PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

Read the manual prior to installation. Technical knowledge is necessary for installation. The place of installation must be free of moisture and away from heat sources. Please ensure that the correct tools are used during the installation to avoid damage to the vehicle or product. Connects2 can not be held responsible for the installation of this product.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

DASH DISASSEMBLY

Begin by using a panel removal tool to pry away the main fascia trim that surrounds the main radio, this trim includes the top pocket.

With the trim out of the way, undo the 4x screws that surround the main head unit and remove it whilst disconnecting all of the wiring.

DASH ASSEMBLY

Using the 4x pre-existing screws from the main head unit, screw the frame bracket into place.

CT23RT18: if using the CT23RT18 , install the head unit into the cage, using the brackets/accessories provided.

This will then need to be slid into the dashboard once the frame bracket is mounted.

With the radio fully connected, place the new fascia plate onto the dashboard to complete the installation.

1. Prepare the Double DIN head unit.

Mount the metal brackets to the double DIN head unit.

(sample photo)

The position of the copper coloured holder can be adjusted to your needs for perfect fit.

(see sample)

2. Remove the OEM head unit

3. Place Metal Frame into the dashboard.

Connect all required circuit points and push the double DIN head unit in the metal frame until it snaps in.

Place the trim frame.

All installation work must be performed by a qualified professional installer only.
