نوشــته‬ ‫شــده بــر روی دســتگاه مطابقــت داشــته باشــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬ایــن وســیله بــرای اســتفاده توســط افــراد (از‬ ‫جملــه کــودکان) بــا ناتوانــی فیزیکــی‪ ،‬حســی‬ ‫و عقلــی یــا افــراد بی‌تجربــه و نــاآگاه طراحــی‬ ‫نشــده اســت‪ ،‬مگــر اینکــه بــا حضــور سرپرســت‬ ‫مســئول در قبــال ایمنــی آن‌هــا و نظــارت یــا‬ ‫دســتورالعمل اســتفاده از وســیله باشــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬بایــد اطمینــان حاصــل شــود کــودکان بــا ایــن‬ ‫وســیله بــازی نمی‌کننــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬ایــن وســیله بــرای مصــارف خانگــی و مــوارد‬ ‫مشــابه زیــر در نظــر گرفتــه شــده اســت‪:‬‬ ‫• آبدارخانه‌هــای از اســتفاده از دســتگاه بــرای اولیــن بــار‪،‬‬ ‫هم ـه‌ی قســمت‌های در تمــاس بــا مــواد غذایــی‬ ‫را کامـ ً‬ ‫ا تمیــز نماییــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬در صــورت بــروز هــر گونــه مشــکل و خرابــی در‬ ‫هــر یــک از اجــزای دســتگاه اعــم از کابــل تغذیــه‬ ‫و دوشــاخه هرگــز از دســتگاه اســتفاده نکــرده و‬ ‫ً‬ ‫فــورا بــا یکــی از نزدیک‌تریــن مراکــز خدمــات‬ ‫پــس از فــروش ناســا الکتریــک تمــاس گرفتــه یا‬ ‫دســتگاه را بــه مرکــز ارســال نماییــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬در صــو‌رت خرابــی یــک قطعــه از اجــزای‬ ‫دســتگاه خودســرانه آن را بــا قطعــات مشــابه‬ ‫ً‬ ‫حتمــا بــا خدمــات پــس از‬ ‫تعویــض نکنیــد و‬ ‫فــروش ناســا الکتریــک تمــاس بگیریــد‪( .‬لطفـ ً‬ ‫ـا‬ ‫جهــت کســب اطالعــات بیشــتر بــا شــماره‬ ‫‪ 02145114‬تمــاس بگیریــد‪).‬‬ ‫‪ .8‬در صــورت خم‌شــدگی یــا خرابــی تیغــه از‬ ‫دســتگاه اســتفاده نکنیــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪4‬‬ ‫‪ .9‬قبــل از نصــب و بیــرون آوردن قطعــات‪،‬‬ ‫دســتگاه را خامــوش کنیــد و دوشــاخه را از پریــز‬ ‫بــرق بیــرون آوریــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .10‬برای بیرون آوردن و نصب صحیح قطعات‬ ‫دستگاه‪ ،‬مطابق دفترچه‌ی راهنما عمل کنید‪.‬‬ ‫هشدار‪ :‬پس از بیرون آوردن قطعات دستگاه‪ ،‬به‬ ‫قسمت‌های متحرک دست نزنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .11‬هنگام دست زدن به تیغه‌های تیز برش‪ ،‬خالی‬ ‫کردن کاسه و تمیز کردن دستگاه مراقب باشید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .12‬بالفاصله پس از اتمام کار با دسـتگاه‪ ،‬دوشـاخه‬ ‫را از پریز بـرق بیرون آورید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .13‬زمانـی کـه دسـتگاه در حـال کار اسـت هرگـز‬ ‫از انگشـت یـا شـیء دیگـری بـرای هدایـت مـواد‬ ‫غذایـی بـه مجـرای ورودی اسـتفاده ننمایید‪ .‬فقط‬ ‫از اهـرم فشـار بـرای ایـن منظـور اسـتفاده کنیـد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .14‬هیـچ‌گاه دسـتگاه را بـدون آنکـه گوشـت (یـا‬ ‫مـواد دیگـر) داخـل آن باشـد‪ ،‬روشـن نگذاریـد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .15‬از دسـتگاه بـرای آسـیاب و خـرد کـردن‬ ‫اسـتخوان‪ ،‬آجیل یا مواد سـخت اسـتفاده ننمایید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .16‬هرگـز بـه محفظـه‌ی گلویی دسـت نزنید‪ .‬فقط‬ ‫از اهرم فشـار اسـتفاده کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .17‬هرگـز از دسـتگاه بیـش از ‪ 3‬دقیقـه بـه صورت‬ ‫مـداوم اسـتفاده ننمایید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .18‬کلیـد معکوس(‪ )REV‬را تا زمانی که دسـتگاه‬ ‫به طور کامل متوقف نشـده اسـت‪ ،‬فشـار ندهید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .19‬همیشـه در صـورت عـدم اسـتفاده از دسـتگاه‪،‬‬ ‫قبـل از نصـب و جـدا کـردن قطعـات و پیـش از‬ ‫تمیـز کـردن‪ ،‬دوشـاخه را از پریز برق بیـرون آورید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .20‬قبــل از بیــرون آوردن قطعــات دســتگاه منتظــر‬ ‫بمانیــد تــا قســمت‌های در حــال حرکــت متوقــف‬ ‫شو ند ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .21‬در صورت عدم اسـتفاده‌ی درسـت از دسـتگاه‪،‬‬ ‫احتمال بـروز خطر وجـود دارد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .22‬قبـل از تعویـض قطعـات متحـرک دسـتگاه‪،‬‬ ‫بـرق دسـتگاه را قطـع کـرده و دوشـاخه را از پریـز‬ ‫بیـرون آوریـد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .23‬پـس از هربـار اسـتفاده‪ ،‬اجازه دهید دسـتگاه‬ ‫در دمـای محیـط خنک شـود‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .24‬هیـچ‌گاه دسـتگاه را در مربوط به دستگاه‬ ‫• ایـن دسـتگاه مجهـز بـه فیـوز اضافه‌بار می‌باشـد‬ ‫کـه در صورت عبـور جریان اضافی‪ ،‬برق دسـتگاه را‬ ‫به طـور خـودکار قطع خواهـد کرد‪.‬‬ ‫در صورتی که دستگاه ناگهان از کار ایستاد‪:‬‬ ‫• دوشاخه را از پریز برق بیرون آورید‪.‬‬ ‫• کلید دستگاه را در وضعیت خاموش قرار دهید‪.‬‬ ‫• جهت خنک شدن دستگاه‪ 60 ،‬دقیقه منتظربمانید‪.‬‬ ‫• دوشاخه را به پریز برق وصل کنید‪.‬‬ ‫• فیوز اضافه بار (‪ )P‬در زیر دسـتگاه را فشـار دهید تا‬ ‫مدار وصل شـود‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫مجددا کلید برق دستگاه را روشن کنید‪.‬‬ ‫•‬ ‫ً‬ ‫لطفـا در صورتـی کـه فیـوز اضافه‌بـار بیـش از حـد‬ ‫معمـول فعـال می‌شـود بـا نمایندگی‌هـای مجـاز‬ ‫خدمـات پـس‌از فـروش ناسـا الکتریـک تمـاس‬ ‫بگیریـد‪.‬‬ ‫‪5‬‬ ‫‪NS-317‬‬ ‫‪Meat grinder‬‬ ‫نحوه نصب قطعات دستگاه‬ ‫‪ .1‬گلویــی را بــه دســتگاه متصــل نماییــد ســپس‬ ‫خــاف جهــت عقربه‌هــای ســاعت و تــا شــنیده‬ ‫شــدن صــدای قفــل بچرخانیــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬میله‌ی مارپیچ را درون گلویی قرار دهید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬تیغــه را بــه صورتــی کــه صفحــه‌ی بــرش رو‬ ‫بــه بیــرون باشــد‪ ،‬بــر روی میلـه‌ی مارپیــچ قــرار‬ ‫دهیــد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬شــبکه‌ی مــورد نیــاز را انتخــاب نمــوده و جاگذاری‬ ‫کنید ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬مهــره‌ی گلویــی را در جهــت عقربه‌هــای ســاعت‬ ‫بچرخانیــد و کامـ ً‬ ‫ا محکــم کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬سینی را روی گلویی قرار دهید‪.‬‬ ‫حال دستگاه آماده‌ی چرخ کردن است‪.‬‬ ‫▪‬ ‫‪3‬‬ ‫‪2‬‬ ‫‪1‬‬ ‫‪6‬‬ ‫‪5‬‬ ‫‪4‬‬ ‫آماده‌سازی دستگاه جهت تهیه‌ی سوسیس‬ ‫▪‬ ‫گوشت را چرخ کنید‪.‬‬ ‫الف‪ .‬گلویی را به دستگاه متصل نمایید سپس‬ ‫خالف جهت عقربه‌های ساعت و تا شنیده شدن‬ ‫صدای قفل بچرخانید‪ .‬میله‌ی مارپیچ را داخل‬ ‫گلویی قرار دهید‪( .‬مطابق شکل ‪)1-1‬‬ ‫ب‪ .‬سـری سوسیس‌سـاز را روی گلویـی قرار دهید‪.‬‬ ‫(مطابق شـکل‌های ‪ 1-2‬و ‪)1-3‬‬ ‫پ‪ .‬مهـره‌ی گلویـی را روی گلویـی بچرخانیـد‪.‬‬ ‫(مطابـق شـکل ‪)1-4‬‬ ‫(دقـت کنیـد کـه شـکاف‌های جـدا کننـده روی‬ ‫برآمدگی دهانه‌ی چرخ گوشـت قرار داشـته باشد‪).‬‬ ‫ت‪ .‬سـینی را روی قسـمت عمـودی گلویـی قـرار‬ ‫دهیـد‪( .‬مطابـق شـکل ‪)1-5‬‬ ‫ث‪ .‬حال‪ ،‬دستگاه آماده‌ی تهیه‌ی سوسیس است‪.‬‬ ‫(مطابق شکل ‪)1-6‬‬ ‫شکل شماره ‪1‬‬ ‫‪1-2‬‬ ‫‪1-1‬‬ ‫جدول راهنمای استفاده از بـا ‪ 6‬سـانتی‌متر طـول و ‪ 2‬طرزتهیه‌ی سوسیس‬ ‫سـانتی‌متر ضخامت برش دهید‪ .‬استخوان‪ ،‬غضروف‬ ‫مـواد را داخـل سـینی بگذاریـد‪ .‬از اهـرم فشـار برای‬ ‫و رگ‌هـای گوشـت را تـا جایـی که ممکن اسـت جدا‬ ‫هـل دادن آرام مـواد بـه داخل گلویی اسـتفاده کنید‪.‬‬ ‫کنید‪( .‬هرگز گوشـت را بصورت یـخ‌زده چرخ نکنید!)‬ ‫پوسـت سوسـیس را بـه مـدت ‪ 10‬دقیقـه داخل آب‬ ‫گوشـت را در سـینی قرار دهید‪ .‬از اهرم فشار برای هل‬ ‫ولـرم قـرار دهیـد‪ .‬سـپس پوسـت مرطـوب را روی‬ ‫دادن آرام گوشـت بـه داخل محفظه‌ی برش اسـتفاده‬ ‫سوسیس‌سـاز بلغزانیـد‪.‬‬ ‫کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪1-6‬‬ ‫‪6‬‬ ‫‪1-5‬‬ ‫گوشـت چـرخ کـرد ‌ه (ادویه‌زده) را داخـل گلویی هل‬ ‫دهیـد‪ .‬اگـر پوسـت‪ ،‬داخل قیـف گیر کرد قیـف را با‬ ‫کمـی آب‪ ،‬خیس کنید‪.‬‬ ‫آماده‌سازی دستگاه جهت تهیه‌ی کبه‬ ‫الـف‪ .‬گلویـی را بـه دسـتگاه متصـل نمایید سـپس‬ ‫خلاف جهت عقربه‌های سـاعت و تا شـنیده شـدن‬ ‫صـدای قفـل بچرخانیـد‪ .‬میلـه‌ی مارپیـچ را داخـل‬ ‫گلویـی قـرار دهیـد‪( .‬مطابق شـکل ‪)2-1‬‬ ‫ب‪ .‬سـری کبه‌سـاز را روی گلویی قـرار دهید‪(.‬مطابق‬ ‫شـکل‌های ‪ 2-3‬و ‪)2-2‬‬ ‫پ‪ .‬حلقه را روی گلویی بچرخانید‪( .‬مطابق شکل‬ ‫‪)2-4‬‬ ‫(مطمئن شوید که شیارهای جداکننده روی برآمدگی‬ ‫دهانه‌ی چرخ گوشت قرار داشته باشد‪).‬‬ ‫ت‪ .‬سـینی را روی گلویـی قرار دهید‪(.‬مطابق شـکل‬ ‫‪)2-5‬‬ ‫ث‪.‬دستگاه آماده‌ی تهیه‌ی کبه است‪(.‬مطابق شکل‬ ‫‪)2-6‬‬ ‫شکل شماره ‪2‬‬ ‫‪2-3‬‬ ‫‪2-2‬‬ ‫‪2-1‬‬ ‫‪2-6‬‬ ‫‪2-5‬‬ ‫‪2-4‬‬ ‫* توجه داشته باشید که سری سوسیس‌سازو کبه‌ساز‬ ‫ً‬ ‫حتما باید همراه با هم استفاده شود و استفاده‌ی‬ ‫جداگانه از آن‌ها خطرساز خواهد بود‪.‬‬ ‫محفظه‌ی نگهداری شبکه‌ها‬ ‫‪ .1‬درب محفظه‌ی نگهداری شبکه را باز کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬محفظه‌ی داخلی را وارد کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬شـبکه‌ها را داخـل محفظـه‌ی نگهـداری قـرار‬ ‫دهیـد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬درب را فشار دهید تا محفظه‌ی نگهداری شبکه‬ ‫بسته شود‪.‬‬ ‫‪2‬‬ ‫‪1‬‬ ‫‪4‬‬ ‫‪3‬‬ ‫نکات‬ ‫ً‬ ‫لطفـا دکمـه‌ی معکوس‬ ‫• اگـر دسـتگاه قفـل شـد‪،‬‬ ‫(‪ )REV‬را فشـار دهیـد‪ .‬در ایـن حالـت‪ ،‬گوشـت‬ ‫داخـل محفظـه‌ی بـرش حرکت می‌کند و دسـتگاه‬ ‫ً‬ ‫مجـددا می‌توانـد بـه طـور عـادی کار کنـد‪.‬‬ ‫توجه‪ :‬دکمه‌ی معکوس فقط برای چرخ کردن بکار می‌رود‪.‬‬ ‫• سیم برق را بپیچانید و سپس‬ ‫در محفظه‌ی خود‪ ،‬زیر دستگاه‬ ‫قرار دهید‪( .‬مطابق شکل روبرو)‬ ‫• قسمت‌های ‪ Q , R‬می‌توانند در اهرم فشار‬ ‫جای‌گیرند‪.‬‬ ‫نحوه‌ی تمیز کردن و نگهداری دستگاه‬ ‫اگـر تکه‌ی گوشـت داخـل گلویی باقی مانده باشـد‬ ‫می‌توانیـد تکـه‌ای نـان را داخـل گلویـی قـرار دهید‬ ‫تـا با کمـک آن بیـرون آید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬قبـل از تمیـز کردن دسـتگاه‪ ،‬آن را خاموش کنید‬ ‫و دوشـاخه را از پریز بـرق بیرون آورید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬کلیـد آزاد کننـده را فشـار داده و گلویـی را در‬ ‫جهـت موافق عقربه‌های سـاعت بچرخانید‪ .‬سـینی‬ ‫و اهـرم فشـار را بیـرون آورید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬مهـره‌ی گلویی را باز کرده و همه‌ی قسـمت‌های‬ ‫گلویـی را بیـرون آوریـد‪ .‬قطعـات دسـتگاه را داخل‬ ‫ماشین ظرفشـویی قرار ندهید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬همـه‌ی قسـمت‌های دسـتگاه را کـه بـا گوشـت‬ ‫تمـاس دارنـد بـا آب و مایـع بشـویید و بالفاصلـه‬ ‫خشـک کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬هرگـز بخـش موتـور دسـتگاه را داخـل آب یـا‬ ‫‪7‬‬ ‫‪NS-317‬‬ ‫‪Meat grinder‬‬ ‫مایعـات دیگـر قـرار ندهیـد و یـا آن را زیر شـیر آب مشخصات فنی دستگاه‬ ‫نگیرید‪ .‬جهت تمیز کردن دسـتگاه تنها از دسـتمال‬ ‫‪ 400‬وات‬ ‫توان‬ ‫تمیـز اسـتفاده کنید‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬توصیـ ‌ه می‌شـود کـه گلویـی و شـبکه‌ها را بـا‬ ‫‪ ۵۰‬هرتز‬ ‫فرکانس‬ ‫کمـی روغـن‪ ،‬چـرب کنیـد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ 220-240‬ولت‬ ‫ولتاژ‬ ‫‪ .7‬در صورتــی کــه نمی‌خواهیــد بــرای مــدت‬ ‫طوالنــی از دســتگاه اســتفاده کنیــد ابتــدا تمــام در پایـان عمـر دسـتگاه‪ ،‬آن را جـزء زباله‌هـای‬ ‫قســمت‌های قابــل جــدا شــدن را جــدا کــرده‪ ،‬الکتریکـی و الکترونیکـی قابل بازیافـت قرار دهید‪.‬‬ ‫ســپس تمیــز نمایید و دســتگاه را دور از دســترس بـا بازیافـت ایـن گونـه دسـتگاه‌ها می‌توانیـد بـه‬ ‫محیـط زیسـت کمـک کنیـد‪.‬‬ ‫کــودکان نگهــداری کنیــد‪.‬‬ You can remove meat left behind in the cutter housing by passing a slice of bread through the cutter housing. 1. Wash all parts that have contact with meat in hot soapy water. Clean them immediately after use. 5. Rinse them with clear hot water and dry them immediately. 6. It is recommended that to lubricate the cutting lots and grids with a little oil. 7. If you do not want to use the device for a long time, first remove all detachable parts, then clean and keep the device out of children. Product storage • Please repack the device after finishing work and place it in a dry place away from wet. • Before repackaging the product make sure thats the parts & the body of the device are dry.
