This operation should be carried out by a suitably qualified professional. ln case of incompatibility between the socket and the appliance plug, ask a qualified electrician to substitute the socket with another suitable type. The plug and the socket must be conformed to the current norms of the installation country. Connection to the power source can also be made by placing an omnipolar breaker, with contact separation compliant to the requirements for overvoltage category III, between the appliance and the power source that can bear the maximum connected load and that is in line with current legislation. The yellow-green earth cable should not be interrupted by the breaker. The socket or omnipolar breaker used for the connection should be easily accessible when the appliance is installed.

The disconnection may be achieved by having the plug accessible or by incorporating a switch in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.

WARNING: use only hob guards designed by the Manufacturer of the cooking appliance or indicated by the Manufacturer of the appliance in the instructions for use as suitable or hob guards incorporated in the appliance. The use of inappropriate guards can cause accidents.

Do not store heavy items above the hob. If they drop onto the hob, they may cause damage.

Do not use the hob for storage of any items.

Do not slide cookware across the hob.

Do not use rough or abrasive materials or sharp metal scrapers to clean the glasses, as they can scratch the surface and cause the glass to shatter.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

The earth conductor (yellow-green) must be longer than 10 mm on the terminal block side. The internal conductors section should be appropriate to the power absorbed by the hob (indicated on the tag).

The type of power cable must be H05GG-F.

No additional operation/setting is required in order to operate the appliance at the rated frequencies.

This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote control system.

Thank you for purchasing the Haier gas hob. Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the hob and keep it in safe place for future reference.

Instructions for the installer

Installing a domestic appliance can be a complicated operation which if not carried out correctly, can seriouslyaffect consumer safety. It is for this reason that the task should be undertaken by a professionally qualifiedperson who will carry it out in accordance with the technical regulations in force. In the event that this advice isignored and the installation is carried out by an unqualified person, the manufacturer declines all responsibility for any technical failure of the product whether or not it results in damage to goods or injury to individuals.

BUILDING IN

The hob may be installed in any worktop which is heat resistant to a temperature of 100°C, and has a thickness of 25-45 mm. The dimensions of the insert to be cut out of the worktop are in shown in Figure 2*.

When there is an accessible space between the built-in hob and the cavity below, a dividing wall made of insulating material should be inserted (wood or a similar material) (Figure

3*).

If the hob is fitted next to a cabinet on either side, the distance between the hob and the cabinet must be at least 15 cm; while the distance between the cut out and the rear wall must be at least 7 cm; while the distance between the hob and the rear wall must be at least 70 mm for frontal control hobs and 50 mm for lateral control hobs.

The distance between the hob and any other unit or appliance above it (e.g. An extractor hood) must be no less than 700 mm (Figure 4*).

Metal objects in the drawer may reach high temperatures due to air recirculation. It is t h e r e f o r e r e c o m m e n d e d t o u s e a n intermediate wood panel.

Important - The diagram in Figure 1* shows how the sealant should be applied.

The Hob unit is fitted by attaching the Fixing

Clamps supplied, using the holes at the base of the unit.

When a 75 cm hob is fitted over a built in oven, the latter must be fan cooled.

When a 60 cm hob is fitted over a built in oven, the latter must be fan cooled.

SUITABLE LOCATION

This appliance must be installed in accordance with the regulations in force and only used in a well ventilated space. Read the instructions before installing or using this appliance.

A gas-powered cooking appliance produces heat and humidity in the area in which it is installed. For this reason you should ensure good ventilation either by keeping all natural air passages open or by installing an extractor hood with an exhaust flue. Intensive and prolonged use of the appliance may require extra ventilation, such as the opening of a window or an increase in speed of the electric fan, if you have one.

If a hood can not be installed, an electric fan should be fitted to an outside wall or window to ensure that there is adequate ventilation.

The electric fan should be able to carry out a complete change of air in the kitchen 3-5 times every hour. The installer should follow the relevant national standards.

Connections

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (FOR U.K. ONLY)

Warning - this appliance must be earthed

This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Connection to the main supply must be made by a competant electrician, ensuring that all current regulations concerning such installations are observed. The appliance must only be connected to a suitably rated spur point, a 3 pin 13 amp plug/socket is not suitable. A double pole switch must be p r o v i d e d a n d t h e c i r c u i t m u s t h a v e appropriate fuse protection.

Further details of the power requirement of the individual product will be found in the users’ instruction and on the appliance rating plate. In the case of built-in product you are advised, should you wish to use a longer cable than the one supplied, that a suitably rated heat resistant type must be used.

The wiring must be connected to the mains

Note: We do not advocate the use of earth leakage devices with electric cooking appliances installed to spur points because of the «nuisance tripping» which may occur. You are again reminded that the appliance must be correctly earthed, the manufacturer declines any responsibility for any event occurring as a result of incorrected electrical installation.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

Check the data on the rating plate, located on the outside of the unit, to ensure that the supply and input voltage are suitable.

Before connection, check the earthing system.

By Law, this appliance must be earthed. If this r e g u l a t i o n i s n o t co m p l i e d w i t h , t h e manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage caused to persons or property. If a plug is not already attached, fit a plug appropriate to the load indicated on the rating plate. The earth wire is coloured yellow/green. The plug should always be accessible. Where the Hob is connected direct to the electricity supply, a circuit breaker must be fitted. If the power supply cord is damaged this is to be replaced by a qualified engineer so as to prevent any potential risk. The earth wire (green and yellow coloured) must be at least 10 mm longer than the live and neutral wires. The section of the cable used must be of the correct size in relation to the absorbed power of the hob.

If an appliance is not fitted with a supply cord a n d a p l u g , o r w i t h o t h e r m e a n s f o r disconnection from the supply mains having a contact separation in all poles that provide full disconnection under overvoltage category III conditions, the instructions shall state that m e a n s f o r d i s c o n n e c t i o n m u s t b e incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with the wiring rules.

GAS CONNECTION

These instructions are for qualified personnel, installation of equipment must be in line with the relevant national standard. (For U.K. only: by law the gas installation\commissioning must be carried out by a “Gas Safe” installer).

All work must be carried out with the electricity supply disconnected. The rating plate on the hob shows the type of gas with which it is designed to be used. Connection to the mains gas supply or gas cylinder should be carried out after having checked that it is regulated for the type of gas with which it will be supplied. If it is not correctly regulated see the instructions in the following paragraphs to change gas setting.

For liquid gas (cylinder gas) use pressure regulators which comply with the relevant national standards. Use only pipes,washers and sealing washers which comply with the relevant national standards.

For some models a conic link is furnished to outfit for the installation in the countries where this type of link is obligatory; in picture

8 it is pointed out how to recognize the different types of links (CY = cylindrical, CO = conic). In every case the cylindrical part of the link has to be connected to the hob.

When connecting the hob to the gas supply via use offlexible hoses please ensure that the maximum distance covered by the hose does not exceed 2 metres.

The flexible tube shall be fitted in such a way that it cannot come into contact with a moveable part of the housing unit (e.g. a drawer) and does not pass through any space where it may become crushed/ kinked or damaged in any way.

To prevent any potential damage to the hob please carry out the installation following this sequence (Figure 6*):

1. As illustrated, assemble parts in sequence:

A: 1/2 Male Adaptor Cylindirical

2. Tighten the joints with the spanner, remembering

to twist the pipes into position.

3. Attach fitting C to mains gas supply using rigid

copper pipe or flexible steel pipe.

IMPORTANT: carry out a final check for leaks on the pipe connections using a soapy solution.

NEVER USE A FLAME. Also, make sure that the flexible pipe cannot come into contact with a moving part of the cabinet (eg.adrawer) and that it is not situated where it could be damaged.

Warning: If gas can be smelt in the vicinity of this appliance turn off the gas supply to the appliance and call the engineer directly. Do not search for a leak with a naked flame.

ADAPTING THE HOB TO DIFFERENT TYPE

OF GAS

To adapt the Hob for use with different types of gas, carry out the following instructions:

• Remove the grids and burners

• Insert on hexagonal spanner (7 mm) into

• Unscrew the injector and replace it with one

suitable for the gas to be used (see gas type

table)

REGULATING THE MINIMUM FLAME

After lighting the burners, turn the control knob to the minimum setting and then remove the knob (this can easily be removed by applying gentle pressure).

Using a small «Terminal» type screwdriver the regulating screw can be adjusted as in Figure

9*.

Turning the screw clockwise reduces the gas flow, whilst turning it anticlockwise increases the flow – Use this adjustment to obtain a flame of approximately 3 to 4 mm in length and then replace the control knob.

When the gas supply available is LPG - the screw to set the idle flame must be turned

(clockwise) to the end stop.

When you have carried out the new gas regulation, replace the old gas rating plate on your appliance with one (supplied with hob)

Use of hob - user instructions

This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it is intended, domestic cooking, and any other use will be considered improper and could therefore be dangerous.

The Manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from improper use. Before using burner, be sure, grid perimeters center the burner as below figure.

If you are using Cast Iron Grids; underneath the grid, position of it is stated. Be sure for the exact grid is used in correct position.

• Push in and turn the knob anticlockwise to the larger flame symbol or in position 9 and keep pushed 5 seconds after ignition Warning:

In any case if after 5 seconds the burner has not lit, stop operating the device and wait at least 1 min before attempting a further ignition of the burner.

KNOBS CONTROL

Each knob controls each burner as showed in the serigraphy. The knobs have 9 steps from highest flame to lowest flame. Never try to switch from ° to 1

USING THE GAS BURNER

Prior to switching on the gas hob ensure that the burner caps are correctly placed within their position. This hob is fitted with electronic ignition to ignite the burner.

To ignite the burners carry out the following:

• Push in and turn anticlockwise to the larger flame symbol or in position 9 and keep pushed 5 seconds after ignition. The ignition system will continue to generate sparks as long as the control knob is being pressed

Warning: If there is no electricity on appliance to ignite the burner a match or a lighter should be used carrying out the out the following:

• Place a lighted match or lighter close to the burner

For smaller containers the gas burner should be regulated so that the flame does not overlap the base of the pan. Vessels with a concave or convex base should not be used.

WARNING: If a flame is accidentally extinguished, turn the knob to the off position and do not attempt to re-ignite if for at least 1 minute.If over the years the gas taps become stiff to turn it is necessary to lubricate them.Such operation must be carried out only by qualified Service Engineers.

Maintenance and cleaning

• Before cleaning the hob, ensure the appliance has cooled down.

•Remove the plug from the socket or (if connected directly) switch off the electricity supply.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision

• Never use abrasives, corrosive detergents, bleaching agents or acids. Avoid any acid or alkaline substances (lemon, juice, vinegar etc.) on the enamelled, varnished or stainless steel sections.

•When cleaning the enamelled, varnished or chrome sections, use warm soapy water or a non caustic detergent. For stainless steel use an appropriate cleaning solution.

• The burners can be cleaned with soapy water.

To restore their original shine, use a household stainless steel cleaner. After cleaning, dry the burners and replace.

• It is important the Burners are replaced correctly.

Chromed grids and burners

Chromed grids and burners have a tendency to discolour with use. This does not jeopardize the functionality of the hob

After care

Before calling out a Service Engineer please check the following:

• That the plug is correctly inserted and fused

• That the gas supply is not faulty

If the fault cannot be detected:

• Switch off the appliance and call the After

Verbinden Sie das Versorgungskabel mit einem Stecker, dessen

Auslegung hinsichtlich Spannung, Strom und Last den Angaben auf dem Typenschild entspricht, und der über einen Erdungskontakt verfügt. Die Steckdose muss der auf dem Schild angegebenen Last entsprechen, funktionsfähig und geerdet sein. Der Erdleiter hat ist grün/gelb. Dieser Vorgang darf nur durch einen geschulten Elektriker ausgeführt werden. Passen Steckdose und Stecker nicht zueinander, muss die Steckdose durch einen qualifizierten Elektriker gegen eine geeignete ausgetauscht werden. Stecker und Steckdose müssen den aktuellen Gesetzgebungen des Landes entsprechen. Der Anschluss an die Stromversorgung kann auch mittels eines allpoligen Schalters, der die gesetzlich zugelassenen maximalen Anschlusswerte tragen kann, mit Unterbrechung der Kontakte gemäß Überspannungskategorie III zwischen Gerät und Stromquelle erfolgen. Das gelb/grüne

Erdungskabel darf nicht vom Schalter unterbrochen werden. Bei der

Installation des Geräts darauf achten, dass die für den Anschluss verwendete Steckdose oder der allpolige Schalter gut zugänglich ist.

Die Trennung von der Stromversorgung kann entweder durch einen zugänglichen Stecker oder durch einen Poltrenner erfolgen, der gemäß den geltenden VDE-Vorschriften an den Stromkreis angeschlossen wird.

WARNUNG: Verwenden Sie nur Herdschutzvorrichtungen, die der

Hersteller des Kochgerätes in den Bedienungsanleitungen als geeignet empfiehlt, bzw. solche Schutzvorrichtungen für die

Aluminiumfolie und Plastikpfannen dürfen nicht auf Heizzonen abgelegt/aufgestellt werden.

Nach jedem Gebrauch ist eine Reinigung der Gaskochmulde erforderlich, um Schmutz- und Fettbildung zu vermeiden. Andernfalls brennen solche Rückstände bei der erneuten Verwendung der

Gaskochmulde an. Rauch und Gerüche breiten sich aus, zudem besteht Brandgefahr.

Die Heizzonen während der Benutzung und danach (für eine Weile) nicht berühren.

Verwenden Sie immer geeignetes Kochgeschirr.

Stellen Sie den Topf immer in die Mitte des Feldes, auf dem Sie garen möchten.

Für die Reinigung der Glasbestandteile keine Scheuermaterialien oder scharfkantigen Metallschaber verwenden, da diese die Oberfläche zerkratzen und das Glas zerspringen kann.

Wenn das Stromkabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller, von d e s s e n Ku n d e n d i e n s t m i t a r b e i t e r o d e r e i n e r g l e i c hw e r t i g qualifizierten Person ausgetauscht werden, um jegliches Risiko zu vermeiden. Der Erdleiter (gelb/grün) muss auf der Seite des

Klemmblocks länger als 10 mm sein. Der Abschnitt für interne Leiter sollte der von der Kochmulde absorbierten Leistung (siehe Angabe auf dem Etikett) entsprechen. Das Kabel muss vom Typ H05GG-F.

Weitere Vorgänge/Einstellungen sind nicht erforderlich, um das Gerät mit den Nennfrequenzen zu betreiben.

Das Gerät ist nicht dazu bestimmt, über eine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder eine gesonderte Fernsteuerung betrieben zu werden.

Anweisungen für den Installateur

Bei der Installation eines Haushaltsgerätes kann es sich um einen komplizierten Vorgang h a n d e l n , d e r, w e n n e r n i c h t ko r r e k t ausgeführt wird, sich nachteilig auf die

Sicherheit der Verbraucher auswirken kann.

Aus diesem Grund sollte diese Aufgabe einem Fachmann überlassen werden, der sie entsprechend den geltenden technischen

Vorschriften durchführt. Für den Fall, dass dieser Ratschlag ignoriert wird und die

Installation von einer nicht qualifizierten

EINBAU

Die Gaskochmulde kann auf jeder Arbeitsfläche mit einer Hitzebeständigkeit von bis zu 100 °C und einer Dicke von 25-45 mm eingebaut werden. Die Maße der aus der Arbeitsfläche herauszuschneidenden Fläche sind in Abb. 2* dargestellt. Wenn zwischen der Einbau-

Garraum ein zugänglicher Raum vorhanden ist, sollte eine aus Dämmmaterial bestehende

Trennwand eingefügt werden (Holz oder

ähnliches Material) (Abb. 3*). Wenn die

Temperaturen erreichen. Es wird daher empfohlen, eine Zwis-chenwand aus Holz zu

GEEIGNETE STELLE

Dieses Gerät muss gemäß den geltenden

Vorschriften eingebaut werden. Es darf nur in gut belüfteten Räumen verwendet werden.

Lesen Sie diese Anweisungen vor dem Einbau des Gerätes sorgfältig durch. Eine mit Gas betriebene Kochmulde erzeugt Wärme und

Feuchtigkeit in dem Bereich, in dem sie eingebaut ist. Aus diesem Grund sollten Sie für eine gute Belüftung sorgen, indem Sie alle natürlichen Luftdurchgänge offen halten oder e s s o l l t e e i n e A b l u f t h a u b e m i t e i n e m

Abluftabzug montiert werden. Bei intensiver und längerer Nutzung des Geräts ist ggf. zusätzliche Belüftung erforderlich, zum

Beispiel durch das Öffnen eines Fensters oder g g f. d i e Er h ö h u n g d e r D r e h za h l e i n e s elektrischen Lüfters.

Wenn der Einbau einer Abzugshaube nicht möglich ist, sollte ein elektrischer Lüfter an einer Außenwand oder einem Fenster angebracht werden, um sicherzustellen, dass eine ausreichende Belüftung vorhanden ist.

Der elektrische Lüfter sollte in der Lage sein,

Kabel ggf. gegen ein längeres Kabel desselben hitzebeständigen Typs austauschen. Die

Stecker befestigt ist, einen Stecker anbringen, der der auf dem Typenschild angegebenen Last entspricht. Der Erdleiter ist gelb/grün. Der

Stecker muss immer zugänglich sein. Wenn die

Kochmulde direkt an die Stromversor-gung angeschlossen ist, muss ein Trennschalter eingebaut werden. Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel muss von einem qualifizierten Techniker ausgetauscht werden, um mögliche Gefahren zu vermeiden. Der Erdleiter (grün/gelb) muss mindestens 10 mm länger sein als die Phasen- und Nullleiter. Der Querschnitt des Kabels muss hinsichtlich der absorbierten Leistung der

Gaskochmulde ausreichend bemessen sein.

über den zu verwendenden Gastyp. Der

Anschluss an die Gaszuleitung oder die

Gasflasche darf erst hergestellt werden, nachdem sichergestellt wurde, dass es sich um einen geeigneten, geregelten Gastyp handelt.

Sollte es sich nicht um einen geregelten Gastyp handeln, beachten Sie

Die Anweisungen für die Änderung der

Gaseinstellung in den folgenden Absätzen. Für

Flüssiggas (Flaschengas) sind Druckregler zu verwenden, die den geltenden nationalen

Normen entsprechen. Nur Leitungen,

Unterlegscheiben und Dichtungsscheiben verwenden, die den geltenden nationalen

Normen entsprechen. Einige Modelle sind mit konischen Verbindungen für die Installation in jenen Ländern ausgestattet, in welchen ein solcher Verbindungstyp vorgeschrieben ist.

In jedem Fall muss der zylindrische Teil der

Verbindung mit der Gaskochmulde verbunden werden.

Beim Anschließen der Gaskochmulde an die

Gasversorgung über elastische Schläuche müssen Sie sicherstellen, dass die maximale

Entfernung des Schlauchs 2 Meter nicht

überschreitet.

Der elastische Schlauch muss so montiert werden, dass er keinen Kontakt mit einem beweglichen Teil des Gehäuses (z. B. einer

Schublade) hat, und er darf nicht durch Bereiche geführt werden, in welchen er geknickt/ gequetscht oder anderweitig beschädigt werden kann.

Um mögliche Schäden an der Gaskochmulde zu vermeiden, führen Sie bitte die Installation gemäß dieser Reihenfolge durch (Abb. 6*):

1. Montieren Sie die Teile, gemäß der

Abbildung, in dieser Reihenfolge:

A: 1/2 Adapterstecker, zylindrisch

B: 1/2 Dichtung

C: 1/2 Buchsenadapter, konisch-zylindrisch oder zylindrisch-zylindrisch

2. Die Verbindungen mit dem Spannschlüssel festziehen und darauf achten, dass die

Leitungen in ihrer Stellung verdreht werden.

3. Verbinden Sie den Anschluss „C" mit einem starren Kupfer- oder flexiblen Stahlrohr mit der Gasversorgung.

WICHTIG: Prüfen Sie die Rohrverbindung abschließend mithilfe einer Seifenlösung auf

Leckagen. KEINE OFFENEN FLAMMEN!

Stellen

Sie zudem sicher, dass das flexible Rohr keinen

Kontakt mit einem beweglichen Teil des

Schranks hat (z. B. eine Schublade) und dass es so angeordnet ist, dass es vor Beschädigungen geschützt ist. Warnung: Bei Gasgeruch in der

Nähe dieses Gerätes schalten Sie die

Gaszuführung zum Gerät unverzüglich ab.

Rufen Sie sofort einen Techniker herbei.

Suchen Sie niemals mit einer offenen Flamme nach einem Leck.

ANPASSUNG DER GASKOCHMULDE AN

UNTERSCHIEDLICHE GASTYPEN

Gehen Sie bitte folgendermaßen vor, um die

Gaskochmulde an die Verwendung der unterschiedlichen Gastypen anzupassen:

• Rippenrahmenroste und Brenner entfernen.

• Einen Sechskantschüssel (7 mm) in den

Brennerträger einsetzen (Abbildung 7*).

Die Düse abschrauben und gegen eine Düse austauschen, die für das zu verwendende Gas geeignet ist (siehe Gastyp-Tabelle)

REGELUNG DER MINDESTFLAMME

Nach dem Zünden der Brenner drehen Sie den

Regler auf die Mindeststellung. Entfernen Sie den Reglerknopf dann (er lässt sich einfach durch leichten Druck abziehen).

Die Schraube lässt sich mit einem kleinen

«T e r m i n a l » -S c h ra u b e n d r e h e r e i n fa c h regulieren; siehe Abbildung 9*.

Durch Drehen der Schraube im Uhrzeigersinn verringert sich der Gasfluss, während die

Drehung entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn den

Fluss erhöht - Mit dieser Einstellung wird eine

Flamme von etwa 3 bis 4 mm Länge erreicht.

Tauschen Sie den Reglerknopf dann aus.

Bei der Versorgung mit Flüssiggas (LPG) muss d i e S c h ra u b e f ü r d i e E i n s t e l l u n g d e r

Standflamme (im Uhrzeigersinn) bis zum

Endanschlag gedreht werden.

Sobald Sie das Gas neu geregelt haben, tauschen Sie das alte Gastypenschild an

I h r e m G e rä t g e g e n d a s n e u e ( d a s d e r

Gaskochmulde beiliegt) mit Angaben zu dem geregelten Gastyp aus.

Verwendung der Gaskochmulde - Bedienungsanleitungen

Dieses Gerät darf nur für den Zweck verwendet werden, für den es vorgesehen ist, d. h. für den

G e b r a u c h i m H a u s h a l t . J e d e a n d e r e

Verwendung wird als unsachgemäß angesehen und könnte somit Gefahren bergen.

Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für

Schäden oder Verluste, die durch unsachgemäße

Verwendung entstehen. Stellen Sie vor der

Verwendung eines der Brenner sicher, dass der

Rippenrahmen den Brenner einschließt; siehe die nachstehende Abbildung. Bei Gussrippenrahmen ist die Position unterhalb des Rahmens angegeben. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie den richtigen

oder in Position 9 drehen und nach der

Zündung noch 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Das

Zündsystem erzeugt Funken, während der

Drehknopf gedrückt gehalten wird. Warnung:

Wenn kein Strom für das Zünden des Brenners vorhanden ist, verwenden Sie ein Streichholz o d e r e i n e n A n z ü n d e r. G e h e n S i e folgendermaßen vor:

• Halten Sie das angezündete Streichholz oder den Anzünder nahe an den Brenner.

• Den Reglerknopf eindrücken und gegen den

Uhrzeigersinn auf das größere Flammensymbol oder in Position 9 drehen und nach der Zündung noch 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten

Warnung: Wenn der Brenner nach 5 Sekunden nicht zündet, beenden Sie den Vorgang.

Warten Sie dann mindestens 1 Minute bevor

Sie erneut versuchen, den Brenner zu entzünden.

über den Topfboden hinausreicht. Gefäße mit konkavem oder konvexem Boden dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

WARNUNG: Wenn eine Flamme versehentlich gelöscht wird, drehen Sie den Knopf in die

Wartung und Reinigung

• Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Reinigen der

Gaskochmulde, dass das Gerät abgekühlt ist.

• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose oder schalten Sie die Stromversorgung

(bei einem fest angeschlossenen Stecker) ab.

• Kinder dürfen Reinigungs- und Pflegeaufgaben nur unter Aufsicht ausführen.

• K e i n e S c h e u e r m i t t e l , ä t z e n d e

Reinigungsmit-tel, Bleichmittel oder Säuren verwenden. Keine säurehaltigen oder a l k a l i s c h e n S u b s t a n z e n ( Z i t r o n e ,

Zitronensaft, Essig usw.) auf den Emaille-,

Lack- oder Edelstahlteilen verwenden.

Abschnitte warmes Seifenwasser oder ein nicht säurehaltiges Spülmittel. Für Edelstahl e i n e g e e i g n e t e R e i n i g u n g s l ö s u n g verwenden.

• Die Brenner können mit Seifenwasser gereinigt werden. Verwenden Sie zum

Wiederherstellen des Originalglanzes einen

Haushaltsreiniger für Edelstahl. Nach der

Reinigung die Brenner trocknen und wieder einsetzen.

Verchromte Rippenrahmen und Brenner verfärben während des Gebrauchs. Dadurch

• Die Gasversorgung ist nicht gestört. Falls der Fehler nicht ermittelt werden kann:

Et dotée d'un contact de terre. La prise doit être adaptée à la charge indiquée sur l'étiquette et doit avoir le contact de terre raccordé et en

état de fonctionnement. Le conducteur de terre est de couleur jauneverte. Cette opération doit être effectuée par un professionnel qualifié. En cas d'incompatibilité entre la prise et la fiche de l'appareil, demandez à un électricien qualifié de remplacer la prise par une autre d'un type adapté. La fiche et la prise doivent être conformes aux normes en vigueur dans le pays d'installation. Le raccordement à la source de courant peut également être effectué en plaçant un disjoncteur omnipolaire, avec séparation des contacts conforme aux exigences de la catégorie de surtension III, entre l'appareil et la source de courant capable de supporter la charge raccordée maximale et qui soit conforme à la législation en vigueur. Le câble de terre jaune-vert ne doit pas être interrompu par le disjoncteur. La prise ou le disjoncteur omnipolaire utilisé pour le raccordement doit être facilement accessible lorsque l'appareil est installé.

Le débranchement peut être obtenu en faisant en sorte que la fiche soit accessible ou en incorporant un interrupteur dans le câblage fixe conformément aux règles de câblage.

AVERTISSEMENT : utilisez uniquement des protections de la plaque de cuisson conçus par le fabricant de l'appareil de cuisson ou indiqués par le fabricant de l'appareil dans le mode d'emploi comme des protections de la plaque de cuisson appropriées ou incorporées à l'appareil.

Ne posez pas d'objets métalliques tels que des couteaux, des fourchettes, des cuillères ou des couvercles sur la plaque de cuisson.

Ils pourraient chauffer.

Le papier d'aluminium et les poêles en plastique ne doivent pas être placés sur les zones de chauffage.

Après chaque utilisation, un peu de nettoyage de la plaque de cuisson est nécessaire pour éviter l'accumulation de saleté et de graisse.

Lorsqu'elle est laissée, elle est recuite lors de l'utilisation de la plaque de cuisson et brûle en dégageant de la fumée et des odeurs désagréables, sans parler des risques de propagation du feu.

Évitez de toucher les zones de chaleur pendant le fonctionnement ou pendant un certain temps après l'usage.

Utilisez toujours les ustensiles appropriés.

Placez toujours la casserole au centre de l'appareil sur lequel vous cuisinez.

Ne placez rien sur le panneau de commande.

N'utilisez pas la plaque de cuisson comme plan de travail.

N'utilisez pas la surface comme planche à découper.

Ne placez pas d'objets lourds sur le dessus de la plaque de cuisson.

S'ils tombent sur la plaque de cuisson, ils peuvent causer des dommages.

N'utilisez pas la plaque de cuisson pour stocker des articles.

Ne placez pas les ustensiles de cuisine sur la plaque de cuisson.

N'utilisez pas des produits rugueux ou abrasifs ni des racloirs en métal pointus pour nettoyer les vitres, car ils peuvent rayer la surface du verre et le briser.

Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, faites-le remplacer par le

Fabricant, le service après-vente ou un électricien qualifié pour éviter tout risque d'accident. Le conducteur de terre (jaune-vert) doit avoir une longueur supérieure à 10 mm du côté du bornier. La section des conducteurs internes doit être adaptée à la puissance absorbée par la plaque de cuisson (indiquée sur l'étiquette). Le cordon d'alimentation doit être de type H05GG-F.

Aucun réglage/opération supplémentaire n'est requis pour faire fonctionner l'appareil aux fréquences nominales.

Cet appareil n'est pas prévu pour être utilisé au moyen d'une minuterie extérieure ou d'un système de télécommande séparé.

Instructions pour l'installateur

L'installation d'un appareil électroménager peut

être une opération compliquée qui, si elle n'est pas effectuée correctement, peut nuire sérieusement à la sécurité des consommateurs. C'est pour cette raison que la tâche doit

être exécutée par une personne professionnel lement qualifiée qui l'exécutera conformément aux réglementations techniques en vigueur.

Dans le cas où ce conseil est ignoré et que l'installation est effectuée par une personne non qualifiée, le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour toute défaillance technique du produit, qu'elle entraîne ou non des dommages aux marchandises ou des blessures aux personnes.

INTÉGRATION

La plaque de cuisson peut être installée sur n'importe quel plan de travail résistant à la chaleur à une température de 100 °C et ayant une épaisseur de 25 à 45 mm. Les dimensions de l'insert à couper du plan de travail sont indiquées à la figure 2*. Lorsqu'il y a un espace accessible entre la plaque intégrée et la cavité dessous, une paroi de séparation en matériau isolant doit être insérée (bois ou matériau similaire) (figure 3*). Si la plaque de cuisson est installée juste à côté d'un meuble, la distance entre la plaque de cuisson et le meuble doit être d'au moins 15 cm, tandis que la distance entre la découpe et le mur situé à l'arrière doit être d'au moins 7 cm ; alors que la distance entre la plaque de cuisson et la paroi arrière doit être d'au moins

70 mm pour les plaques de cuisson de commande avant et 50 mm pour les plaques de cuisson de commande latérales. La distance entre la plaque de cuisson et toute autre unité ou appareil au-dessus de celle-ci (p.ex. une hotte aspirante) ne doit pas être inférieure à 700 mm (figure 4*). Les objets métalliques dans le tiroir peuvent atteindre des températures

élevées en raison de la recirculation d'air. Il est donc recommandé d'utiliser un panneau de bois intermédiaire. Important - Le schéma de la figure 1* montre comment le scellant doit être appliqué.

L'unité de la plaque de cuisson est équipée en fixant les pinces de fixation fournies à l'aide des trous situés à la base de l'appareil.

Lorsqu'une plaque de cuisson de 75 cm est montée sur un four intégré, ce dernier doit être refroidi par ventilation.

Lorsqu'une plaque de cuisson de 60 cm est montée sur un four intégré, ce dernier doit être refroidi par ventilation.

EMPLACEMENT APPROPRIÉ

Cet appareil doit être installé conformément à la réglementation en vigueur et utilisé uniquement dans un espace bien ventilé. Lisez ces instruc-tions avant d'installer ou d'utiliser cet appareil. Un appareil de cuisson à gaz produit de la chaleur et de l'humidité dans la zone dans laquelle il est installé. Pour cette raison, vous devriez assurer une bonne ventilation soit en gardant tous les passages d'air naturel ouverts, soit en installant une h o t t e a s p i r a n t e m u n i e d ' u n c o n d u i t d'évacuation. Une utilisation intensive et prolon-gée de l'appareil peut nécessiter une ventilation supplémentaire, par exemple l'ouverture d'une fenêtre ou une augmentation de la vitesse du ventilateur électrique, si vous en avez un.

Si une hotte ne peut pas être installée, un ventilateur électrique doit être monté sur un mur extérieur ou une fenêtre pour s'assurer qu'il y a une ventilation adéquate. Le ventilateur électrique doit être en mesure d'effectuer un changement d'air complet dans la cuisine 3-5 fois par heure. L'installateur devrait respecter les normes nationales en vigueur.

Connexions

RACCORDEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE (POUR LE R.-

U. SEULEMENT) Avertissement - cet appareil doit être mis à la terre

Cet appareil est conçu pour un usage domestique uniquement. Le raccordement à l'alimentation principale doit être effectué par un électricien compétent, en veillant à ce que toutes les réglementations en vigueur c o n c e r n a n t c e s i n s t a l l a t i o n s s o i e n t respectées. L'appareil ne doit être raccordé qu'à un embranchement approprié, une fiche/prise de 3 broches de 13 ampères n'est pas adaptée. Un interrupteur à double pôle doit être prévu et le circuit doit être doté d'une protection adéquate contre les fusibles.

D'autres détails sur les caractéristiques

électriques de chaque produit figurent dans les instructions de l'utilisateur et sur la plaque signalétique de l'appareil. Dans le cas d'un produit intégré, il est conseillé, si vous souhaitez utiliser un câble plus long que celui fourni, d'utiliser un type résistant à la chaleur. réglementation n'est pas respectée, le fabricant ne sera pas tenu responsable des dommages causés aux personnes ou aux biens.

Si une fiche n'est pas déjà montée, installez une fiche adaptée à la charge indiquée sur la plaque signalétique. Le fil de terre est de couleur jaune/verte. La fiche doit toujours être accessible. Lorsque la plaque de cuisson est raccordée directement à l'alimentation

électrique, un disjoncteur doit être installé. Si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit

être remplacé par un technicien qualifié afin d'éviter tout risque potentiel. Le fil de terre (vert et jaune) doit être au moins de 10 mm de plus que les fils sous tension et neutre. La section du câble utilisé doit être de la bonne taille par rapport à la puissance absorbée de la plaque de cuisson. Vérifiez la plaque signalétique pour connaître les détails de l'alimentation électrique et assurez-vous que le cordon d'alimentation est du type 3x0,75 mm2 H05GG-F

BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE

RACCORDEMENT AU GAZ

La plaque signalétique de la plaque de cuisson indique le type de gaz avec lequel elle est conçue pour être utilisée. Le raccordement au réseau de distribution de gaz ou à la bouteille de gaz doit

Être effectué après avoir vérifié qu'il est adapté pour le type de gaz avec lequel il sera alimenté. Dans le cas contraire, consultez les i n s t r u c t i o n s m e n t i o n n é e s d a n s l e s paragraphes suivants pour effectuer des modifications du réglage du gaz.

Pour le gaz liquide (gaz en bouteille), utilisez des régulateurs de pression conformes aux normes nationales applicables.

N'utilisez que des tuyaux, des rondelles et des rondelles d'étanchéité conformes aux normes nationales applicables.

Pour certains modèles, un lien conique est fourni pour équiper l'installation dans les pays où ce type de lien est obligatoire ; l'image 8 indique comment reconnaître les différents types de liens (CY = cylindrique, CO = co n i q u e ) . D a n s to u s l e s c a s, l a p a r t i e cylindrique du lien doit être raccordée à la plaque de cuisson.

Lors du raccordement de la plaque de cuisson

à l'alimentation en gaz à l'aide de tuyaux souples, assurez-vous que la distance maximale couverte par le tuyau ne dépasse pas 2 mètres. Le tube flexible doit être monté de telle manière qu'il ne puisse entrer en contact avec une partie mobile de l'unité (p.ex. un tiroir) et qu'il ne traverse aucun espace où il peut être écrasé / entortillé ou endommagé de quelque manière que ce soit.

Pour éviter tout risque d'endommagement de la plaque de cuisson, veuillez procéder à l'installation suivant cette séquence (figure

6*) :

1. Comme illustré, assembler les pièces en séquence : A : Raccord mâle cylindrique 1/2 B

2. Serrez les joints avec la clé, en n'oubliant pas de tourner les tuyaux en position.

3. Fixez le raccord C à l'alimentation en gaz réseau à l'aide d'un tuyau rigide en cuivre ou d'un tuyau flexible en acier.

IMPORTANT : effectuez une vérification finale des fuites sur les raccords de tuyaux à l'aide d'une solution savonneuse. N'UTILISEZ

également que le tuyau flexible ne puisse pas entrer en contact avec une partie mobile de l'armoire (par exemple, un tiroir) et qu'il ne soit pas situé à un endroit où il pourrait être endommagé.

Avertissement : Si vous pouvez détecter une odeur de gaz à proximité de cet appareil, coupez l'alimentation en gaz de l'appareil et appelez directement l'ingénieur. Ne cherchez pas une fuite avec une flamme nue.

ADAPTATION DE LA PLAQUE DE CUISSON À

DIFFÉRENTS TYPES DE GAZ

Pour adapter la plaque de cuisson à différents types de gaz, suivez les instructions suivantes

:

• Retirez les grilles et les brûleurs

• Insérer une clé hexagonale (7 mm) dans le support du brûleur (figure 7*) Dévissez l'injecteur et remplacez-le par un autre adapté au gaz à utiliser (voir le tableau des types de gaz)

RÉGULATION DE LA FLAMME MINIMALE

Après avoir allumé les brûleurs, tournez le bouton contrôle sur le réglage minimum, puis retirez le bouton (vous pouvez facilement le retirer en appliquant une pression douce).

À l'aide d'un petit tournevis de type « Terminal

», la vis de régulation peut être ajustée comme sur la figure 9*. Tourner la vis dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre réduit le débit de gaz, tandis que la tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre augmente le débit -

Servez-vous de ce réglage pour obtenir une flamme d'environ 3 à 4 mm de longueur, puis replacez le bouton contrôle.

Lorsque l'alimentation en gaz disponible est le

GPL - la vis pour régler la flamme de ralenti doit être tournée (dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre) jusqu'à la butée.

Lorsque vous avez effectué la nouvelle régulation du gaz, remplacez l'ancienne plaque signalétique de votre appareil par une plaque (fournie avec la plaque de cuisson) adaptée au type de gaz pour lequel elle a été régulée.

Utilisation de la plaque de cuisson - mode d'emploi

Le fabricant ne sera pas responsable des dommages ou des préjudices résultant d'une utilisation incorrecte. Avant d'utiliser le brûleur, assurez-vous que les périmètres de la grille centrent le brûleur comme indiqué cidessous. Si vous utilisez des grilles en fonte, leur position est indiquée sous la grille.

Assurez-vous que la bonne grille est utilisée dans la bonne position.

• Placez une allumette ou un briquet près du brûleur ;

• Appuyez et tournez le bouton dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'au symbole de flamme plus grand ou en position 9 et maintenez la poussée 5 secondes après l'allumage.

Avertissement : Dans tous les cas, si au bout de 5 secondes le brûleur n'est pas allumé, cessez son fonctionnement et attendez au moins 1 minute avant de tenter un nouvel allumage du brûleur.

BOUTON CONTRÔLE

Chaque bouton contrôle chaque brûleur comme indiqué dans la sérigraphie. Les boutons comportent 9 étapes allant de la flamme la plus haute à la flamme la plus basse.

UTILISATION DU BRÛLEUR À GAZ

Avant d'allumer la plaque de cuisson au gaz, s'assurer que les chapeaux du brûleur sont correctement positionnés. Cette plaque de c u i s s o n e s t é q u i p é e d ' u n a l l u m a g e

électronique pour allumer le brûleur.

Pour allumer les brûleurs, procédez comme suit

: Appuyez et tournez dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'au symbole de flamme plus grand ou en position 9 et maintenez la poussée 5 secondes après l'allumage. Le système d'allumage continue de générer des étincelles tant que le bouton contrôle est actionné.

Avertissement : Si l'appareil n'est pas alimenté en électricité pour allumer le brûleur, il convient d'utiliser une allumette ou un briquet en procédant comme suit :

Pour les petits récipients, le brûleur à gaz doit

être réglé de manière à ce que la flamme ne dépasse pas le fond de la casserole. Les récipients à base concave ou convexe ne doivent pas être utilisés.

AV E R T I S S E M E N T: S i u n e fl a m m e e s t accidentel -lement éteinte, tournez le bouton en position d'arrêt et patientez au moins une minute avant de tenter de la rallumer.

Si, au fil des ans, les robinets de gaz deviennent difficiles à tourner, il est nécessaire de les lubrifier. Cette opération ne doit être effectuée que par des techniciens de service qualifiés.

Entretien et nettoyage

• Avant de nettoyer la plaque de cuisson, assurez-vous que l'appareil ait refroidi.

• Retirez la fiche de la prise ou (si elle est b r a n c h é e d i r e c t e m e n t ) c o u p e z l'alimentation électrique.

• Le nettoyage et l'entretien ne doivent pas

être effectués par des enfants sans surveillance.

• N'utilisez jamais d'abrasifs, de détergents corrosifs, d'agents blanchissants ou d'acides. Évitez toute substance acide ou alcaline (citron, jus, vinaigre, etc.) sur les parties émaillées, vernies ou en acier inoxydable.

Lors du nettoyage des parties émaillées, vernies ou chromées, utilisez de l'eau chaude savonneuse ou un détergent non caustique.

Essere in grado di sostenere il carico indicato sull'etichetta e deve essere dotata di contatto di terra perfettamente funzionante. Il conduttore di terra è di colore giallo-verde. Questa operazione deve essere effettuata da un professionista qualificato. In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la spina dell'elettrodomestico, chiedere a un elettricista qualificato di sostituire la presa con un'altra di tipo adatto. La spina e la presa devono essere conformi alle norme vigenti nel paese di installazione. Il collegamento alla fonte di alimentazione può essere effettuato anche interponendo tra l'elettrodomestico e la fonte di alimentazione un interruttore omnipolare, con separazione dei contatti conformi ai requisiti della categoria di sovratensioni III, in grado di sostenere il carico massimo collegato e conforme alle norme vigenti. Il cavo di terra giallo-verde non deve essere interrotto dall'interruttore. La presa o l'interruttore omnipolare utilizzato per il collegamento deve essere facilmente accessibile quando l'elettrodomestico è installato.

Per interrompere l'alimentazione, la spina deve essere facilmente accessibile oppure nel cablaggio fisso deve essere incorporato un interruttore, in conformità alle norme sul cablaggio.

Non adoperare materiali ruvidi o abrasivi oppure raschietti metallici affilati per pulire i vetri, in quanto potrebbero graffiare la superficie e causare la rottura del vetro.

Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito dal

Produttore, da un tecnico dell'assistenza o da una persona con analoga qualifica per evitare rischi. Il conduttore di terra (giallo-verde) deve essere lungo più di 10 mm sul lato morsettiera. La sezione interna dei conduttori deve essere adeguata alla potenza assorbita dal piano cottura (indicata sulla targhetta). Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere di tipo H05GG-F.

Il funzionamento dell'elettrodomestico alle frequenze nominali non richiede alcuna operazione o impostazione supplementare.

Grazie per aver acquistato un piano cottura a gas Haier. Leggere attentamente questo manuale di istruzioni prima di utilizzare il piano cottura e conservarlo in un luogo sicuro per poterlo consultare in seguito.

Istruzioni per l'installatore

L'installazione di un elettrodomestico può rivelarsi un'operazione complicata che può pregiudicare gravemente la sicurezza dell'utente se non viene effettuata correttamente. Questa operazione, quindi, deve essere effettuata da un professionista qualificato in conformità ai regolamenti tecnici vigenti. Se questo avviso viene ignorato e l'installazione viene effettuata da una persona non qualificata, il produttore declina qualunque responsabilità per eventuali guasti tecnici del prodotto, a prescindere dal fatto che possono causare danni materiali o lesioni personali.

INCASSO

Il piano cottura può essere installato su qualunque top di cucina resistente a una temperatura di 100 °C, di spessore compreso tra 25 e 45 mm. Le dimensioni dell'incasso da ricavare sul top di cucina sono illustrate nella

Figura 2*.

In presenza di uno spazio accessibile tra il p i a n o c o t t u r a i n c a s s a t o e l a c a v i t à sottostante, è opportuno inserire una parete divisoria in materiale isolante (legno o materiale simile) (Figura 3*).

Se il piano cottura è montato accanto a un mobile su uno dei lati, la distanza tra il piano cottura e il mobile deve essere almeno 15 cm e la distanza tra il foro e la parete posteriore deve essere almeno 7 cm, mentre la distanza tra il piano cottura e la parete posteriore deve essere almeno 70 mm per i piani cottura con i comandi frontali e 50 mm per quelli con i comandi laterali. La distanza tra il piano cottura e altre unità o elettrodomestici sovrastanti (ad es. una cappa aspirante) non deve essere inferiore a 700 mm (Figura 4*). Gli oggetti metallici nel cassetto possono raggiungere temperature elevate a causa del ricircolo dell'aria. È preferibile, quindi, utilizzare un pannello di legno intermedio.

Importante: l'illustrazione nella Figura 1* s p i e g a co m e d ev e e s s e r e a p p l i c a to i l sigillante. Il piano cottura si monta applicando i morsetti di fissaggio forniti in dotazione, utilizzando i fori alla base dell'unità.

Quando si monta un piano cottura di 75 cm sopra un forno a incasso, quest'ultimo deve essere raffreddato con una ventola.

Quando si monta un piano cottura di 60 cm sopra un forno a incasso, quest'ultimo deve essere raffreddato con una ventola.

LOCAZIONI CONSIGLIATE

Questo elettrodomestico deve essere installato in conformità alle norme vigenti e deve essere utilizzato solo in uno spazio ben ventilato.

Consultare attentamente le istruzioni prima di installare o utilizzare questo elettrodomestico.

Un elettrodomestico per la cottura a gas produce calore e umidità nell'area in cui è installato.

Per tale motivo, è opportuno garantire una buona ventilazione mantenendo aperti tutti i passaggi naturali dell'aria o installando una cappa aspirante con una canna fumaria di s c a r i co. L ' u s o i n t e n s i vo e p ro l u n g a to dell'elettrodomestico può richiedere una ventilazione supplementare, ad esempio l'apertura di una finestra o un aumento della velocità della ventola elettrica, se presente.

Se non è possibile installare una cappa, è necessario montare una ventola elettrica su una parete esterna o su una finestra per garantire un'adeguata ventilazione. La ventola elettrica dovrebbe essere in grado di effettuare un ricambio d'aria completo in cucina 3-5 volte ogni ora. L'installatore deve attenersi alle norme nazionali pertinenti.

Collegamenti

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO (SOLO PER IL

REGNO UNITO)

Avvertenza: questo elettrodomestico deve essere collegato a terra.

Questo elettrodomestico è stato progettato solo per uso domestico. Il collegamento alla rete elettrica deve essere effettuato da un elettricista competente nel rispetto di tutte le norme vigenti relative a tali installazioni.

L'apparecchio deve essere collegato solo a un punto luce adeguato; una spina/presa da 13 ampere a 3 piedini non è adatta. Deve essere utilizzato un interruttore bipolare e il circuito deve integrare un fusibile di protezione adeguato. Ulteriori dettagli sui requisiti elettrici del singolo prodotto sono reperibili nelle i s t r u z i o n i p e r l ' u s o e s u l l a t a r g h e t t a dell'elettrodomestico. Nel caso di prodotti da incasso, per usare un cavo più lungo di quello in dotazione occorre utilizzare un tipo di cavo con un idoneo grado di resistenza al calore.

Il cablaggio deve essere collegato alla rete elettrica come indicato di seguito:

Conduttore giallo-verde Collegamento a terra responsabile di eventuali danni causati a persone o cose. Se non è già montata una spina, montare una spina adeguata al carico indicato sulla targhetta. Il conduttore di terra è di colore giallo-verde. La spina deve essere sempre accessibile. Nel caso in cui il piano cottura sia collegato direttamente alla rete elettrica, è necessario montare un interruttore automatico. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito da un tecnico qualificato per evitare qualunque rischio potenziale. Il conduttore di terra (di colore giallo-verde) deve essere almeno 10 mm più lungo rispetto ai conduttori di fase e neutro.

Se un elettrodomestico è sprovvisto del cavo di alimentazione e della spina o di altri mezzi di scollegamento dalla rete elettrica con separazione dei contatti in tutti i poli che consentano lo scollegamento totale in condizioni di sovratensione di categoria III, le istruzioni devono indicare che i mezzi di scollegamento devono essere incorporati nel cablaggio fisso in conformità alle norme sui cablaggi. Nota: si sconsiglia l'uso di dispositivi di dispersione a terra con elettrodomestici per la cottura installati a punti luce a causa di probabili falsi arresti.

Tenere presente, ancora una volta, che l'elettro- domestico deve essere collegato correttamente a terra; il produttore declina qualunque responsabilità in caso di incidenti dovuti all'installazione elettrica errata.

Tutte le operazioni devono essere effettuate con l'alimentazione elettrica scollegata. La targhetta sul piano cottura indica il tipo di gas per cui è progettato. Il collegamento alla rete di alimentazione del gas o alla bombola del gas deve essere effettuato dopo aver controllato che sia regolato per il tipo di gas con cui sarà alimentato. Le istruzioni nei paragrafi seguenti per modificare l'impostazione del gas. Per il gas liquido (gas in bombole) utilizzare regolatori di pressione conformi alle norme nazionali pertinenti. Utilizzare solo tubi, rondelle e guarnizioni conformi alle norme nazionali pertinenti.

Per alcuni modelli è fornito un collegamento conico per l'installazione nei paesi in cui è obbligatorio questo tipo di collegamento; la

Figura 8 spiega come riconoscere i vari tipi di collegamento (cilindrico e conico). In ogni caso, la parte cilindrica del collegamento deve essere collegata al piano cottura.

Quando si collega il piano cottura all'alimentazione del gas tramite tubi flessibili, accertarsi che la distanza massima coperta dal tubo non sia superiore a 2 metri.

Il tubo flessibile deve essere montato in modo che non possa entrare in contatto con un componente mobile dell'involucro (ad es. un cassetto) e non attraversi spazi in cui possa essere schiacciato, piegato o danneggiato.

Per evitare potenziali danni al piano cottura, effettuare l'installazione in base a questa sequenza (Figura 6*):

1. Assemblare i componenti in sequenza, così come illustrato:

A: Adattatore cilindrico maschio da 1/2 pollice

B: Guarnizione da 1/2 pollice

C: Adattatore gas femmina conico-cilindrico o cilindrico-cilindrico da 1/2 pollice

2. Stringere i giunti con una chiave inglese, ruotando i tubi in posizione.

3. Fissare il raccordo C all'alimentazione del gas utilizzando un tubo rigido in rame o un tubo flessibile in acciaio.

IMPORTANTE: effettuare un controllo finale con una soluzione saponata per scongiurare perdite sui raccordi delle tubazioni. NON

USARE MAI UNA FIAMMA. Accertarsi, inoltre, che il tubo flessibile non possa entrare a contatto con un componente mobile del vano

(ad es. un cassetto) e che non si trovi in un punto in cui potrebbe essere danneggiato.

Avvertenza: se nelle vicinanze di questo elettrodomestico si sente odore di gas, scollegare l'alimentazione del gas e rivolgersi immediata-mente a un tecnico. Non cercare la perdita con una fiamma.

ADATTAMENTO DEL PIANO COTTURA AI

VARI TIPI DI GAS

Per adattare il piano cottura a vari tipi di gas, seguire istruzioni riportate di seguito: •

Rimuovere griglie e bruciatori • Inserire una chiave esagonale (7 mm) nel supporto del bruciatore (Figura 7*) Svitare l'iniettore e sostituirlo con uno adatto al gas da utilizzare

(v. tabella dei tipi di gas)

REGOLAZIONE DEL MINIMO DELLA FIAMMA

Dopo l'accensione dei bruciatori, ruotare la manopola di comando sulla regolazione m i n i m a e r i m u o v e r l a ( l a m a n o p o l a è facilmente rimovibile esercitando una lieve pressione). Regolare la vite di regolazione con un cacciavite piccolo come illustrato nella

Figura 9*. Ruotando la vite in senso orario, il flusso di gas si riduce; ruotandola in senso antiorario, il flusso aumenta. Effettuare questa regolazione per ottenere una fiamma di circa 3-4 mm di lunghezza, quindi rimontare la manopola di comando.

Per l'alimentazione a GPL, ruotare in senso orario la vite di regolazione della fiamma a riposo fino a fine corsa.

Dopo aver effettuato la nuova regolazione del gas, sostituire la vecchia targhetta del gas dell'elettrodomestico con quella (fornita con il piano cottura) adatta al tipo di gas per cui è stata regolata.

Utilizzo del piano cottura - Istruzioni per l'uso

Questo elettrodomestico deve essere utilizzato solo per lo scopo per il quale è destinato, ossia la cottura domestica; q u a l u n q u e a l t ro u s o s a rà co n s i d e ra to improprio e potrebbe essere pericoloso. Il produttore non sarà responsabile di eventuali danni o perdite derivanti da un uso improprio.

Prima di utilizzare il bruciatore, accertarsi che i perimetri della griglia siano al centro del bruciatore, come illustrato nella figura seguente. Se si adoperano griglie in ghisa, la posizione è indicata sotto la griglia. Utilizzare la scintille fino a quando la manopola di comando rimane premuta. Avvertenza: in mancanza di elettricità, per accendere il bruciatore utilizzare un fiammifero o un accendino, effettuando le seguenti operazioni:

• Collocare un fiammifero acceso o un accendino vicino al bruciatore

• Premere e ruotare in senso antiorario la manopola fino al simbolo della fiamma più grande o in posizione 9, quindi tenerla premuta 5 secondi dopo l'accensione

Avvertenza: se dopo 5 secondi il bruciatore non si è acceso, non insistere e attendere almeno 1 minuto prima riprovare ad accendere il bruciatore.

MANOPOLE DI CONTROLLO

Ogni manopola controlla un bruciatore, come indicato nella serigrafia. Le manopole hanno 9 regolazioni, dalla fiamma più alta a quella più

Prima di accendere il piano cottura a gas, accertarsi che i tappi del bruciatore siano collocati correttamente in posizione. Questo piano cottura è dotato di accensione elettronica per l'accensione del bruciatore.

Per accendere i bruciatori, procedere come segue: Premere e ruotare in senso antiorario la manopola fino al simbolo della fiamma più grande o in posizione 9, quindi tenerla premuta 5 secondi dopo l'accensione. Il sistema di accensione continuerà a generare

Per contenitori più piccoli, il bruciatore a gas deve essere regolato in modo che la fiamma non fuoriesca alla base della pentola. Non adoperare recipienti con base concava o convessa.

AVVERTENZA: se la fiamma si spegne acciden-talmente, ruotare la manopola in posizione di spegnimento e attendere almeno

1 minuto prima della riaccensione.

Se i rubinetti del gas si irrigidiscono nel corso degli anni, per ruotarli occorre lubrificarli. Tale operazione deve essere eseguita solo da tecnici qualificati.

Pulizia e manutenzione

• Prima di pulire il piano cottura, accertarsi che l'elettrodomestico si sia raffreddato.

• Togliere la spina dalla presa o, se collegata direttamente, staccare la corrente.

• La pulizia e la manutenzione non devono essere effettuate dai bambini senza supervisione.

• Non adoperare mai detersivi abrasivi o corrosivi, sostanze sbiancanti o acidi.

Instrucciones para el instalador

La instalación de un electrodoméstico puede ser una operación complicada que, si no se lleva a cabo correctamente, puede afectar seriamente a la seguridad de los consumidores.

Por esta razón, esta tarea debe ser llevada a cabo por un profesional cualificado y de conformidad con las normas técnicas vigentes.

En caso de que este consejo no se tenga en cuenta y la instalación sea realizada por una persona no cualificada, el fabricante declina toda responsabilidad por cualquier fallo técnica del producto, ya sea en perjuicio de bienes o lesiones humanas.

INSTALACIÓN

La placa se puede instalar en cualquier encimera resistente a temperaturas de hasta

100 °C, y tiene un grosor de 25-45 mm. El tamaño del trozo a extraer de la placa se muestran en la Figura 2*.

Cuando haya un espacio accesible entre la placa integrada y la cavidad inferior, se debe insertar una pared divisoria de material aislante (madera o material similar) (Figura 3*).

Si la placa se instala junto a un mueble en cualquiera de sus laterales, la distancia entre la placa y el mueble debe ser de al menos 15 cm, mientras que la distancia entre el corte y la pared posterior debe ser de al menos 7 cm, mientras que la distancia entre la placa y la pared trasera debe ser de al menos 70 mm para las placas con controles frontales y de 50 mm para las placas con controles laterales. La distancia entre la placa y cualquier otra unidad o electrodoméstico situado encima de ella

(por ejemplo, una campana extractora) no debe ser inferior a 700 mm (Figura 4*). Los objetos metálicos del cajón pueden alcanzar altas temperaturas debido a la recirculación del aire. Por lo tanto, se recomienda utilizar un panel intermedio de madera. Importante: El diagrama de la Figura 1* muestra cómo se debe aplicar el sellador.

La placa se instala utilizando las abrazaderas de fijación suministradas y los orificios de la base de la unidad.

Cuando se instala una placa de 75 cm sobre un horno integrado, este debe contar con enfriamiento por ventilador.

Cuando se instala una placa de 60 cm sobre un horno integrado, este debe contar con enfriamiento por ventilador.

UBICACIÓN ADECUADA

Este electrodoméstico debe instalarse de conformidad con la normativa vigente y utilizarse únicamente en un espacio bien ventilado. Lea las instrucciones antes de instalar o utilizar este electrodoméstico.

Un electrodoméstico de cocción a gas produce calor y humedad en la zona en la que está instalado. Por esta razón, debe garantizar una buena ventilación ya sea manteniendo todos los pasos de aire natural abiertos o instalando una campana extractora con un conducto de escape.

El uso intensivo y prolongado de este electrodoméstico puede requerir ventilación adicional, como la apertura de una ventana o un aumento de la velocidad del ventilador eléctrico, si tiene uno.

Si no es posible instalar una campana extractora, se debe instalar un ventilador eléctrico en una pared o ventana exterior para garantizar una ventilación adecuada. El ventilador eléctrico debe ser capaz de llevar a cabo una renovación completa del aire de la cocina de 3 a 5 veces cada hora. Conexiones

CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA (SOLO PARA R.U.)

Advertencia: Este electrodoméstico debe conectarse a tierra.

Este electrodoméstico ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para uso doméstico. La conexión a la red eléctrica debe ser realizada por un electricista competente, asegurando que se cumplan todas las normativas vigentes sobre dichas instalaciones. Este electrodoméstico solo debe conectarse a un punto de derivación con clasificación adecuada; una clavija/toma de corriente de 3 patas y 13 amperios no son adecuados. Debe disponerse de un interruptor de dos polos y el circuito debe contar con una protección de fusible adecuada. En las instruccio-nes de uso y en la placa de clasificación del electrodoméstico encontrará m á s d e t a l l e s s o b r e l o s r e q u i s i to s d e alimentación del producto. En el caso de los productos integrados, si desea utilizar un cable más largo que el proporcionado, se debe utilizar uno resistente al calor y con una clasifica-ción adecuada.

El cableado debe conectarse a la red eléctrica a tierra. Por ley, este electrodoméstico debe conectarse a tierra. Si esto no se cumple, el fabricante no será responsable de los daños causados a personas o bienes. Si todavía no hay un enchufe conectado, instale un enchufe apropiado para la carga indicada en la placa de características. El cable a tierra es de color amarillo/ verde. El enchufe siempre debe ser accesible.

Cuando la placa esté conectada directamente a la red eléctrica, deberá instalarse un disyuntor.

Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por un ingeniero cualificado para evitar cualquier riesgo potencial.

La placa de características de la placa muestra el tipo de gas con el que debe usarse. La conexión a la red o la bombona de gas debe

Para algunos modelos se proporciona un conector cónico para la instalación en los países donde este tipo de conector es obligatorio. En la figura 8 se indica cómo reconocer los diferentes tipos de conectores

(CI = cilíndrico, CO = cónico).

En todos los casos, la parte cilíndrica del conector debe conectarse a la placa. Al conectar la placa al suministro de gas mediante tubos flexibles, asegúrese de que la distancia máxima cubierta por el tubo no exceda los 2 metros.

El tubo flexible se instalará de tal manera que no pueda entrar en contacto con una parte móvil de la unidad de alojamiento (p.ej.: un cajón) y no pase por ningún espacio en el que pueda ser aplastado, doblado o dañado de ninguna manera.

Para evitar dañar la placa, lleve a cabo la instalación siguiendo esta secuencia (Figura

6*):

1. Monte las piezas en secuencia como se muestra en la ilustración:

A: 1/2 Adaptador macho cilíndrico

B: 1/2 Junta

C: 1/2 Adaptador de gas hembra cónicocilíndrico o cilíndrico-cilíndrico

2. Ajuste las juntas con la llave y recuerde girar los tubos en posición.

3. Conecte el accesorio C al suministro de gas mediante un tubo rígido de cobre o un tubo flexible de acero.

IMPORTANTE: Realice una verificación final para detectar fugas en las conexiones del tubo utilizando una solución jabonosa. NUNCA

UTILICE UNA LLAMA. Además, asegúrese de que el tubo flexible no entra en contacto con ninguna parte móvil del armario (p. ej.: un cajón) y que no está situado en un lugar donde podría dañarse. Advertencia: Si huele a gas cerca de este electro-doméstico, cierre el suministro de gas al electro-doméstico y llame al técnico directamente. No busque una fuga con una llama abierta.

ADAPTACIÓN DE LA PLACA A DIFERENTES

TIPOS DE GAS

Para adaptar la placa a diferentes tipos de gas, siga las instrucciones siguientes:

• Retire las rejillas y los quemadores.

• Introduzca la llave hexagonal (7 mm) en el soporte del quemador (Figura 7*).

Desenrosque el inyector y reemplácelo por uno adecuado para el gas que va a utilizar

(consulte la tabla de tipos de gas).

REGULACIÓN DE LA LLAMA MÍNIMA

Después de encender los quemadores, gire el mando de control hasta el ajuste mínimo y, a continuación, extraiga el mando (esto se puede hacer fácilmente aplicando una presión suave).

El tornillo de regulación puede ajustarse con un pequeño destornillador aislado, como se muestra en la Figura 9*. Girar el tornillo en sentido horario reduce el flujo de gas, mientras que girarlo en sentido antihorario aumenta el flujo. Utilice este ajuste para obtener una llama de aproximada-mente 3 o 4 mm de longitud y luego vuelva a colocar el mando de control.

Cuando el suministro de gas disponible sea

GLP, el tornillo para ajustar la llama mínima debe girarse en sentido horario hasta el tope final.

Cuando haya llevado a cabo la nueva regulación d e l g a s , c a m b i e l a a n t i g u a p l a c a d e características del gas de su electrodoméstico por otra (suministrada con la placa) adecuada para el tipo de gas para el que se ha regulado.

Uso de la placa: instrucciones de uso

Este electrodoméstico solo debe utilizarse para los fines para los que ha sido diseñado, es decir, la cocina doméstica. Cualquier otro uso se considerará inadecuado y, por lo tanto, podrían ser peligrosos. El fabricante no será responsable de ningún daño o pérdida resultante de un uso inadecuado. Antes de usar el quemador, asegúrese de que los perímetros de la rejilla centren el quemador como se muestra a continuación. Si utiliza rejillas de hierro fundido, debajo de la rejilla se indica la posición. CONSEJOS GENERALES

Para recipientes más pequeños, el quemador de gas debe regularse de modo que la llama no se superponga a la base. No deben utilizarse recipientes con bases cóncavas o convexas.

ADVERTENCIA: Si se apaga accidentalmente una llama, gire el mando a la posición de apagado y no intente volver a encenderla durante al menos 1 minuto.

Si, con el paso de los años, las llaves de gas se vuelven rígidas y no se pueden girar, será necesario lubricarlas. Tal operación debe ser realizada únicamente por técnicos de servicio cualificados.

Mantenimiento y limpieza

Instalacja urządzenia domowego może być skomplikowaną operacją, która jeżeli nie będzie wykonywana prawidłowo, może poważnie zagrozić bezpieczeństwu użytkownika. Jeżeli między zabudowaną płytą a komorą poniżej znajduje się dostępna przestrzeń, konieczne jest zamontowanie przegrody z materiału izolacyjnego (np. drewna lub podobnego materiału) (rysunek 3*).

Jeśli płyta jest zamontowana obok szafki po obu stronach, odległość między płytą a szafką musi wynosić co najmniej 15 cm; natomiast odległość między wycięciem a tylną ścianą musi wynosić co najmniej 7 cm. Natomiast odległość między płytą kuchenną a tylną ścianą musi wynosić co najmniej 70 mm w przypadku płyt z przednim panelem sterowania i 50 mm z bocznym panelem sterowania. UYARLANMASI

Ocağı farklı gaz türleriyle kullanıma uyarlamak için aşağıdaki talimatları uygulayın:

 Izgaraları ve brülörleri çıkarın

 Altıgen anahtarı (7 mm) brülör desteğine yerleştirin (Şekil 7*)

 Enjektörün vidasını sökün ve kullanılacak gaza uygun olanı ile değiştirin

(gaz tipi tablosuna bakın)

MİNİMUM ALEVİ DÜZENLEME

Brülörleri yaktıktan sonra, kontrol düğmesini minimum ayara getirin ve ardından düğmeyi

çıkarın (hafif basınç uygulanarak kolayca

çıkarılabilir).

Ayar vidası küçük bir «Terminal» tipi tornavida kullanılarak Şekil 9*'daki gibi ayarlanabilir.

Vidayı saat yönünde çevirmek gaz akışını azaltırken, saat yönünün tersine çevirmek akışı artırır - Yaklaşık 3 ila 4 mm uzunluğunda alev elde etmek için bu ayarı kullanın ve ardından kontrol düğmesini değiştirin.

Mevcut gaz kaynağı LPG olduğunda - boştaki alevi ayarlayan vida sonuna kadar

(saat yönünde) çevrilmelidir.

Yeni gaz düzenlemesini gerçekleştirdikten sonra, cihazınızın üzerindeki eski gaz derecelendirme plakasını değiştirin.

Uyarı: Her durumda, 5 saniye sonra brülör yanmazsa, cihazı çalıştırmayı bırakın ve brülörü daha fazla ateşlemeye

çalışmadan önce en az 1 dakika bekleyin.

GAZ BRÜLÖRÜNÜN KULLANILMASI

UYARI : Bir alev kazayla sönerse, düğmeyi kapalı konuma çevirin ve en az 1 dakika boyunca yeniden tutuşturmaya çalışmayın. Yıllar geçtikçe gaz musluklarında sertleşme olursa, bunların yağlanması gerekir. Bu tür işlemler yalnızca vasıflı Servis Mühendisleri tarafından gerçekleştirilmelidir.

• A tápkábelhez olyan villát csatlakoztasson, amelyik képes megfelelni a címkén szereplő feszültségnek, áramerősségnek és terhelésnek, illetve rendelkezik földelő érintkezőve l.

Az aljzatnak meg kell felelnie a címkén szereplő terhelésnek, továbbá rendelkeznie kell működőképes földelő érintkezővel. A földelővezető színe sárgazöld. Ezt a műveletet megfelelően képzett szakembernek kell elvégeznie. Ha az aljzat és a készülék csatlakozódugója nem kompatibilis, kérjen szakképzett villanyszerelőt, hogy az aljzatot más megfelelő típussal helyettesítse. A dugónak és az aljzatnak kötelezően eleget kell tennie a telepítés helyéül szolgáló ország aktuális előírásainak.

Az áramforráshoz való csatlakoztatás történhet egy, a III. kategóriájú túlfeszültségre vonatkozó követelményeknek megfelelő megszakítónak a készülék és a maximálisan csatlakoztatható terhelés elviselésére képes áramforrás közé iktatásával is, amely összhangban van a hatályos jogszabályokkal. A sárgazöld földelőkábelt nem szakíthatja meg a kapcsoló. Az aljzatnak vagy a csatlakoztatáshoz használt omnipoláris kapcsolónak könnyen elérhetőnek kell lennie a készülék telepítését követően.

• A leválasztás megvalósítható a dugó elérhet ősége révén, vagy kapcsoló

építhető be a rögzített huzalozásba, a huzalozási előírások figyelembe vételével.

• FIGYELMEZTETÉS: tűzveszély: ne tároljon tárgyakat a főzőfelületeken.

• VIGYÁZAT: a főzési folyamat kötelező módon felügyeletre feltételez.

Rövid f őzési folyamat esetén ez folyamatos felügyeletet igényel.

• Ha a főzőlap halogén elemekkel rendelkezik, ne nézzen hosszan a fényébe.

• Ne tegyen fém tárgyakat, például kést, villát, kanalat vagy fedelet a főzőlapra. Felforrósodhatnak.

• Alumíniumfóliát és műanyag edényeket nem szabad a főzőzónákra helyezni. Minden használat után tisztítsa meg a főzőlapot, így elkerülve a szennyeződés és a zsír lerakódását. Ellenkező esetben a főzőlap használatakor a sütés megismétlődik, és az égés füstöt és kellemetlen szagokat b ocsát ki, valamint fennáll a veszélye a tűz továbbterjedésének.

• Ne tároljon nehéz tárgyakat a főzőlap felett. A főzőlapra esve károsodást okozhatnak.

• A főzőlapon ne tároljon semmilyen tárgyat.

• Ne csúsztasson edén yeket a főzőlapon.

• Ne használjon durva vagy koptató hatású anyagokat vagy éles fém tisztítóeszközöket az üvegfelületek tisztításához, mivel ezek megkarcolhatják a felületet, ami az üveg összetörését eredményezheti.

• A tápkábel sérülése esetén a veszély elkerülése érdekében cseréltesse ki azt a gyártóval, a gyártó szervizközpontjával vagy más szakemberrel.

A földelő vezetéknek (sárga -zöld) 10 mm-nél hosszabbnak kell lennie a sorkapocs oldalán. A belső vezetők átmérőjének meg kell felelnie a főzőlap által felv ett teljesítménynek (a címkén feltüntetve).

• Kötelezően H05GG -F típusú tápkábelt használjon.

• A készülék névleges frekvencián történő működtetéséhez nincs szükség további műveletre/beállításra.

• A készülék kialakításából adódóan nem javasolt a készülék használata külső időzítővel vagy különálló távvezérlő rendszerrel.

Utasítások a beszerelést végző szakember számára

A háztartási készülék üzembe helyezése bonyolult művelet lehet, amely nem megfelelő végrehajtás esetén súlyosan befolyásolhatja a fogyasztók biztonságát. Ezért a feladatot szakképzett személynek kell elvégeznie, a hatályos műszaki előírásoknak megfelelően. Abban az esetben, ha ezt a tanácsot figyelmen kívül hagyják, és a telepítést szakképzetlen személy végzi, a gyártó a termék bárminemű műszaki meghibásodása esetén minden felelősség et elhárít magától, függetlenül attól, hogy a meghibásodás jár-e dologi kárral vagy személyi sérüléssel.

BEÉPÍTÉS

A főzőlap bármilyen munkalapra felszerelhető, amely ellenáll 100 °Cos hőmérsékletnek, vastag sága pedig 25 – 45 mm. A munkalapról eltávolítandó rész méretei a 2. ábrán* láthatók.

Ha a beépített főzőlap és az alatta lévő sütőtér között hozzáférhető tér található, illesszen be egy falat szigetelőanyagból (fa vagy hasonló anyag) (3. ábra*).

Ha a főzőlapot mindkét oldalon szekrény mellé szerelik, a főzőlap és a szekrény közötti távol ságnak legalább 15 cm-nek kell lennie; míg a kivágás és a hátsó fal közötti távolságnak legalább 7 cmnek kell lennie; a főzőlap és a hátsó fal közötti távolságnak legalább 70 mm-nek kell lennie az elülső vezérlésű főzőlapo k és 50 mm-nek az oldalsó vezérlésű főzőlapok esetében.

A főzőlap és a fölötte lévő bármely más egység vagy készülék (pl. páraelszívó) közötti távolságnak legalább 700 mm-nek kell lennie (4. ábra*).

A fiókban lévő fémtárgyak magas hőmérsékletet

érhetnek el a levegő visszakeringetés miatt.

Ezért javasoljuk egy köztes fa panel beépítését.

Fontos - Az 1. ábrán* látható a tömítőanyag felhasználásának a módja.

A főzőlapot a mellékelt rögzítőbilincsekkel szerelje fel az egység alján lévő furatok segítségével.

Amikor egy 75 cmes főzőlapot szerelnek egy beépített sütő fölé, az utóbbit ventilátoros hűtéssel kell ellátni.

Amikor egy 60 cmes főzőlapot szerelnek egy beépített sütő fölé, az utóbbit ventilátoros hűtéssel kell ellátni.

A MEGFELELŐ HELYSZÍN

A készüléket az érvényben lévő jogszabályoknak megfelelően kell beszerelni, és csak jól szellőző helyiségben szabad használni. A készülék beszerelése vagy használata előtt olvassa el az utasí tásokat.

A gázüzemű főzőkészülék hőt és párát termel a beépítés helyén. Ezért gondoskodnia kell a jó szellőzésről – vagy úgy, hogy nyitva tartja az

összes természetes l evegőjáratot, vagy úgy, hogy elszívót szerel be. A készülék intenzív és tartós használata extra szellőzést igényelhet, például ablak kinyitását vagy az elektromos ventilátor sebességének növelését, ha van ilyen.

Ha nem szerelhető be páraelszívó, akkor a meg fe lelő szellőzés biztosítása érdekében a külső falra vagy ablakra elektromos ventilátort kell felszerelni. Az elektromos ventilátornak képesnek kell lennie arra, hogy óránként 3 – 5 alkalommal teljes levegőcserét hajtson végre a konyhában. A telepítőnek be kell tartania a vonatkozó nemzeti szabványok előírásait.

Csatlakozások

ELEKTROMOS CSATLAKOZÁS (EGYESÜLT

KIRÁLYSÁG KIZÁRÓLAGOSAN)

Figyelmeztetés: a készüléket kötelező földelni.

Ezt a készüléket kizárólag háztartási célú használatra tervezték. A fő áramforráshoz való csatlakoztatást egy megfelelően képzett villany szerelő nek kell elvégeznie, figyelembe véve az adott telepítésekre vonatkozó összes hatályos előírást. A készüléket csak megfelelő jellemzőkkel rendelkező csatlakozási ponthoz szabad csatla koz tatni, 3 tűs 13 amperes dugó/aljzat nem megfelelő. A beépítéshez kétpólusú kapcsoló használata indokolt, valamint az áramkörnek megfele lő biztosítékvédelemmel kell rendelkeznie.

Az egyes termékek teljesítményigényével kapcsolatos további részletek a használati utasításban és a készülék adattábláján találhatók.

Beépített termék esetén, ha a mellékeltnél hosszabb kábel használata indokolt, javasoljuk, hogy megfelelő hőálló típust használjon.

A vezetékeket a hálózathoz kell csatlakoztatni károkért. Ha a készülékhez nem csatlakozik dugó, szereljen fel egy, az adattáblán feltüntetett terhelésnek megfelelő dugót. A földelővezeték sárga/zöld színű. A dugónak mindig hozzáfér hetőnek kell lennie. Ha a főzőlapot közvetlenül az elektromos hálózat csatlakoztatja, szereljen fel megszakítót. Ha a tápkábel megsérül, azt megfelelően képzett szakembernek kell kicserélnie az esetleges kockázatok elkerülése érdekében.

A földelővezetéknek (zöld és sárga színű) legalább

10 mm-rel hosszabbnak kell lennie, mint a fázis

GÁZCSATLAKOZTATÁS

Jelen utasítások szakképzett személyzetnek szólnak, a berendezés telepítési módjának meg kell felelnie a vonatkozó országos előírásoknak.

Cseppfolyósított gáz (palackozott gáz) esetében olyan nyomásszabályozókat használjon, amelyek megfelelnek a vonatkozó országos előírásoknak.

Csak olyan csöveket, alátéteket és tömítő aláté teket használjon, amelyek megfelelnek a vonatkozó országos előírásokn ak.

Egyes modellek esetében a termékhez mellékelve elérhető egy kúpos csatlakozó a felszereléshez azokban az országokban, ahol elengedhetetlen az ilyen típusú csatlakozó megléte; a 8. ábrán látható az eltérő csatlakozók közötti különbség

(CY = hengeres, CO = kúpos). A csatlakozó hengeres részét minden esetben a főzőlaphoz kell csatlakoztatni.

Amikor a főzőlapot flexibilis csövek segítségével csatlakoztatja a gázellátáshoz, figyeljen arra, hogy a tömlő által áthidalt maximális távolság ne haladja meg a 2 métert.

érintkezzen a burkolatként szolgáló egység mozgatható részével (pl. fiókkal), és ne hatoljon

át olyan helyen, ahol összezúzódhat/megtörhet vagy bármilyen módon megsérülhet.

A főzőlap esetleges károsodásának megelőzése

érdekében a következő sorrendben végezze el a telepítést (6. ábra*):

B: 1/2 hüvelykes tömítés

C: 1/2 hüvelykes hüvelyes gázadapter kúpos-hengeres vagy hengeres-hengeres

Szorítsa meg az illesztéseket csavarkulccsal; ne felejtse el a csöveket a helyükre csavarni.

3.

Csatlakoztassa a C idomot a hálózati gázellátás hoz merev rézcső vagy flexibilis acélcső segítségével.

FONTOS: végezzen végső ellenőrzést szivárgások tekintetében szappanos oldattal a csőcsatla kozásoknál.

EHHEZ SOHA NE HASZNÁLJON LÁNGOT.

Ügyeljen arra is, hogy a flexibilis cső ne érint kezhessen a szekrény mozgó részével (pl. fiók),

és ne kerüljön olyan helyre, ahol megsérülhet.

Figyelmeztetés: Ha a készülék közelében gázt lehet érezni, kapcsolja ki a készülék gázellátását,

és hívja közvetlenül a tervezőt. Ne keressen szivárgást nyílt lánggal.

A FŐZŐLAP BEÁLLÍTÁSA A KÜLÖNBÖZŐ

GÁZTÍPUSOKHOZ

A főzőlap más gáztípussal való üzemelésre történő

átállításához a következőket kell tenni:

• Vegye le a rácsokat és a gázégőket

• Helyezze be az imbuszkulcsot (7 mm) az

égőtartó foglalatba (7. ábra*)

• Csavarja le a befecskendező fúvókát, és cserélje a használni kívánt gáztípushoz valóra (lásd a gáztípust feltüntető táblázatot)

A MINIMÁLIS LÁNG BESZABÁLYOZÁSA

Az gázégők meggyújtása után fordítsa a tekerő gombot a minimális beállításra, majd távolítsa el a gombot (ez könnyedén eltávolítható enyhe erőkifejtéssel).

Egy kis műszerész -csavarhúzóval a szabályozó csavar a 9. ábra* szerint beállítható.

Ha az óramutató járásával megegyező irányba forgatja a csavart, csökkenti a gázáramlást, míg az óramutató járásával ellentétes irányba forgatás növeli az áramlást. Így állítsa be a gázlángot 3-4 mm hosszú lángot kap, majd tegye vissza a tekerő gombot.

Ha a gázellátás LPG alapú, akkor az alapjárati láng beállítására szolgáló csavart az óramutató járásával megegyező irányban végállásig kell elforgatni.

Miután átállította a gázszabályozást, cserélje ki a készülék régi gáz adattábláját egy megfelelőre

(főző laphoz mellékelve)

A főzőlap használata - felhasználói útmutató

Ezt a készüléket csak a rendeltetésének megfelelő célra, háztartási főzéshez szabad használni – bármilyen ettől eltérő felhasználás helytelennek minősül, ebből következően veszélyes lehet.

A gyártó nem vállal felelősséget a nem rendel tetésszerű használatból eredő károkért. A gázégő használata előtt győződjön meg arról, hogy az

égő az ábrán látható módon a rácskeret közepére esik. Ha öntöttvas rácsokat használ, a rács alatt bizonyosodhat meg a rács megfelelő pozíciójáról.

Győződjön meg arról, hogy pontosan h asználja a rácsot a helyes pozícióban. begyújtásához, használjon egy szál gyufát vagy

öngyújtót az alábbi művelet végrehajtásához:

• Helyezzen egy meggyújtott gyufát vagy

öngyújtót az égő közelébe

• Nyomja be és fordítsa el a gombot az óramutató járásával ellentétes irányba a nagyobb láng szimbólum felé vagy a 9-es pozícióba, és tartsa

lenyomva 5 másodpercig a gyújtás után.

Figyelmeztetés: Mindenesetre, ha 5 másodperc múlva az égő nem gyúlt meg, hagyja abba a készülék működését, és várjon legalább 1 percet, mielőtt megkísérelné az égő ismételt meggyúj tását.

TEKERŐGOMBOK

Mindegyik gomb a szitázott ábrának megfelelően vezérli az egyes égőket. A gombok 9 foko zatban állíthatók a legmagasabb lángtól a legalacsonyabb lángig. Soha ne próbáljon a ° pozícióról 1-re váltani

A GÁZÉGŐ HASZNÁLATA

A gáztűzhely bekapcsolása előtt gondoskodjon róla, hogy a gázrózsák megfelelően a helyükön legyenek. A főzőlap az égők begyújtásához elekt ronikus gyújtással rendelkezik.

Az égők begyújtásához haj tsa végre az alábbiakat:

Kisebb edények esetén a gázégőt úgy kell sza bályozni, hogy a láng ne nyúljon túl az edény alján.

Ne használjon homorú vagy domború fenekű edényeket.

FIGYELMEZTETÉS: Ha egy láng véletlenül kialszik, fordítsa a gombot kikapcsolt helyzetbe, és legalább

1 percig ne próbálja újra meggyújtani. Ha az évek során a gázcsapok működtetése nehézkessé válik, meg kell kenni őket. Ezt a műveletet szakkép zett szervizmérnököknek kell elvégezniük.

Karbantartás és tisztítás

• A főzőlap tisztítása előtt bizonyosodjon meg arról, hogy a készülék lehűlt.

• Húzza ki a dugót az aljzatból, vagy kapcsolja ki az

áramellátást (közvetlenül csatlakoztatott készülék esetén).

• A berendezés tisztítását és karbantartását gyermekek csak felügyelet alatt végezhetik.

• Soha ne használjon súrolószereket, maró tisztítószereket, fehérítőszereket vagy savakat.

Igyekezzen elkerülni, hogy zománcozott, lakkozott vagy rozsdamentes acél részekre savas vagy lúgos anyagok (citrom, gyümölcslé, ecet stb.) kerüljenek.

• A zománcozott, lakkozott vagy króm részek tisztításakor használjon meleg szappanos vizet vagy nem maró mosószert. Rozsdamentes acélhoz használjon megfelelő tisztítóoldatot.

• A gázégők szappanos vízzel tisztíthatók. Eredeti fényük helyreállításához használjon háztartási, rozsdamentes acélhoz való tisztítószert. Tisztítás után szárítsa meg az égőket és tegye vissza a helyére őket.

• Fontos, hogy a gázégőket helyesen tegye vissza.

Krómozott rácsok és gázégők

A krómozott rácsok és gázé gők a használat során hajlamosak elszíneződni. Ez nem veszélyezteti a főzőlap működését

Vevőszolgálatunk szükség esetén tud pótal katrészeket biztosítani.

Vásárlást követő ügyfélszolgálat

Mielőtt szervizmérnökhöz fordulna, ellenőrizze az alábbiakat:

• A dugót megfelelően csatlakoztatta és a biz tosíték is működik

• A gázellátás hibátlanul üzemel. Ha nincs észlelhető hiba:

A készülék címkézése megfelel az elektromos és elektronikus berendezések hulladékairól

(WEEE) szóló 2012/19/EU európai irányelvnek. Az elektromos és elektronikus berendezések hulladékai tartalmaznak

úgy szennyező anyagokat (amelyek a környe zetre negatív hatást fejthetnek ki), mint alapanyagokat (amelyek újrahasznosíthatók).
