CoolSign Stand Alone Digital Signage
Compact – Powerful – Efficient
CoolSign delivers business-class solutions for digital signage. CoolSign allows companies to create, manage and deliver powerful, dynamic content across an entire network, regardless of size, topology, or connectivity.
CoolSign offers the most robust, full-featured digital signage application on the market.
The CoolSign Stand Alone system is ideal for delivering single channel dynamic signage content to a display, a series of connected displays, or as a channel within a video over IP system such as Haivision’s Furnace. With the Furnace, the signage channel can be made available on-demand to any Stingray set-top-box or throughout an organization to all desktops through the InStream player. InStream is license-free, doesn’t require any user installation whatsoever, and, like the Stingray, can be fully controlled by administrators to establish channel line-ups and even control all players centrally.
The CoolSign Stand Alone system incorporates most of the core features that have made CoolSign the platform of choice for some of the world’s premier signage deployments with a very compact, standalone hardware / software system. CoolSign
Stand Alone provides a CoolSign Player to drive broadcast quality output at up to 1080p HD resolution. The system also acts as a CoolSign Network Server to control the player. Simply log in to the CoolSign Manager software and design the player schedule with unlimited flexibility. Digital media assets can easily be imported into the system for playout using the CoolSign
Content Wizard – a simple tool with an intuitive workflow for importing content and assigning key metadata attributes either by item or in batches. Users of this powerful system can also take advantage of the CoolSign DataWatcher to incorporate live data feeds, from internet or other sources, to drive specific and automatic content to the display channel.
The power of the CoolSign Stand Alone system can be extended through the addition of the CoolSign Content Creator for establishing multiple dynamic regions on the display and assigning independent data controls, manipulating assets within regions, and even establishing content layers and animations. To integrate corporate data directly within your digital sign channel, dynamic content can be driven directly from Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, or Microsoft Sharepoint with additional DataWatcher modules.
