HLC Student User Guide – May 2015 All Emory Healthcare employees have student rights in the HLC to enroll in and take courses, register for classes, view and print an education transcript. Staff records are added to and updated in the HLC daily Monday through Friday via an import from PeopleSoft. An employee on FMLA cannot access the HLC because his/her status is inactive in PeopleSoft. When the employee returns to duty, his/her HLC status will be updated to active during the import following his/her return. These topics are included in the HLC Student User Guide.
