Turn the pressure on the two-stage gas regulator to zero psi. Locate the fitting labeled “Gas In” on the back of the unit. Using a nut and ferrule, connect your tubing from the gas supply tank to this fitting. Do not overtighten the nut.

You will need distilled or deionized (DI) water (TOC less than 0.2 ppm) and 85% phosphoric acid, ACS reagent grade. To prevent organic contamination, wash bottles thoroughly with hot, soapy water and rinse at least three times with ultra-pure water before using.

The autosampler is an optional accessory for the Apollo 9000. To install it, you will need to connect the RS-232 interface cable, install the fuses, and remove the arm locking screw.
