NO. Aoluvy 4G camera operates using 4G-LTE, and does not support
WiFi connection.
How much data will Aoluvy Security 4G Camera
use monthly?

Do I need to use a SIM Card with Aoluvy 4G LTE

Supported Carriers: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Mint, FreedomPop, and
EIOTClub(highly recommended by our customers).
NOTE: Does not support 5G signal. Please choose a 4G signal when
you activate a 5G sim card.
Do I need to recharge my SIM Card?
Yes. A cellular data plan is required before use. Please visit the
operator's recharge plat form to recharge.
Does this camera work on 5G?
Please note Aoluvy 4G camera donot support 5G signal, when you
activate 5G SIM card, please choose 4G Signal.

connection to NVR?
No, the Aoluvy 4G Camera does not support NVR. You can store
your recordings on a Micro SD card or in the Cloud.
Does the Aoluvy 4G security camera support
ONVIF and connecting to third-party app?
No, The Aoluvy 4G Cameraisonly compatible with the Ubox app. It
does not support ONVIF or any other third-party apps.
"Connection Failed" when I was initially setting up
the camera. What should I do?

1. Make sure the sim card matches the standard.
2. Take out the sim card and insert it into your cell phone to see
whether it could access the internet using the data.
3. Take down the camera to some where that has a better signal.
4. Contact us via Amazon Message.

Does this camera have a micro SD card?
Aoluvy 4G cameras support micro SD cards up to 128GB and have a
read/write speedof level 10 or higher. Micro SD Card is not included
in the package.
Can I view live through the camera all the time?
Yes. Kindly take note that if you continuously view the live feed
through the camera for an extended period, it will drain its battery
faster.
Does Aoluvy 4G Security Camera support 24/7
recording?
The Aoluvy 4g battery camera only records when it detects motion
and does not have the capability for continuous 24/7 recording.
