Omni-Bus Scene Controller DIN Rail Module – 126A00-1
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Stores up to 32 lighting scenes or moods, controlling up to a total of
256 Omni-Bus load control modules. Used to add Scene capability to 4 stand-alone Omni-Bus systems, or to enhance Scene capability of a connected Omni-Bus system. Each scene can be triggered from up to 8 different Omni-Bus input devices. Can also work in conjunction with a Leviton Controller and Omni-Bus Interface
Translator for added flexibility and control, including scheduling, automation, touchscreens and apps.
APPLICATION
Omni-Bus is a distributed control system for lights, shades, fans, shutters, pumps, and more. Utilizing the worldwide DIN rail standard for mounting, Omni-Bus controls CFL, LED, electronic low voltage,
Halogen, and incandescent lighting. Output devices are rated for
110/220/240V 50-60Hz markets unless otherwise noted. All wall stations are 24VDC and below. Modular Omni-Bus components can be located where needed to save wiring and installation costs.
Elegant, multi-button programmable wall stations eliminate the expense of in-wall high voltage wiring to multi-way switches.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
All modules in an Omni-Bus system are connected together using a low voltage Cat5 UTP bus. The electronics in each module are powered by the bus. High voltages in output modules are optically isolated from the bus. Buttons on wired or wireless wall stations can be configured to operate any Omni-Bus load or scene. Omni-Bus architecture includes low cost splitters and T-connections for ease of installation and expandability. Omni-Bus network can be star, hub and spoke, daisy chain or a combination. Splitters allow for a free topology architecture. Versatility that’s perfect for small businesses, featuring the benefits of central lighting control with the flexibility of distributed control systems.
