These provide shortcuts to everyday features and functions, including:

• Phone programming – to customise the phone to suit the way you work.

• Messaging – for quick access to voicemail and display messaging.

• Directory Key – to look up numbers in 500 system directories and individual phone directories.

Designed for smaller businesses, BT Versatility ‘V’ Featurephones have an intuitive, menu driven user interface that makes each phone extremely easy to set up and use.

There’s no need for training and every user is quickly able to set their phone up to make the most of the system’s many call handling features. And now you can promote a flexible work environment and have an office space wherever suits you with our new

V-IP Featurephone.

Two-colour line appearance keys**

A backlit key for each line connected to the system gives a clear indication as to which lines are in use.

Headset port*

Automatically detects when a headset is connected. Ideal for receptionists and other users who spend most of their time on the phone. Great for people who need to keep their hands free to access files or use their PC while on calls.

Modem port**

Allows additional analogue devices to be connected, including modems and DECT

(digital enhanced cordless telecommunications) extensions.

Call indicator

Gives a visual indication of incoming calls – ideal for noisy areas or people with impaired hearing.

Calling Line Identification

Your Featurephone display can tell you who is calling. It will show the caller’s number or extension and for callers listed in the system directory, it can also display the caller’s name.

Auto-answer mode

You can pick up a call without having to touch anything – very useful when you’re rummaging through files, or moving about your office.

How it works

BT Versatility Featurephones operate with all versions of the BT Versatility system and are powered by the system itself.

Additional options

The V16 display can be backlit when used with the power supply provided.

A 32-button ‘V-XP’ Console may be added to the V16 Featurephone to provide an additional 32 programmable keys – making it ideal for operators and receptionists.

V-IP Featurephone

Similar in function to the V16 and lets users take their office extensions with them, be it working from home or a remote branch.

The V-IP is used in conjunction with the BT

Versatility Broadband Module PLUS and allows IP extensions to be used in any location with a broadband connection.

Also available is the V Phone

Ideal for occasional use in warehouses, storage areas and at hot desks, as well as hotel guest rooms.

Eight-to-five, or around the clock, all year.

We have the service assurance packages to match the way you do business – backed by a service level agreement.

StandardCare

8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a guaranteed next-day response time.

PromptCare

8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, with a guaranteed four-hour response time.

TotalCare

24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year, with a guaranteed four-hour response time.

Finance options

If you want to minimise your capital outlay, you can take advantage of simple, flexible repayment options to cover your equipment, software, installation and connection charges. With BT Finance* there’s no deposit to pay and rental agreements are designed to suit your preferred payment schedule, lasting from three to seven years. As well as being easier on your cash flow, it’s a hedge against inflation and, depending on how your auditor treats the payments, you may be able to allocate them as a business expense, which could reduce your tax bill at the end of the year. There’s an in-built technology refresh option whereby you can upgrade or add new equipment during the term of the contract and, if you wish, replace it at the end of the payment term.
