Datalogic Single Slot Dock Ethernet Module is a snap-on module for Single Slot Docks which, paired with a Datalogic mobile computer, builds a reading system for the collection, decoding, and transmission of barcoded data. It is an Ethernet communication adapter between the host computer and an Ethernet network, which allows for easy integration into existing networks and seamless data transfer.

Single Slot Dock Ethernet Module
NOTE
Read this manual carefully before performing any type of connection from the terminal to a host PC using the Single Slot Dock Ethernet Module.
The user is responsible for any damages caused by incorrect use of the equipment or by inobservance of the indication supplied in this manual.
NOTE
Do not attempt to disassemble the Single Slot Dock Ethernet Module, as it does not contain parts that can be repaired by the user. Any tampering will invalidate the warranty.

INSTALLATION
Installation of the Ethernet Module should always be made with power OFF!
CAUTION
To install the Ethernet Module:
1. remove the label covering the communication module connector on the bottom of the
Single Slot Dock, as shown in the figure below:
2. plug the Ethernet Module into the Single Slot Dock until the snaps clicks, as shown in the figure below:

ETHERNET CONNECTION
Connect the Ethernet port on the Module to an Ethernet hub or a port on the host device.
Press the selection switch until the module selection LED is on.
Insert the Datalogic mobile computer into the dock.
