Click the new company icon or the Edit Company button on the caption bar. Enter the company name, schedule start day, maximum number of seats, and minimum hours between shifts.

With the Data tab selected, select Import Data Manager CSV file from the Data Menu. Choose the file you wish to import.

Select the Forecast Tab then choose the Create a Forecast menu item on the Forecast menu. Select the week for which you wish to forecast and the number of previous weeks of data you wish to use.

Left click the time slot and press Ctrl + Insert or right click and select Add. Enter a stop time and skill then click save.
