Include Pile Depth & Torque
Monitor RPM and Rate of Penetration
5-20 RPM and 3” per revolution
Check coupling bolt torque & connections for
pile extensions
Verify and record pile termination per
construction plan and required torque
Measure and record torque in 1-foot intervals
for the last 3 to 5 feet prior to the pile
termination depth
Complete Project Field Report
Complete As-built drawings (location, # of piles)
Record additional information required by
engineer or owner
Complete any special documentation in
compliance with building codes
