To login to DotGolf Live, open your web browser and navigate to http://live.golf.co.nz/. You will be presented with the Login window. Enter your Club ID, username and password.

The main areas of the DotGolf Live system include Home, Scores, Members, Categories, Courses, Subscriptions, Calendar, Reports, and Settings.

To enter scores, click on the Scores tab. Select the member, play date, course, and marker. Enter the scores either hole-by-hole or by adjusted gross. Save the score when finished.

To add a new member, click on the yellow new member button. Determine if the member has ever been a member of any club in New Zealand. If this is the first time the person has held a NZ golf handicap, click 'create a brand new membership'. If the person is or was a member of any club in New Zealand, enter the person’s previous membership number or fill in the name fields. Select the membership status and click Search. Select the correct record and add the member as a home or secondary member. Fill in the basic details and save changes.

The different areas in a membership record are Basic, Membership, and Handicap.

What is CRSE HDCP?

A course handicap calculator allows calculating a course handicap for any member playing the course by entering their 7-digit membership number or handicap index. After calculating, the course handicap will be displayed.
