Assembly Instructions
1) Wagon frame is partially assembled, Remove cart frame from package and position
upside down with deck flat to work surface.
2) Slide wheels onto axles, then axle washers. Next slip the cotter pins through axle
holes, bending ends with plier
3) If handle is not pre-installed. Line up handle bracket with hitch tube and install
provided hex bolt, washer, and nut. Secure using 9/16" wrench and 9/16" socket driver,
or adjustable wrench.
4) Check adjustment of the pre-installed undercarriage bolt, Nut should be snug yet
allow smooth movement of handle. If necessary, adjust using 3/4" wrench and 3/4"
socket driver, or adjustable wrench,
5) Check tire inflation per the psi rating listed on tire and inflate if necessary.
