Before using the product for the first time, please read and understand these instructions. We
suggest you keep them for future reference.
The Homegear 3 in 1 should only be set up on a flat even surface.
The Homegear 3 in 1 should always be set up in a dry area. Never use it near water.
Never set up the Homegear 3 in 1 near a naked flame, flammable materials or other heat
sources.
Do not kink or clamp the main leads. To avoid any risk of injury never allow the lead to overhang
an edge.
Whenever changing accessories always ensure that the Homegear 3 in 1 has been switched off
at the power supply.
The Homegear 3 in 1 is only intended for use by adults, children must stay a safe distance away
Make sure that the voltage shown on the rating plate corresponds with that of the main supply.
The stand mixer is only to be connected to an AC supply (220-240V). The motor must always be
switched off before the stand mixer is connected with the main supply.
When the Homegear 3 in 1 is not in use always ensure that it is turned off and unplugged form
the power supply.
Always ensure the Homegear 3 in 1 is turned off when the head is lifted up.
Never operate the Homegear 3 in 1 when empty.
Never attempt to repair the device yourself this will not only expose yourself to hazardous
components but will also void the warranty. Repairs should only be carried out by a qualified
technician
If the supply cord is damaged stop use immediately and contact a qualified technician.
The Homegear 3 in 1 is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capacities.
No liability is accepted for damage due to improper use or failure to observe the operating
instructions.
Avoid contact with moving parts and fitted attachments during operation.
In order to avoid injury, or damage to the Homegear 3 in 1, keep hands, hair, clothing, spatulas
and any other utensils away from moving parts during operation.
Do not operate more than one function at the same time. When using the blender attachment
the mixer will start automatically .Do not add attachments to the mixer or use it whilst blender
is used.

1. Mount the jar sealing ring onto the blade base then mount the blade base into the jar base
tightening it until it is securely fixed (Photo 2).
2. Once the ingredients have been placed in the jar, fix the lid onto the jar by pushing it down until
it is securely fastened (photo 3).
3. Now insert the measuring cup into the opening of the lid and screw it anti clockwise until it is
locked into place.
4. Mount the glass jar on the jar base and twist it anti clockwise until it securely fastened into place
(photo 4).

Meat Grinder
1. Make sure the mixer is unplugged from the mains outlet. Attach the meat grinder fitting onto
the front of the mixer and turn it anti-clockwise until it is correctly positioned.
2. Place worm gear into the meat grinder case then fit the blade onto the end of the roller. Select
the desired cutting plate and place on the roller after the blade has been fitted, making sure
that the prongs fit flush with the grooves in the meat grinder case. Hold on to the meat grinder
case with one hand and with the other screw the nit onto the meat grinder case making sure it is
secure.
3. Put the hopper plate onto the top of the meat grinder case. The meat grinder attachment is now
ready to operate.
Sausage Maker
1. Loosen the clamping ring and remove the grid and the blade.
2. Install the base and hold the funnel sausage on the chopping blade, then tighten the clamping
ring.
Pasta Maker
1. Remove the protective cap from the rotor axis chopper by turning to the left.
2. Insert the grinder head in the engine by tilting it slightly to the right and then turning to the left
to secure it in place.
3. Place the drive screw in the head chopper so as to assemble the nut engine. Turn the screw
slightly until it secures in the motor output.
4. Install the pasta punch of your choice on to the clamp screw and then tighten the clamping ring.

Instructions for usage
Mixer
1. Add the required ingredients to the bowl and open the upper main body using the head –lift
leaver (see fig 1 and 2).
2. Place the mixing bowl on the base and turn it in an anticlockwise direction until it is fixed into
position (see fig 3).
3. If you wish to attach the splashguard push it onto the underside of the mixer head and turn anticlockwise to lock into position (see fig 4). Please note you do not need to remove the
splashguard to change tools.
4. Fix the dough blade, egg whisk or mixer blade on the blade connector and rotate the blade
connector clockwise until engages firmly.
5. Turn the lifting handle in the direction of the arrow on the machine and press the housing cover
downwards with one hand (see fig 6 and 7).
6. Insert the power plug in the power socket and turn the speed control dial to the “P” setting for
the pulse option or set the speed control dial to the desired position, 1-6 for longer use.
7. When finished turn the speed control dial to “0” setting. Lift up the upper main body turning the
head lift leaver clockwise and remove the mixing bowl by

Place the desired ingredients into the glass jar.
Place the lid on the glass jar and make sure it is secured into place.
Place the measuring cup into the hole in the lid and turn clockwise to lock.
3-4 setting is for use with liquids
5-6 setting for use with solid foods.
Use P setting if ice crushing in short powerful bursts.
Always make the setting is switched back to 0 once the blending is finished
Meat Grinder
1. Cut all food into small pieces so they fit easily into the hopper opening.
2. Plug in the Homegear 3 in 1 and switch the speed to 4-6.
3. Feed the meat into the hopper, only using the food pusher to feed the meat in.
Sausage Maker
1. Place the sausage casing over the top of the Sausage Tube.
2. Place your seasoned mince into the filling tube using the food pusher.
3. Turn the Homegear 3 in 1 to a speed setting of 2 or 3
Pasta Maker
1. Place a floured plate below the punch of the Homegear 3 in1.
2. Ensure the dough is kneaded and softened, then split into equal parts and place it into the filling
tube.
3. Turn the Homegear 3 in 1 to the 2 or 3 speed setting and push the dough through using the food
pusher.
4. Cut the pasta into your desired length when it comes out of the punch.

Turn the shaft knob, and lift the machine arm
Put the mixing bowl and mixing bowl cover onto the base and lock it as the arrowheads denote.
Turn the shaft knob, then push the upper cover and the arm down.
Plug in the electrical cord and turn the switch to P, then try every speed for a few seconds.
After the trial turn the switch to speed 0.
Turn the shaft knob and lift the arm and take apart the mixing blade from the blade connector.
Take off the back cover from the upper housing.
Pour a cup of water into the blender jar, set the blender jar onto the machine and then repeat
steps 4, 5 and 6.
Cleaning
1. Before cleaning, ensure that switch knob is at the 0 position and the plug has been disconnected
from the electrical socket.
2. After use allow the Homegear 3 in 1 to cool down before cleaning
3. When cleaning the interior and exterior of the Homegear 3 in 1 never use abrasive detergents or
alcohol.
4. Whilst cleaning the Homegear 3 in 1 never submerge it in water.
5. The dough and mixing blade are not dishwasher safe. These accessories must be cleaned only in
warm water and washing up liquid.
6. The plastic accessories, mixing bowl, egg beater, blender jar and blades inside can be cleaned
with warm water and washing up liquid or in a dishwasher. Never use abrasive detergents.
