Introduction The DIGITUS® 4K HDMI Switch, 5x1 offers additional HDMI connections for your output display – 5 signal sources can be connected using just 1 HDMI connection on the screen. The video changeover switch is supplied with power via the Micro USB cable, e.g. via the source device or a USB charging adapter. Troubleshooting Problems Power light is off and product is not working Roots No power supply connected No signal output on the screen The HDMI cable may not comply with the HDMI 2.0 specification or is maybe too long The remote control is not working The cover between the battery and the remote control may not have been removed or the IR receiver function and the IR receiver display may be switched off 7 Solutions Please connect the micro USB cable and connect it to the signal source or, if necessary, to a USB charging adapter via a socket Please use at least a High Speed HDMI 2.0 cable that does not exceed the maximum length of the input/output cable of 5 m for 4K/60Hz (4:4:4) or 10 m for 4K@30Hz / 1080p Please remove the plastic parts first and check whether the IR receiver indicator is switched on or not.
