Congratulations on purchasing your
Prepology Microwave Grill Pan Set!
Please read this Use and Care manual, and retain it for future use.
The Prepology Microwave Grill Pan Set has a non-stick coating, which makes cooking easy and clean up a snap! With this set, you can now achieve great browning and grill marks on your foods and still cook at microwave speeds. The Prepology Microwave Grill Pan is able to do this because the material on the bottom of the pan and on the top of the press absorbs microwaves and transfers this heat to the food inside. The pan can reach 436º F after pre-heating properly, as indicated in the pre-heating instructions.
The bottom of the grill pan is slightly domed with a collection reservoir to collect excess fats and oils that drip from your foods.
It can also serve as a reservoir for liquids when steaming foods with the steamer lid on top. The flat-bottomed griddle pan is great for pizza, chicken nuggets, baking and much more!
Just pre-heat the pan and press according to the wattage chart or recipe, and then cook foods for the appropriate time listed in the cooking chart or in one of the recipes.
Enjoy!
