NOTE: IP56 switches can only be mounted vertically

(portrait orientation), and the switch mech must not be removed.

STEP 1

Ensure wall surface for mounting is smooth and flat and the hole cut does not exceed switch sub-plate seal perimeter size.

STEP 2

Remove the screw cap bungs (circled below) from the sub-plate seal with side cutters, cutting close to the bung itself. Store for later.
