Pressure Relief Procedure

Pressure Relief Procedure

Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure whenever you see this symbol.

5. Engage gun trigger safety.

This equipment stays pressurized until pressure is manually relieved. To help prevent serious injury from pressurized fluid, such as skin injection, splashing fluid and moving parts, follow the Pressure

Relief Procedure when you stop spraying and before cleaning, checking, or servicing the equipment.

1. Perform Grounding Procedure if using flammable materials.

2. Set pump valve OFF . Turn engine OFF .

4. Trigger gun to relieve pressure.

2. Install extension clamp support bracket (9).

7. Install exposed cable through cable bracket slot.

3. Pull out existing gun arm support bracket. ti21719a ti18997a

8. Insert plastic cable retainer into cable bracket hole.

4. Slide extension clamp onto existing gun arm support bracket.

9. Install cable end onto trigger plate pin and install clip. ti21720a

5. Install existing gun support bracket. ti21716a

6. Install extension support bracket (9) and tighten the clamp.

10. Route cable around unit and up through cable holes behind hose mount. Use tie straps (16) to secure cable to unit.

11. Route cable end loop through rectangular hole in bracket and insert plastic cable retainer into the slotted hole on the actuator bracket. Install cable end onto actuator rod and install clip.

14. Align guns.

NOTE: Each gun actuator is capable of operating two cables. For either gun installation, attach cable to the actuator rod.

12. Remove plug from filter.

15. Position guns (up/down, forward/reverse, left/right).

13. Connect paint hose to filter. Connect adapter fittings

(5, 7, 18) to filter. Connect hose (10) to adapter nipple (18).

16. Fourth Gun Placement: Mount spacer (22) to support bracket(9). Mount support bracket (9) to small existing gun arm support.

17. Pointer Mount (opposite side) included to allow flexibility in position the pointer.
