1.0 Introduction to individual print
Easy Touch offers a reliable source to design the print labels for the required operations involving the weighing values as like branding, marketing, manufacturing, product packaging, business cards and flyers etc., based on your industrial needs and necessities.
Print forms can be generated and stored individually. You can easily create a new print form by using drag and drop to add the variable fields like weighing and its object details, device, user and print information. In addition, you can insert a header, footer, company details, logo, barcodes, etc.,
2.0 Creating an individual print form
The individual print of the print format can be accessed by purchasing the license of the individual print function.

• Click on the settings icon from the main menu.

• The settings list screen will open. Click on the print format from the list.

• Choose the “individual print” possibility.
• The list of customized print forms that are been already created would be found in the list.
• Click on “add” icon

• Please enter the below required prerequisites to continue in designing the print form,
Template name: Please enter the name of the template for internal reference
Functions: The user should the respective function for which the label has to be designed.
Kindly note, the user can choose a function at a time and the list of functions would be displayed based on the license activated in the system (desktop, laptop, or tablet)
Selected user: The user could be applied with the single print format for a function.
Header text: User can enter the required header text which can be used in the printout and is non mandatory
Footer text: User can enter the required footer text which can be used in the printout and is non mandatory

Enter the required dimensions in which the layout has to be created. System offers the layout in inches and millimeter for the user’s reference. Click on “save and continue” once entering the required layout dimensions
3.0 Customize your print
3.1 Label
Free text labels can be entered. Labels are used to define the description of the products, re quest for feedbacks or FSSAI number. Easy Touch supports multilingual approach for the labels.

3.2 Line
The system offers you two diverse types of lines i.e., horizontal and vertical to contribute a border, segregation or a table in the form wherever required and with the required thickness.
3.3 Company information
The company information can be inserted in the form. The system offers you to place in a single line, multiple line or user can insert the separate information what ever is required in the respective place.

3.4 User information
The result generated user’s information can be inserted.
3.5 Device information
The device from which the result has been generated can also be inserted.

3.6 Print information
Header, footer and template name can be attached.
3.7 Function characters
The available variable characters of the function will be listed. User can pick the required functional characters and can place it wherever is needed in the form.

In addition, system also offers a spectacular function to insert the value alone without the label.
This function is popularly used to reduce the space in case if you are designing a compact label print.
3.8 Image
System offers to attach both the company image and custom image in the required place with required dimensions.

3.9 Barcode
Barcodes are mostly used to track inventory. Using this in the events gives easy access to the database captured and to track the revenue. Barcodes simplify traceability by tracking everything from where something was produced and when it was shipped, to which retailer sold the product, at what time, and for how much.
Barcodes save time and money because they can be read by a scanner, either a handheld device or one built into a checkout station, instead of an employee having to manually key in product information.

Code 128 is used extensively worldwide in shipping and packaging industries as a product identification code for the container and pallet levels in the supply chain and is extensively used in shipping labels.

3.9.4 QR code

3.9.5 Data matrix

Highly suitable for the use on small products and round surfaces. Another advantage of data matrix codes is that even if up to 30% of the surface is destroyed, they can still be read and decoded
• Character set: supports all 256 ASCII characters, all ISO characters, and all extended binary coded decimal interchange code characters
• Code text capacity: up to 3116 numeric digits, or 2335 alpha numeric characters, or
1556 binary characters

Code 39 is mainly used for warehousing & pharmaceutical products.

EAN-8 (which has 8 digits) is used for smaller sized packages, for example on cigarettes, pencils, and chewing gum packets

EAN-8 is an EAN/UPC symbology
3.9.8 EAN 13
It has marked on most commercialised products currently available at the stores. EAN is used in POS system that is widespread through the convenience stores.

Code text capacity: exactly 12 digits + 1 check digits
The barcodes can be inserted in the desired size using mm and inches.
System offers two modes,
Static: The respective barcode will be generated for the value what is entered. The barcodes will not vary as the value remains the same for every transaction.

Dynamic: The respective barcode will be generated for the values in every transaction with respect to the chosen variable. The barcodes will vary as the value will not remain the same and would be based on the respective function character.

3.10 Date and time
Date and time help the user to mark the packaged or manufactured date and time which is being offered as per the different requirements.

Click on “save” or “preview” to save or preview the form.
3.11 Formatting the design
Easy Touch offers the users to design efficiently using some of the features available below,
Rotate left: Press the icon “rotate left” to rotate your selected text left side

Rotate right: Press the icon “rotate right” to rotate your selected text left side
Bold: Press the icon “B” to make your selected text bold

Italic: Press the icon “I” to make your selected text italic
Underline: Press the icon “U” to make your selected text underlined

Increase font size: Press the icon “increase the font size” to increase your font size
Decrease font size: Press the icon “decrease the font size” to increase your font size

Delete: Press the icon “delete” to make your selected text bold
3.12 Other options
User shall be able to change the dimensions of the layout, remove last added element and can be able to reset the design.

4.0 Editing the print format and design
• Click on the respective print format from the list and edit.

• Please modify the required changes and click on “save”
• The format would be updated and then would be applicable for the user to the specified func tion.
5.0 Deleting the print format
• Click on the respective format from the list and delete.

• The print format would be found in the inactive list. You can activate it whenever required.
