante: Angolo di 90°

È sconsigliato costruire la barriera con angoli uguali o inferiori a 90°.

Ciononostante, a volte non è possibile fare diversamente.

Non è necessario realizzare questo angolo con un solo palo nell’angolo, perché la tensione causerebbe il piegarsi dello stesso. Al contrario, è necessario collocare nell’angolo il palo di un pannello e il primo palo del pannello successivo, unite con un gancio di serraggio. Seguire l’esempio dello schema di seguito riportato.

7. REGOLARE LA LUNGHEZZA DI UN PANNELLO

A volte è necessario modificare la lunghezza del pannello. Per fare ciò, seguire questo procedimento con un pannello standard.

A) Determinare la lunghezza del pannello che si vuole modificare misurando la distanza tra il centro dei due fori al suolo.

B) Spostare dopo questa distanza sopra la parte del pannello che si vuole modificare a partire dal centro del palo che vi si collocherà. Calcolare la distanza nella parte superiore e in quella inferiore della rete.

ATTENZIONE: La distanza tra i due pali deve essere sempre uguale o inferiore ai 100 cm.

C) Con le forbici, tagliare il tessuto LASCIANDO 10 CM DI LARGHEZZA IN ECCESSO PER POTERLO REGOLARE IN CASO

DI ERRORE.

D) Liberare la flangia di un palo inutilizzato (ad esempio, quello legato al tessuto in eccesso appena tagliato). Per liberarlo, usare un cacciavite elettrico e un portapunta standard (corrispondente alla vite della flangia).

E) Con l’aiuto della corda, tracciare una linea retta tra i due segni realizzati nel passaggio b).

F) Piegare il tessuto su se stesso a 1,5 m dalla linea tracciata in precedenza.

G) Collocare il tessuto sopra il palo in modo che i fori delle viti della flangia siano allineati con la linea tracciata nel passaggio e). La linea deve seguire perfettamente i fori delle viti della flangia. Posizionare la flangia e tornare ad avvitarla completamente. Assicurarsi di collocare il palo nel verso corretto.

H) Sostiture il pannello. Se la sezione non è stata modificata, tornare al passaggio a).

I) Qualora occorra tagliare il tessuto in eccesso sul pannello, prestare attenzione a tagliare la parte corretta.

J) OPZIONALE: Per evitare lo sfilacciamento dei bordi superiori e inferiori, è possibile saldare i fili utilizzando un bruciatore o un piccolo saldatore.

8. AINSTALLAZIONE DEI GANCI DI SERRAGGIO

Dopo aver praticato i fori e aver installato i pannelli, unirli tra loro con i ganci di serraggio inclusi. Per installare i ganci, effettuare i seguenti passaggi:

• Estrarre la vite superiore dei pali con l’aiuto di un cacciavite e del portapunta (v. 1).

• Con il gancio, stringere i moschettoni ai pali (v. 2 e 3).

• Per chiudere il gancio, effettuare i seguenti passaggi (v.4).

9. ACCESSO ALLA PISCINA

Si può accedere alla piscina da ciascuno dei pannelli, sbloccando i ganci di sicurezza.

Seguire questi passaggi:

• Afferrare i due pali per avvicinarli.

• Tirare la chiusura di sicurezza

• Alzare il gancio per separare i due pannelli.

• Alzare un pale girandolo.

ATTENZIONE: non si può estrarre il palo tirandolo senza girarlo nello stesso momento.

10. MANUTENZIONE

Controllare con regolarità tutti i componenti della barriera. Se qualcuno dei componenti risulta danneggiato, in particolare quelli dei sistemi di chiusura, contattare immediatamente lo stabilimento dove ha acquistato la barreira per avere il pezzo di ricambio.

È imprescindibile cambiare gli elementi e le parti degli elementi deteriorati nel minor tempo possibile. Utilizzare solo parti omologate dal fornitore / installatore.

VEILIGHEIDSHEKWERK VOOR ZWEMBADEN

BELANGRIJKE AANBEVELINGEN

Voordat u begint, is het belangrijk alle normen te kennen die gerespecteerd moeten worden bij het installeren van het hekwerk.

• Het hekwerk moet het zwembad geheel afsluiten en alle toegang ertoe voorkomen

• Alle zijden van het zwembad moeten van een bescherming zijn voorzien, hetzij door het hekwerk of anders met een permanent element zoals een wand, een muurtje of een andere barrière, onder de voorwaarde dat dit element hetgeen in de norm NF P 90 -306 is opgenomen, respecteert (met name de verplichting dat dit element nooit een passeerhoogte mag hebben die minder is dan 1,10 m).

• Indien het hekwerk moet worden bevestigd aan een ander element, moet ervoor worden gezorgd dat dit element solide genoeg is om een stabiel bevestigingspunt te kunnen bieden.

• Installeer het hekwerk niet op een instabiele ondergrond, zoals een gazon, zand…

• LET OP: Het is verplicht een doorgang van minstens 1,10 m te respecteren tussen het hekwerk en enig vast of mobiel bevestigingspunt (aan de ene en aan de andere kant van het hekwerk)

• het is aanbevolen om het hekwerk op een minimale afstand van 1m van de waterspiegel te installeren. In privézwembaden voor eigen gebruik, wordt aanbevolen om het hekwerk niet te ver uit de buurt van het bassin te plaatsen, om te voorkomen dat het anders haar doel mist.

• Desalniettemin, wanneer u de afstand berekent tussen het water en het hekwerk, moet u rekening houden met de minimumafstand die u in staat stelt om onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren, zoals het stofzuigen. Zorg ervoor dat de afstand niet te klein is omdat dit het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerk lastig maakt.

• Voor u dit product gebruikt, eerst aandachtig de bijgeleverde waarschuwingen en instructies doorlezen en de aanwijzingen opvolgen. Als u geen rekening houdt de waarschuwingen noch de veiligheidsinstructies, kan er persoonlijk of dodelijk letsel en materiële schade optreden.

INSTALLATIE

LET OP: HET HEKWERK MAG ALLÉÉN WORDEN GEÏNSTALLEERD OP EEN STABIELE EN HARDE ONDERGROND,

HET LIEFST EEN DIE ZWAAR EN RUW IS. EEN BETONPLAAT IS DE IDEALE ONNDERGROND VOOR DE

INSTALLATIE VAN HET HEKWERK.

• Zorg ervoor dat rondom het zwembad voldoende ruimte is om zonder problemen te kunnen werken

• De vloer moet schoon en droog zijn om de markeringen die op de grond worden gemaakt pefect te kunnen zien

• Begin niet met het installeren van het hekwerk indien de weersomstandigheden niet optimaal zijn. U zult elektrische apparatuur zoals boormachines moeten gebruiken. Uit voorzorg moet u dergelijk gereedschap niet gebruiken als het regent of op vochtige vloeren. Elektrische apparaten moeten te allen tijde op een stopcontact worden aangesloten dat is uitgerust met een stroomonderbreker met stroomomkering van 30 mA.

1. HET BEGINPUNT VASTSTELLEN

Gebruik een koord voor de rechte delen; op deze manier is de getrokken lijn perfect rechtlijnig.

2. DE 4 MARKERINGEN AFTEKENEN VOOR DE 4 PALEN VAN HET EERSTE PANEEL

Door gebruik te maken van de eerste twee tegenoverliggende gaten op het bijgeleverde patroon of een meetlint, de 4 gaten in het eerste paneel markeren,en het patroon te verplaatsen waarbij u verder uitgaat van het laatste gemarkeerde gat.

Afstand 100 cm (39,4’’)

BELANGRIJK: Indien het hekwerk een ronde bocht moet volgen, is het nodig om deze afstand met ongeveer 5 mm aan te passen, extra of minder, om de juiste spanning van het net te krijgen(zie de schema’s in paragraaf 3).

3. DE GATEN BOREN

De gaten moeten worden gemaakt met een bit van ø 16. Als er eerst een gat wordt geboord met het bitje van ø 10 wordt het gemakkelijker om daarna het uiteindelijke gat met een bit van ø 16 te maken.

• Met behulp van een waterpas, de gaten boren die even daarvoor zijn gemarkeerd en waarbij de volgende instructies worden gevolgd:

Indien de gaten zich op één rechte lijn bevinden, moeten ze allemaal worden geboord op 90º ten opzichte van de badrand.

• Als de gaten zich bevinden in een naar buiten gebogen bocht (zie het schema aan het einde van de pagina), moet bij het markeren van de gaten de afstand worden verkleind met 3 tot 5 mm ten opzichte van de standaardafstand die op het perforatiepatroon is aangegeven. Wanneer de bocht naar buiten loopt, loopt het doek wijder om de paal heen (zie afb.

B) dan wanneer het om een rechte lijn gaat. Daarom is het nodig oom de afstand tussen de palen met enkele millimeters te verkleinen. Op het moment dat de gaten gemaakt worden, zet de boormachine dan tussen de 2º tot 4º naar buiten toe vanaf het zwembad om ervoor te zorgen dat de palen heel lichtjes schuin naar buiten komen te staan. Deze schuinstand geeft de garantie dat het net de optimale spanning verkrijgt aan de bovenkant van het hekwerk. Indien de bocht niet heel scherp, is 2º voldoende; maar als de bocht veel scherper is, dan mag de schuinstand zelfs 4º bedragen (zie afb. C) .

Wanneer de bocht naar buiten loopt, loopt het doek wijder om de paal heen dan wanneer het om een rechte lijn gaat.

• Als de gaten zich bevinden in een naar binnen gebogen bocht (zie het schema aan het einde van de pagina), moet bij het markeren van de gaten de afstand worden vergroot met 3 tot 5 mm ten opzichte van de standaardafstand die op het perforatiepatroon is aangegeven. Als de bocht naar buiten toe loopt, zit er minder doek om de paal (zie fig. D) dan wanneer het een rechte lijn zou betreffen, en daarom is het nodig om de ruimte tussen de palen met enkele millimeters te vergroten. Op het moment dat de gaten gemaakt worden, zet de boormachine dan tussen de 2º tot 4º naar binnen toe richting het zwembad om ervoor te zorgen dat de palen heel lichtjes schuin naar buiten komen te staan. Deze schuinstand geeft de garantie dat het net de optimale spanning verkrijgt aan de bovenkant van het hekwerk. Indien de bocht niet heel scherp is 2º voldoende; maar als de bocht veel scherper is, dan mag de schuinstand zelfs 4º bedragen (zie afb. E) .

4. MONTEREN VAN DE PENNEN EN VAN HET PANEEL

Nadat de 4 gaten zijn geboord, het vuil en stof verwijderen dat erin en eromheen ligt met een stofzuiger verwijderen.

Steek de pennen handmatig in en, indien nodig, voor het laatste stukje gebruik maken van een rubberen hamer. Vervolgens wordt het eerste paneel geplaatst. De palen op de pennen plaatsen kost wat moeite, dus is het handiger om de paal aan te brengen met een lichte schuinstand richting het gat zodat het steunende uiteinde er makkelijke overheen glijdt en hem vervolgens rechtop te zetten om hem volledig vast te zetten. Als het niet lukt om de paal op zijn plaats te krijgen is het mogelijk dat u nieuwe gaten zult moeten boren.

Let op: Het kan lijken alsof het doek in het bovenste deel van het paneel niet strak staat. De spanning wordt verkregen wanneer alle panelen op hun plek staan en aan elkaar zijn verbonden.

5. VOLGENDE PANEEL

Ga verder naar het volgende paneel met het markeerpatroon om de plaats te bepalen van de eerste paal van dit paneel.

Vanaf het gat van de laatste paal van het paneel dat nu net is geplaatst, het patroon gebruiken en daarvoor nu de twee dichtstbijzijnde gaten te nemen (zie afbeelding 2 hieronder). Deze ruimte van 7,6 cm (van as tot as) representeert de ruimte tussen de laatste paal van het paneel en die van de eerste paal van het volgende.

6. HERHAAL DE HANDELINGEN UIT PARAGRAFEN 2 - 5 TOTDAT ALLE GATEN ZIJN GEPERFOREERD EN ALLE

PANELEN ZIJN GEPLAATST.

Belangrijk: Hoek van 90º

Het wordt afgeraden om het hekwerk te construeren met hoeken die gelijk zijn of kleiner dan 90º.

Soms is het echter onmogelijk om et op een andere manier te doen.

Het is niet nodig om deze hoek te maken met één enkele paal in de hoek, omdat de spanning het buigen ervan zou veronderstellen. Integendeel, het is nodig om de paal van een paneel en de eerste paal van het volgende paneel die verbonden zijn door een verbindingshaak in deze hoek te plaatsen. Volg het voorbeeld op het onderstaande schema.

7. DE LENGTE VAN EEN PANEEL AANPASSEN

Soms is het nodig om de lengte van het paneel aan te passen. Volg daarvoor de volgende procedure, waarbij wordt uitgegaan van een standaard paneel.

A) Bepaal de lengte van het paneel dat u wilt aanpassen door de afstand te meten tussen de middelpunten van de gaten aan de grond.

B) Verplaats deze afstand daarna naar het gedeelte van het paneel dat u wilt aanpassen vanaf het midden van de paal als die op zijn plek zal staan. Houd rekening met de afstand tot de bovenste en in de onderste afrastering van het net.

LET OP: De afstand tussen twee palen moet altijd gelijk of kleiner zijn dan 100 cm.

C) Knip het zeil op maat met een schaar. LAAT 10 CM EXTRA LENGTE DIE UITSTEEKT OVER OM IN GEVAL VAN EEN FOUT

EEN CORRECTIE TE KUNNEN UITVOEREN.

D) Maak de flens los van een niet-gebruikte paal (bijvoorbeeld, die welke vastzit aan het restant doek wat u zojuist hebt afgeknipt). Om hem los te maken, gebruik een elektrische schroevendraaier met een standaard bithouder (die overeenkomt met de schroeven van de flens).

E) Met behulp van het koord trekt u een rechte lijn tussen de twee markeringen die zijn gemaakt bij stap b).

F) Vouw het doek dubbel op 1,5 cm van de eerder getrokken lijn.

G) Plaats het doek zodanig op de paal dat de gaten voor de schroeven van de flenzen samenvallen met de lijn die is uitgezet in stap e). De lijn moet de gaten voor de schroeven van de flenzen perfect volgen. Plaats de flens en schroef hem helemaal vast. Zorg ervoor dat de paal in de juiste richting wordt geplaatst.

H) In het geval dat een paneel moet worden verwisseld. Als het gedeelte niet is aangepast, gaat u terug naar stap a).

I) Als u het overschot aan doek van het paneel gaat afknippen, let dan goed op dat u het stuk op de juiste maat en recht afknipt.

J) OPTIONEEL: om de voorkomen dat de bovenste en onderste randen gaan rafelen, kunt u de draden vastplakken door er kort de vlam van een aansteker of kleine gasbrander langs te halen zodat de draden aan elkaar smelten.

8. INSTALLEREN VAN DE SLUITHAKEN

Als alle gaten zijn geboord en de panelen zijn geïnstalleerd, moeten ze aan elkaar worden verbonden door middel van de bijgeleverde sluithaken Om de haken te monteren, moeten de volgende stappen worden gevolgd:

• De bovenste schroef van de palen losdraaien met de behulp van de schroevendraaier en de bithouder (zie 1).

• Met de haak, de musketonhaken aan de palen vastschroeven (zie 2 en 3).

• Om de haak te sluiten, moeten de volgende stappen worden gevolgd (zie 4).

9. TOEGANG TOT HET ZWEMBAD

Het is mogelijk om het zwembad te betreden via elke verbinding tussen twee panelen, door de veiligheidshaken te ontgrendelen.

Volg de volgende stappen:

• Pak de twee palen vast en druk ze naar elkaar toe.

• Trek aan de veiligheidsgrendel (het beweegbare deel aan het uiteinde van de veer).

• Til de haak op om de verbinding tussen de panelen los te maken.

• Til één paal terwijl u hem draait.

LET OP: de paal mag niet worden losgetrokken zonder dat er tegelijkertijd ook aan wordt gedraaid.

RECOMENDAÇÕES IMPORTANTES

Antes de começar, é importante conhecer as normas que devem ser respeitadas para instalar a barreira.

• A barreira deve vedar completamente a piscina e todos os seus acessos.

• Todos os lados da piscina devem contar com proteção, quer seja com a barreira ou com um elemento permanente, como uma parede, um murete ou outra barreira, com a condição de que este elemento respeite o estabelecido na norma NF P 90 -306 (especialmente a obrigação de que o referido elemento nunca deverá ter uma altura de franqueamento inferior a 1,10 m).

• No caso de a barreira ter que estar unida a outro elemento, tente que este seja o suficientemente sólido para oferecer um ponto de fixação estável.

• Não instale a barreira sobre um solo instável, como relva, areia…

• ATENÇÃO: É obrigatório respeitar um corredor de pelo menos 1,10 m entre a barreira e qualquer ponto de apoio fixo ou móvel (a um lado e ao outro da barreira)

• Recomenda-se instalar a barreira a uma distância mínima de 1 m do nível da água. Nas piscinas privadas de uso individual, recomenda-se não instalar a barreira demasiado longe do tanque, visando evitar que a proteção perca eficácia.

• Não obstante, quando calcular a distância entre a água e a barreira, deverá ter em conta a distância mínima que lhe permitir levar a cabo os trabalhos de manutenção, como a aspiração. Não estabeleça uma distância muito curta, que possa incomodar os trabalhos de manutenção.

INSTALAÇÃO DA BARREIRA

ATENÇÃO: A BARREIRA PODE SER INSTALADA APENAS SOBRE UMA BASE ESTÁVEL, DURA E, SE FOR

POSSÍVEL, GROSSA. A SUPERFÍCIE IDEAL PARA A INSTALAÇÃO DA BARREIRA É UMA CAMADA DE BETÃO.

• Tente deixar o espaço suficiente em volta da piscina para poder trabalhar sem problemas.

• O solo deve estar limpo e seco para poder distinguir corretamente as marcas que deverão ser realizadas nele

• Não comece a instalar a barreira se as condições meteorológicas não são ótimas. Deverá utilizar dispositivos elétricos, como perfuradoras. Por prudência, não utilize estes aparelhos se chove ou em solos húmidos. Em todo o caso, os dispositivos elétricos devem estar ligados a uma tomada equipada com um disjuntor de reversão de corrente de 30 mA.

1. ESTABELECER O PONTO DE PARTIDA

Utilize uma corda para as partes retas, visando obter um traçado perfeitamente retilíneo.

2. TRACE AS 4 MARCAS PARA ASSINALAR OS 4 POSTES DO PRIMEIRO PAINEL

Através da utilização dos dois orifícios opostos do molde fornecido ou da fita métrica, marque os 4 orifícios do primeiro painel, deslocando o molde a partir do último orifício marcado.

IMPORTANTE: No caso de a barreira ter que fazer uma curva, será necessário ajustar esta distância uns 5 mm, adicionado ou subtraindo, a fim de obter a tensão adequada da rede (ver os esquemas do parágrafo 3).

3. FAZER OS ORIFÍCIOS

Os orifícios devem ser feitos com a broca de ø 16. Se se furar um primeiro orifício com a broca de ø 10, pode ser mais simples realizar a perfuração definitiva de ø 16.

• Com a ajuda de um nível, fure os orifícios que acabam de ser marcados conforme as seguintes instruções:

• Se os orifícios se encontrarem numa curva para o exterior (ver o esquema no final da página), quando marcar os orifícios deverá reduzir de 3 a 5 mm o espaçamento padrão indicado pelo molde de perfuração. Quando a curva for para o exterior, o tecido envolverá mais o poste (ver fig. B) que se se tratar de uma linha reta, e daí a necessidade de reduzir uns milímetros o espaço entre os postes. No momento de fazer os orifícios, incline a perfuradora de 2º a 4º para o exterior da piscina a fim de dotar de uma leve inclinação dos postes para o exterior. A inclinação garantirá que a rede tem a tensão ótima na parte superior da barreira. Se a curva não for muito pronunciada, bastará com 2º; se, caso contrário, a curva for mais acentuada, poder-se-á chegar até aos 4º (ver a fig. C) .

Quando a curva for para o exterior, o tecido envolverá mais o poste que se se tratar de uma linha reta, e daí a necessidade de reduzir uns milímetros o espaço entre os postes.

• Se os orifícios estiverem localizados numa curva para o interior (ver o esquema no final da página), quando marcar os orifícios aumente de 3 a 5 mm o espaçamento padrão indicado pelo molde de perfuração. Quando a curva for para o interior, o tecido envolverá menos o poste (ver fig. D) que se se tratar de uma linha reta, e daí a necessidade de aumentar uns milímetros o espaço entre os postes. No momento de fazer os orifícios, deverá inclinar a perfuradora de 2º a 4º para o interior da piscina a fim de dotar de uma leve inclinação dos postes para o interior. A referida inclinação garantirá que a rede tem a tensão ótima na parte superior da barreira. Se a curva não for muito pronunciada, bastará com 2º; se, caso contrário, a curva for mais acentuada, poder-se-á chegar até aos 4º (ver a fig. E) .

Quando a curva seja para o interior, o tecido envolve o poste menos que se se tratar de uma linha reta, daí a necessidade de aumentar uns milímetros o espaço entre os postes.

4. INSTALAÇÃO DAS CAVILHAS E DO PAINEL

Depois de ter furado os 4 orifícios, retire a sujeira e a poeira em volta e no interior deles com um aspirador. Insira manualmente as cavilhas e, se o necessitar, acabe de introduzi-las com a ajuda de um maço. Em seguida, instale o primeiro painel. Encaixar os postes nas cavilhas exige um pequeno esforço, portanto é mais conveniente inserir o poste com uma leve inclinação para o orifício a fim de deslizar o extremo de apoio e em seguida endireitar o poste para cravá-lo completamente. Se não conseguir colocar o poste no respetivo lugar, talvez terá que voltar a perfurar.

Nota: O tecido da parte superior do painel pode parecer que não está esticado. A tensão obter-se-á quando todos os painéis estiverem no respetivo lugar e unidos entre eles.

5. SEGUINTE PAINEL

Passe ao seguinte painel com o molde de traçado a fim de determinar a localização do primeiro poste deste painel. A partir do orifício do último poste do painel que se acaba de colocar, aplique o molde utilizando desta vez os dois orifícios mais próximos (ver a figura 2 abaixo). Este espaço de 7,6 cm (de eixo a eixo) representa o espaço entre o último poste do painel e o primeiro poste do seguinte.

6. REPITA AS OPERAÇÕES DAS ALÍNEAS 2 A 5 ATÉ TEREM SIDO FURADOS TODOS OS ORIFÍCIOS E TEREM

SIDO COLOCADO TODOS OS PAINÉIS.

Importante: Ângulo de 90º

Não é recomendado construir a barreira com ângulos iguais ou inferiores a 90º.

Não obstante, às vezes é impossível fazê-lo de outro modo.

Não é necessário realizar este ângulo com um só poste no canto, porque a tensão provocaria a flexão do mesmo. Pelo contrário, é necessário situar no ângulo o poste de um painel e o primeiro poste do painel seguinte, unidos por um gancho de ligação. Siga o exemplo do esquema abaixo.

Utilizar dois orifícios estreitamente espaçados do molde.

7. AJUSTE DO COMPRIMENTO DE UM PAINEL

Às vezes é necessário alterar o comprimento do painel. Para isso, siga o seguinte procedimento com um painel padrão.

A) Determine o comprimento do painel que pretender alterar medindo a distância entre os centros dos dois orifícios no solo.

B) Traslade depois essa distância sobre o troço do painel que pretender alterar a partir do centro do poste que estará no lugar que lhe corresponder. Tenha em conta a distância na parte superior e na inferior da rede.

ATENÇÃO: A distância entre dois postes deve ser sempre igual ou inferior a 100 cm.

C) Com a tesoira, corte o tecido TENTANDO DEIXAR 10 CM DE COMPRIMENTO EXCEDENTE PARA PODER AJUSTAR EM

CASO DE ERRO.

D) Solte a flange de um poste inutilizado (por exemplo, o que está unido ao excesso de tecido que acaba de cortar). Para soltá-la, utilize uma chave de fendas elétrica e um porta-pontas padrão (este corresponde ao parafuso da flange).

E) Com a ajuda do cordão, trace uma linha reta entre as duas marcas realizadas no passo b).

F) Dobre o tecido sobre si mesmo a 1,5 cm da linha traçada anteriormente.

G) Coloque o tecido sobre o poste de forma a se alinharem os orifícios dos parafusos da flange com a linha traçada no passo e). A linha deve seguir perfeitamente os orifícios dos parafusos da flange. Coloque a flange e volte a aparafusá-la completamente. Tente colocar o poste no sentido correto.

H) Trate de substituir o painel. Se a secção não foi alterada, voltar à etapa A).

I) Se for necessário cortar o excesso de tecido no painel, deverá ter cuidado de cortar a peça correta.

J) OPCIONAL: Para evitar que os bordos superiores e inferiores se desfiem, os fios podem ser soldados utilizando um isqueiro ou um pequeno maçarico.

8. INSTALAÇÃO DOS GANCHOS DE FECHAMENTO

Quando tiver furado todos os orifícios e instalado os painéis, deverá uni-los os uns aos outros por meio dos ganchos de fechamento fornecidos. Para instalar os ganchos, siga os seguintes passos:

• Liberte o parafuso superior dos postes com a ajuda da chave de fendas e do porta-pontas (ver 1).

• Com o gancho, aparafuse os mosquetões aos postes (ver 2 e 3).

• Para fechar o gancho, siga os seguintes passos (ver 4).

1. Segure os dois postes e prima para aproximá-los.

2. Puxe a lingueta de segurança (a peça móvel no extremo da mola).

3. Baixe o gancho e liberte-o.

UTILIZAÇÃO E MANUTENÇÃO

9. ACEDER À PISCINA

É possível aceder à piscina em cada união de painéis, desbloqueando os ganchos de segurança.

Siga os passos abaixo:

• Segure os dois postes e prima para aproximá-los.

• Puxe a lingueta de segurança (a peça móvel no extremo da mola).

• Levante o gancho para libertar a união entre os painéis.

• Levante um poste fazendo-o rodar.

ATENÇÃO: O poste não poderá ser extraído se o puxar sem o fazer rodar em simultâneo.

É FUNDAMENTAL FECHAR OS ACESSOS QUANDO

NÃO É ÉPOCA DE BANHOS VIGILADOS.

10. MANUTENÇÃO

TENTE CONTROLAR COM REGULARIDADE TODOS OS COMPONENTES DA BARREIRA. SE QUALQUER DOS COMPONENTES

ESTIVER DANIFICADO, EM ESPECIAL OS SISTEMAS DE FECHAMENTO, CONTACTE IMEDIATAMENTE O ESTABELECIMENTO

EM QUE ADQUIRIU A BARREIRA PARA OBTER UMA PEÇA SOBRESSALENTE.

É IMPRESCINDÍVEL SUBSTITUIR OS ELEMENTOS OU OS CONJUNTOS DE ELEMENTOS DETERIORADOS NO MENOR

PRAZO POSSÍVEL. UTILIZE APENAS AS PEÇAS HOMOLOGADAS PELO FORNECEDOR/INSTALADOR.

EN - GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

1 GENERAL TERMS

1.1 In accordance with these provisions, the seller guarantees that the product corresponding to this guarantee (“the Product”) is in perfect condition at the time of delivery.

1.2 The Guarantee Term for the Product is two (2) years from the time it is delivered to the purchaser.

1.3 In the event of any defect in the Product that is notified by the purchaser to the seller during the Guarantee Term, the seller will be obliged to repair or replace the Product, at his own cost and wherever he deems suitable, unless this is impossible or unreasonable.

1.4 If it is not possible to repair or replace the Product, the purchaser may ask for a proportional reduction in the price or, if the defect is sufficiently significant, the termination of the sales contract.

1.5 The replaced or repaired parts under this guarantee, will not extend the guarantee period of the original Product, but will have a separate guarantee.

1.6 In order for this guarantee to come into effect, the purchaser must provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the Product.

1.7 If, after six months from the delivery of the Product to the purchaser, he notifies a defect in the Product, the purchaser must provide proof of the origin and existence of the alleged defect.

1.8 This Guarantee Certificate is issued without prejudice to the rights corresponding to consumers under national regulations.

2 INDIVIDUAL TERMS

2.1 This guarantee covers the products referred to in this manual.

2.2 This Guarantee Certificate will only be applicable in European Union countries.

2.3 For this guarantee to be effective, the purchaser must strictly follow the Manufacturer’s instructions included in the documentation provided with the

Product, in cases where it is applicable according to the range and model of the Product.

2.4 When a time schedule is specified for the replacement, maintenance or cleaning of certain parts or components of the Product, the guarantee will only be valid if this time schedule has been followed.

3 LIMITATIONS

3.1 This guarantee will only be applicable to sales made to consumers, understanding by “consumer”, a person who purchases the Product for purposes not related to his professional activities.

3.2 The normal wear resulting from using the product is not guaranteed. With respect to expendable or consumable parts, components and/or materials, such as batteries, light bulbs, etc. the stipulations in the documentation provided with the Product, will apply.

1.5 Las partes sustituidas o reparadas en virtud de esta garantía no ampliarán el plazo de la garantía del Producto original, si bien dispondrán de su propia garantía.

1.6 Para la efectividad de la presente garantía, el comprador deberá acreditar la fecha de adquisición y entrega del Producto.

1.7 Cuando hayan transcurrido más de seis meses desde la entrega del Producto al comprador y éste alegue falta de conformidad de aquél, el comprador deberá acreditar el origen y la existencia del defecto alegado.

1.8 El presente Certificado de Garantía no limita o prejuzga los derechos que correspondan a los consumidores en virtud de normas nacionales de carácter imperativo.

2 CONDICIONES PARTICULARES

2.1 La presente garantía cubre los productos a que hace referencia este manual.

2.2 El presente Certificado de Garantía será de aplicación únicamente en los países de la Unión Europea.

2.3 Para la eficacia de esta garantía, el comprador deberá seguir estrictamente las indicaciones del Fabricante incluidas en la documentación que acompaña al Producto, cuando ésta resulte aplicable según la gama y modelo del Producto.

2.4 Cuando se especifique un calendario para la sustitución, mantenimiento o limpieza de ciertas piezas o componentes del Producto, la garantía sólo será válida cuando se haya seguido dicho calendario correctamente.

3 LIMITACIONES

3.1 La presente garantía únicamente será de aplicación en aquellas ventas realizadas a consumidores, entendiéndose por “consumidor”, aquella persona que adquiere el Producto con fines que no entran en el ámbito de su actividad profesional.

3.2 No se otorga ninguna garantía respecto del normal desgaste por uso del producto. En relación con las piezas, componentes y/o materiales fungibles o consumibles como pilas, bombillas etc., se estará a lo dispuesto en la documentación que acompañe al Producto, en su caso.

3.3 La garantía no cubre aquellos casos en que el Producto: (I) haya sido objeto de un trato incorrecto; (II) haya sido reparado, mantenido o manipulado por persona no autorizada o (III) haya sido reparado o mantenido con piezas no originales.

Cuando la falta de conformidad del Producto sea consecuencia de una incorrecta instalación o puesta en marcha, la presente garantía sólo responderá cuando dicha instalación o puesta en marcha esté incluida en el contrato de compra-venta del Producto y haya sido realizada por el vendedor o bajo su responsabilidad.

FR - CERTIFICAT DE GARANTIE

1 ASPECTS GÉNÉRAUX

1.1 Conformément à ces dispositions, le vendeur garantit que le produit correspondant à cette garantie (“le Produit”) ne présente aucun défaut de conformité à la date de sa livraison.

1.2 La Période de Garantie pour le Produit est de deux (2) ans et elle sera calculée à partir du moment de sa remise à l’acheteur.

1.3 S’il se produisait un défaut de conformité du Produit et si l’acheteur le notifiait au vendeur pendant la Période de Garantie, le vendeur devrait réparer ou remplacer le Produit à ses propres frais à l’endroit qu’il jugerait opportun, à moins que cela soit impossible ou disproportionné.

1.4 Lorsque le Produit ne pourra être ni réparé ni remplacé, l’acheteur pourra demander une réduction proportionnelle du prix ou, si le défaut de conformité est suffisamment important, la résolution du contrat de vente.

1.5 Les parties remplacées ou réparées en vertu de cette garantie n’élargiront pas le délai de la garantie du Produit original, celles-ci étant cependant couvertes par leur propre garantie.

1.6 Pour l’effectivité de la présente garantie, l’acheteur devra justifier la date d’acquisition et de remise du Produit.

1.7 Quand plus de six mois se seront écoulés depuis la remise du Produit à l’acheteur et que ce dernier alléguera un défaut de conformité de ce Produit, l’acheteur devra justifier l’origine et l’existence du défaut allégué.

1.8 Le présent Certificat de Garantie ne limite pas, ni préjuge les droits correspondant aux consommateurs en vertu des normes nationales de nature impérative.

2 CONDITIONS PARTICULIÈRES

2.1 La présente garantie couvre les produits auxquels ce manuel fait référence.

2.2 Le présent Certificat de Garantie ne sera applicable que dans les pays de l’Union européenne.

2.3 En vue de l’efficacité de cette garantie, l’acheteur devra suivre strictement les indications du Fabricant comprises dans la documentation qui est jointe au Produit, quand celle-ci sera applicable selon la gamme et le modèle du Produit.

2.4 Quand un calendrier sera spécifié pour le remplacement, la maintenance ou le nettoyage de certaines pièces ou de certains composants du Produit, la garantie sera valable uniquement lorsque ledit calendrier aura été suivi correctement.

3 LIMITATIONS

3.1 La présente garantie ne sera applicable que dans les ventes réalisées aux consommateurs, considérant comme “consommateur”, toute personne qui achète le Produit à des fins qui n’entrent pas dans le cadre de son activité professionnelle.

3.2 Aucune garantie n’est concédée quant à l’usure normale due à l’utilisation du produit. En ce qui concerne les pièces, composants et/ou matériels fongibles ou consommables comme les piles, les ampoules, etc., il faudra respecter, le cas échéant, ce qui est stipulé dans la documentation qui est jointe au Produit.

3.3 La garantie ne couvre pas les cas où le Produit : (I) a fait l’objet d’un traitement incorrect ; (II) a été réparé, entretenu ou manipulé par une personne non autorisée ou (III) a été réparé ou entretenu avec des pièces n’étant pas d’origine. Quand le défaut de conformité du Produit sera la conséquence d’une installation ou d’une mise en marche incorrectes, la présente garantie répondra uniquement lorsque ladite installation ou ladite mise en marche sera incluse dans le contrat d’achat et de vente du Produit et aura été réalisée par le vendeur ou sous sa responsabilité.

DE - GARANTIEZERTIFIKAT

1 ALLGEMEINE GESICHTSPUNKTE

1.1 In Übereinstimmung mit diesen Verfügungen garantiert der Verkäufer, dass das Produkt dieser Garantie (“das Produkt”) entspricht und dass es im

Moment der Übergabe in allen Punkten mit den Anforderungen übereinstimmt.

1.2 Der Garantiezeitraum für das Produkt beträgt zwei (2) Jahre und wird ab dem Augenblick der Lieferung an den Käufer gerechnet.

1.3 Falls ein Mangel am Produkt auftritt und der Käufer den Verkäufer innerhalb des Garantiezeitraums darüber unterrichtet, muss der Verkäufer das

Produkt auf eigene Kosten dort reparieren oder ersetzen, wo es für ihn am günstigsten ist, es sei denn, dies ist unmöglich oder unverhältnismäßig.

1.4 Wenn das Produkt weder repariert noch ersetzt werden kann, kann der Käufer einen angemessenen Preisnachlass beantragen, oder, falls es sich um einen größeren Mangel handelt, die Auflösung des Kaufvertrages.

1.5 Die Teile, die aufgrund dieser Garantie ersetzt oder repariert werden, verlängern den Garantiezeitraum für das Originalprodukt nicht. Jedoch existiert für diese Teile eine eigene Garantie.

1.6 Um die vorliegende Garantie wirksam werden zu lassen, muss der Käufer das Kaufdatum und das Lieferdatum des Produktes belegen.

1.7 Nach Ablauf von sechs Monaten ab Lieferung des Produktes an den Käufer muss, im Falle eines Mangels, der Käufer den Ursprung und das

Vorhandensein des angegebenen Mangels belegen.

1.8 Das vorliegende Garantiezertifikat schränkt die Rechte, die der Verbraucher aufgrund der herrschenden, nationalen Gesetzgebung hat, nicht ein.

2 SONDERBEDINGUNGEN

2.1 Die vorliegende Garantie gilt für die Produkte, auf die sich dieses Handbuch bezieht.

2.2 Das vorliegende Garantiezertifikat ist nur in den Ländern der Europäischen Gemeinschaft anwendbar.

2.3 Diese Garantie gilt nur, wenn der Käufer alle Anweisungen des Herstellers, die in der produktbegleitenden Dokumentation enthalten und für die jeweilige Produktlinie und Modell anwendbar ist, streng einhält.

2.4 Wenn ein Zeitplan für den Austausch von Teilen, die Instandhaltung und Reinigung bestimmter Teile oder Produktkomponenten aufgestellt wurde, gilt die Garantie nur dann, wenn dieser Zeitplan korrekt eingehalten wurde.

3 EINSCHRÄNKUNGEN

3.1 Die vorliegende Garantie ist nur auf Verkäufe an Verbraucher anwendbar. “Verbraucher” sind alle Personen, die dieses Produkt zu privaten Zwecken erwerben.

3.2 Es wird keine Garantie für die normale Abnutzung durch den Gebrauch des Produktes gewährt. Informationen über Teile, Komponenten und/oder verschleißbare Materialien oder Verbrauchsgüter oder Batterien, Glühbirnen etc. finden Sie in der Dokumentation, die das jeweilige Produkt begleitet.

3.3 In folgenden Fällen gilt die Garantie nicht: (I) Das Produkt wurde nicht korrekt benutzt; (II) das Produkt wurde von nicht autorisierten Personen repariert, instandgehalten oder bedient oder (III) das Produkt wurde mit nicht originalen Ersatzteilen repariert oder instandgehalten. Wenn der Mangel auf eine falsche Installation oder Inbetriebnahme zurückzuführen ist, gilt die vorliegende Garantie nur, wenn diese Installation oder Inbetriebnahme in den

Kaufvertrag des Produktes eingeschlossen war, und von dem Verkäufer oder auf dessen Verantwortung durchgeführt wurde.

IT - CERTIFICATO DI GARANZIA

1 ASPETTI GENERALI

1.1 Ai sensi delle seguenti disposizioni, il venditore garantisce che il prodotto corrispondente a questa garanzia (“il Prodotto”) non presenta alcun difetto di conformità al momento della sua consegna.

1.2 Il Periodo di Garanzia per il Prodotto è di due (2) anni a decorrere dal momento della consegna dello stesso all’acquirente.

1.3 Nel caso in cui si venisse a produrre un difetto di conformità del Prodotto e l’acquirente lo notificasse al venditore entro il Periodo di Garanzia, il venditore dovrà riparare o sostituire il Prodotto a sue spese nel luogo che consideri opportuno, salvo che ciò risulti impossibile o sproporzionato.

1.4 Qualora non fosse possibile riparare o sostituire il Prodotto, l’acquirente potrà richiedere una riduzione proporzionale del prezzo o, nel caso in cui il difetto di conformità fosse sufficientemente importante, lo scioglimento del contratto di vendita.

1.5 Le parti sostituite o riparate in virtù della presente garanzia non rappresenteranno un prolungamento della scadenza della garanzia del Prodotto originale, quantunque disporranno di una loro propria garanzia.

1.6 Affinché la presente possa essere valida, l’acquirente dovrà attestare la data di acquisto e consegna di del Prodotto.

1.7 Una volta trascorsi più di sei mesi dalla consegna del Prodotto all’acquirente, qualora quest’ultimo dichiari un difetto di conformità del medesimo, l’acquirente dovrà attestare l’origine e l’esistenza del difetto dichiarato.

1.8 Il presente Certificato di Garanzia non limita o preclude i diritti che corrispondano ai consumatori in virtù delle norme nazionale di carattere imperativo.

2 CONDIZIONI PARTICOLARI

2.1 La presente garanzia copre i prodotti al quali si riferisce questo manuale.

2.2 Il presente Certificato di Garanzia avrà vigore unicamente nell’ambito dei paesi dell’Unione Europea.

2.3 Per la validità di questa garanzia, l’acquirente dovrà rispettare in maniera rigorosa le indicazioni del Fabbricante indicate nella documentazione che viene allegata al Prodotto, quando questa risulti applicabile secondo la gamma e il modello del Prodotto.

2.4 Nel caso in cui venga specificato un calendario per la sostituzione, la manutenzione o la pulizia di determinati pezzi o componenti del Prodotto, la garanzia sarà valida solo quando qualora detto calendario sia stato rispettato in maniera corretta.

3 LIMITAZIONI

3.1 La presente garanzia sarà valida unicamente per le vendite realizzate a consumatori, laddove per “consumatori” s’intende quella persona che acquista il

Prodotto con scopi che non rientrano nell’ambito della sua attività professionale.

3.2 No viene concessa alcuna garanzia nei riguardi del normale consumo per uso del prodotto. In merito ai pezzi, ai componenti e/o ai materiali fusibili o consumabili come pile, lampadine, ecc., ove sussista si applicherà quanto disposto nella documentazione che è allegata al Prodotto.

3.3 La garanzia non copre i casi in cui il Prodotto: (I) sia stato oggetto di un uso non corretto; (II) sia stato riparato, manipolato o la manutenzione sia stata effettuata da una persona non autorizzata o (III) sia stato riparato o la manutenzione sia stata effettuata con pezzi non originali. Qualora il difetto di conformità del Prodotto sia conseguenza di una installazione o messa in marcia non corretta, la presente garanzia risponderà solo nel caso in cui la suddetta installazione o messa in marcia sia compresa nel contratto di compravendita del Prodotto e sia stata realizzata dal venditore o sotto la sua responsabilità.

NL - GARANTIECERTIFIKAAT

1 ALGEMENE ASPEKTEN

1.1 In overeenkomst met de voorliggende bepalingen wordt door de verkoper gegarandeerd dat het produkt verkocht onder deze garantie (“het Produkt”) geen enkel defekt vertoont op het moment van levering.

1.2 De Garantieperiode voor het Produkt bedraagt twee (2) jaar en is geldig vanaf het moment dat het Produkt aan de koper geleverd wordt.

1.3 Indien er zich een defekt aan het Produkt zou voordoen en de koper dit zou mededelen aan de verkoper gedurende de geldige Garantieperiode, dan zal de verkoper het Produkt repareren of laten repareren op zijn eigen kosten alwaar de verkoper dit geschikt zou achten, behalve in het geval dat dit onmogelijk of buitensporig zou zijn.

1.4 Indien het Produkt niet gerepareerd of vervangen kan worden, dan kan de koper na verhouding prijsreduktie aanvragen, of, indien het defekt belangrijk genoeg is, de ontbinding van het verkoopcontract aanvragen.

1.5 Die delen van het Produkt die onder deze Garantie vervangen of gerepareerd zijn, kunnen de duur van de Garantieperiode voor het oorspronkelijke

Produkt niet verlengen, maar zullen beschikken over een eigen garantie.

1.6 Voor de toepassing van deze garantie moet de koper de aankoopdatum en de levering van het Produkt kunnen aantonen.

1.7 Indien er meer dan zes maanden verlopen zijn sinds de levering van het Produkt aan de koper, en deze plotseling aangeeft dat het Produkt niet aan de eisen voldoet, dan zal de koper de oorsprong en het bestaan van de volgens hem bestaande defekten moeten kunnen aantonen.

1.8 Dit Garantiecertifikaat beperkt of veroordeelt niet bij voorbaat de rechten die de gebruikers hebben en die gebaseerd zijn op nationale normen.

2 BIJZONDERE VOORWAARDEN

2.1 Deze garantie dekt de produkten waarnaar deze handleiding verwijst.

2.2 Het huidige Garantiecertifikaat is slechts van toepassing in landen van de Europese Unie.

2.3 Voor de toepassing van deze garantie en in geval deze garantie van toepassing is al naar gelang de serie en het model van het Produkt, moet de koper de aanwijzingen van de Fabrikant in de documenten die bij het Produkt bijgesloten zijn, strikt opvolgen.

2.4 Indien er een tijdsperiode vastgesteld wordt voor de vervanging, het onderhoud of het reinigen van verschillende delen of onderdelen van het Produkt, dan is de garantie alleen geldig in geval deze tijdsperiode strikt aangehouden is.

3 BEPERKINGEN

3.1 De huidige garantie is uitsluitend geldig bij verkoop aan gebruikers, waarbij onder “gebruiker” verstaan wordt een persoon die het Produkt aanschaft met een doel dat niet binnen het gebied van zijn professionele activiteiten valt.

3.2 Er bestaat geen garantie in verband met normale slijtage bij gebruik van het Produkt. Wat betreft de delen, componenten en/of vervangbare of verbruiksmaterialen zoals batterijen, gloeilampen, enz. zal men zich moeten richten naar hetgeen in de documenten staat die het Produkt vergezellen.

3.3 De garantie dekt niet de gevallen waarbij het Produkt (i) onderhevig is geweest aan ongepast gebruik, (ii) gerepareerd, onderhouden of gemanipuleerd is door een persoon die daarvoor geen toestemming heeft, of (iii) gerepareerd of onderhouden is met niet oorspronkelijke onderdelen. Indien het defekt van het Produkt het gevolg is van een incorrecte installering of ingebruikneming, dan is deze garantie slechts van toepassing indien de installering of ingebruikneming in kwestie in het contract van koop en verkoop van het produkt opgenomen is en door de verkoper of onder diens verantwoording uitgevoerd is.

PT - CERTIFICADO DE GARANTIA

1 CONDIÇÕES GERAIS

1.1 De acordo com estas disposições, o vendedor garante que, no momento da entrega, o produto correspondente a esta garantia (“o Produto”) não apresenta nenhum tipo de falta de conformidade.

1.2 O Período de Garantia para o Produto é de dois (2) anos, contados a partir da data de entrega ao comprador.

1.3 Se, durante o período de garantia, o comprador notificar ao vendedor alguma falta de conformidade do Produto, o vendedor deverá reparar ou substituir o Produto por sua conta no lugar onde considerar conveniente, salvo que isso seja impossível ou desmesurado.

1.4 Quando não for possível reparar ou substituir o Produto, o comprador poderá solicitar uma redução proporcional do preço ou, se a falta de conformidade for o suficientemente grave, a rescisão do contrato de venda.

1.5 As partes substituídas ou reparadas em virtude desta garantia não ampliarão o período de garantia do Produto original, mas disporão da sua própria garantia.

1.6 Para que a presente garantia tenha efeito, o comprador deverá apresentar o comprovante da data de compra e de entrega do Produto.

1.7 Se o comprador alegar uma falta de confomidade do Produto, passados mais de seis meses da data de entrega do mesmo, deverá demonstrar a origem e a existencia do defeito alegado.

1.8 O presente Certificado de Garantia não limita nem afecta os direitos dos consumidores derivados das normas nacionais de carácter imperativo.

2 CONDIÇÕES PARTICULARES

2.1 A presente garantia cobre os produtos descritos neste manual.

2.2 O presente Certificado de Garantia só sera válido nos países da União Europeia.

2.3 Para a eficácia desta garantia, o comprador deverá seguir rigorosamente as indicações do Fabricante contidas na documentação fornecida com o

Produto, quando a mesma for aplicável em função da gama e do modelo do Produto.

2.4 No caso de se estabelecer um calendário para a substituição, manutenção ou limpeza de determinadas peças ou componentes do Produto, a garantia só será válida se o citado calendário tiver sido cumprido rigorosamente.

3 LIMITAÇÕES

3.1 A presente garantia só será válida para as vendas realizadas a consumidores, entendendo-se por “consumidor” a pessoa que comprar o Produto com fins não abrangidos no âmbito da sua actividade profissional.

3.2 A garantia não cobre o desgaste normal derivado do uso do produto. Em relação às peças, componentes e/ou materiais fungíveis ou consumíveis como pilhas, lâmpadas, etc., terá efeito o disposto na documentação fornecida com o Produto, em cada caso.

3.3 Esta garantia não abrange as seguintes situações: (I) Se o Produto tiver sido objecto de um uso incorrecto; (II) tiver sido reparado, sofrido manutenção ou manipulado por pessoas não autorizadas ou (III) tiver sido reparado ou as suas peças substituídas por peças não originais. Quando a falta de conformidade do Produto for consequência de uma instalação ou colocação em funcionamento incorrecta, a presente garantia só será válida se a referida instalação ou colocação em funcionamento estiver incluída no contrato de compra-venda do Produto e tiver sido realizada pelo vendedor ou sob sua responsabilidade.
