Getting started
1.Open the package and check if the package contents are complete.
2.Package contents: (1) KR01 smartband (with built-in lithium battery); (2) User manual; (3) Original charging
cable.
3.Charge via the supplied charging cable and activate the device.
4.Search for “Veryfit” on the App Store, Google Play or scan the QR code below to download and install the
Veryfit app.
5.Set your personal information and Steps goal on the app.
6.Go to the app’s “Device” interface, tap “Add Device”, select your device model from the device list found to
pair.
Health
Smartband
1.The smartband automatically records your daily activity data, which you can view in the smartband’s Data
menu.
2.You can manually measure your heart rate on the smartband, or turn on the continuous heart rate
measurement feature on the app.
3.Start an exercise: go to the Exercise menu, choose the exercise type you want to do, then tap and hold the
Touch key for 2 seconds to start. You can add or delete on the app the exercise types to be displayed on the
smartband’s Exercise menu.
App
1.Turn on “Veryfit” app, activate Bluetooth connection on your phone and enable the permissions to access your
phone’s location.
2.Wake up the smartband’s screen and bring it close to your phone.
3.Go to the app’s “Device” interface, tap “Add Device”, select your device model from the device list found to pair.
4.Set your personal information and Steps goal on the app.
Basic operations
1.Wear it correctly: The device should rest a finger’s width below the wrist
bone and the bottom heart rate sensor should be slightly in contact with your
skin.
2.Touch key operation
(1)Tap the Touch key to switch between menu pages.
(2)Tap and hold the Touch key to access the sub-menu or return to the
upper-level menu.

1.Clock
You can change the watch face via the app:
Device > More.
[Press the touch button]
to go to the next menu: Data menu.

Tap and hold the Touch key for 2 seconds to access the Data submenus
Tap the Touch key to switch to next Data sub-menu
Note: On the last data sub-menu, tap the Touch key to return
to the Data main menu

Heart rate test
To ensure accurate measurement, the device should rest a finger’s width below the wrist bone and should be worn snugly when
you are doing exercise.
Continuous heart rate measurement
This feature is off by default and has to be enabled on the app.
Note: When the smartband is worn correctly, it starts measuring your heart rate 1 second after the pre-test. The
icon
will bounce when measuring, and heart rate value will be displayed when measurement is finished. No heart rate value will be
displayed if the device does not detect your heart rate.

4.Exercise
Tap and hold the Touch key for 2 seconds to enter the countdown interface
Tap the Touch key to switch to the next Exercise sub-menu
Note: You can set on the app the number of exercise types to be displayed on the
smartband (there are a total of 14 exercise types, at least 3 need to be kept, while at most
14 can be displayed)

Notes: (1)Different data are displayed for different exercise types
(2)If you want to display cycling speed and distance, you need to connect the smartband with the app, and initiate a cycling from the app
4.3Pause an exercise
Tap and hold the Touch key for 2 seconds to pause the exercise
Note: You can only pause an exercise which is initiated from the app. If an exercise is
initiated from the app, you can pause, restart or exit the exercise on the app. Otherwise,
tapping and holding the Touch key can only end the exercise.
4.4End an exercise
If the exercise duration is less than 1 minute, “exercise is too
short to be recorded” will be displayed.
Tap the Touch key (or if there is no operation in 2 seconds), the
screen will return to Exercise main menu, and no exercise data
will be saved.
If the exercise duration is longer than 1 minute, "Good job!”
will be displayed and the exercise data will be saved.
Tap the Touch key (or if there is no operation in 2 seconds), the
screen displays the exercise data.

Tap the Touch key to view the next data interface. On the last data interface, tap the Touch key to return to the first exercise type interface under the Exercise main
menu.
4.6Prompt during exercise
This prompt pops up when it detects that you are inactive
Tap the Touch key to exit this prompt and enter the Exercise
mode
Notes:
(1)If the device detects that you have been inactive for 15 minutes, a prompt pops up and a 15-second countdown timer starts.
(2)If it detects your activity again within the 15-second countdown timer, the prompt will be automatically exited.
(3)If no activity is detected after the 15-second countdown timer, the current exercise will be ended automatically.
When the device memory is full, the exercise will be forced to exit.
Tap the Touch key to exit the Exercise mode
Note: When the device memory is full, the user will be
prompted to exit the Exercise mode.
Exercise mode will be forced to exit when device battery is low
Tap the Touch key to exit the Exercise mode
Note: If the device battery becomes low during the exercise,
the exercise will be paused and the user will be reminded to
exit the Exercise mode
Can't initiate an exercise when device battery is low
Tap the Touch key to exit the Exercise mode
Note: On condition that the device battery is low, this prompt
will pop up when the user tries to initiate an exercise
Device errors during exercise
Tap the Touch key to exit this prompt
Note: If the exercise is initiated from the app, this prompt will
pop up when the Bluetooth connection is disconnected.
5.Stopwatch
Tap and hold the Touch key for 2 seconds to enter the
Stopwatch mode

When a goal is reached, the smartband will vibrate, and a goal
achieved reminder will be displayed on the screen.

Tap the Touch key to exit the reminder
7.8Ultra-low battery reminder
The screen will be remained on this interface, and cannot enter
other modes
7.9Device error reminder
Error code:
-1: Indicates a speed sensor error
-2: Indicates a heart rate sensor error
-3: Indicates a touch IC error
-4: Indicates a storage error
Note: If an error occurs, it will appear on the corresponding
interface every time the device is turned on.
