Depending on the type of installation, the stove must be set according to the most correct configuration
for its operation. Before starting, the stove must be powered on by pressing the safety switch on the back:
a) Use the arrow keys
to go to the set-up menu
and press the
key;
b) Select the password “7” with the
key and confirm with the

;
After changing the configuration, a communication error message may appear for a few seconds. Ignore it and switch the stove off with the safety switch on the back, wait a few seconds
and switch it on again.
1.1
Configuration 1 - External thermostat
Set this configuration when the stove is controlled by an external thermostat (or chronothermostat).
This configuration can also be used to switch the stove on and off manually or in a programmed manner
without the use of an external thermostat, but leaving the two terminals bridged, as set in the factory.
In this configuration the stove switches off when the external thermostat is satisfied, or it will
modulate the power (to keep consumption to a minimum) when the set water temperature is
reached.
The stove will also switch off in the event that the water temperature continues to rise despite modulation.
In this case the stove will only come back on if the temperature difference between the set value and the
actual value is greater than 20°C.
It is therefore advisable, in this configuration, to set the water temperature to a high value (e.g. 70°C).
1.2
Configuration 2 - Room sensor
Set this configuration to switch the stove on and off manually or in a programmed way when the stove is
directly connected to the radiators.
The stove will switch off automatically when the set room temperature is reached.
For this purpose, it is necessary to move the room probe on the stove to a position outside the
coating so that the correct room temperature is detected.
It is possible to deactivate the “Eco-mode” function so that the stove modulates its power instead of
switching off.
The antifreeze function can also be set in this configuration.

1.3
Configuration 3 - Storage tank with serpentine
Set this configuration when it is intended to connect the stove to a storage tank with coil.
The stove will be controlled (on and off) by the temperature read by the storage probe.
The antifreeze function can also be set in this configuration.
1.4
Configuration 4 - Storage tank without serpentine
Set this configuration when it is intended to connect the stove to a storage tank without coil.
The stove will switch on according to the temperature read by the storage probe, and will switch off based
on the return temperature of the stove.
The antifreeze function can also be set in this configuration.

PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
3.1
Pellet loading
The first operation to perform before switching the stove on is to fill the fuel (pellet) tank using the relevant
scoop.
Do not empty the bag directly into the tank to avoid introducing sawdust or other foreign elements that
could prevent the stove from working properly and avoid scattering pellets outside the tank.
The pellets are loaded through a hatch in the coating hood and connected to the stove using
special accessories (optional), carefully following the assembly instructions contained in the
package.
The pipe for pellet loading must act exclusively as a ramp to fill the stove hopper and not as
an extension of the hopper itself; avoid loading more pellets than the hopper can hold.
3.2 Electrical power supply
Connect the stove to the electrical power supply; if the connection is correct, the stove will emit a series of
intermittent acoustic signals and the display will turn on.
For long periods of inactivity, it is advisable to disconnect the stove from the power supply
completely.
3.3 Initial settings

USING THE STOVE
4.1
Power on
Before each ignition, make sure that the burn pot is completely empty and correctly positioned
in its seat.
To turn on the stove keep the
key pressed for a few seconds.
The flame icon will start to flash, during the ignition phase until it remains fixed when the stove is on.
Automatic ignition: the stove is equipped with an automatic device that allows pellet ignition
without the use of other traditional ignitors.
Avoid manually turning on the stove if the automatic ignition system is compromised.
The first time you light the stove, smoke and unpleasant odours might form and escape due
to the evaporation or drying of some of the materials used. This phenomenon will gradually
disappear.
During the first ignitions, it is advisable to keep the premises well ventilated.
4.2 Modifying the parameters
It is possible to change the operating parameters of the stove according to what has already been stated.
The set values will be maintained until the next change, even with the stove off or disconnected from the power supply.
4.3 Power off
To switch off the stove, keep the
key pressed for a few seconds; the flame icon will go out.
To switch it on again, it is advisable to wait for the stove to cool completely.
It is advisable to turn off the stove strictly following the above and always avoid doing so by unplugging it from the power supply.
4.4 Operation with external thermostat
When the stove is controlled by an external thermostat (or chronothermostat), the installer must have set
the configuration 1.
In this configuration the stove switches off when the external thermostat is satisfied (open circuit) or
modulates its operation (i.e. the stove tries to maintain the desired temperature while consuming as little
as possible) when the set water temperature is reached.
The stove switches back on automatically when the temperature falls below the value set on the external
thermostat (closed circuit).
With the first ignition, or if the switch-off has occurred directly from the stove (key
stove must be switched on directly from the control panel.
26
), the

ITALIANO
The stove will also switch off in the event that the water temperature continues to rise despite modulation.
In this case the stove will only come back on if the temperature difference between the set value and the
actual value is greater than 20°C.
it is therefore advisable, in this configuration, to set the water temperature to a high value (e.g. 70°C).
4.5 Operation with room probe on the boiler
The stove can be switched on/off manually or programmed.
In this type of configuration, the stove modulates the power according to the ambient temperature read
by the probe on board (i.e. the stove seeks to maintain the desired temperature while consuming as little
as possible).
In the event that the user has enabled the "Eco-mode" function in the submenu [7] of the
Set-up menu , the stove, instead of modulating, switches off when the set temperature is
reached, and switches back on when the room temperature falls below the delta indicated in
submenu [7] of the Set-up menu .
IT IS possible to set the desired room temperature in the temperature menu
.
In the submenu [6] of the Set-up menu
it is possible to set the desired temperature of the supply water
(be advised by your thermo-hydraulic installer of the most suitable temperature for your heating system).
4.6 Operation in combination with a storage tank
For operation in combination with a storage tank, the installer will have set the operating configuration 3
or 4 depending on whether it is a storage tank with or without an internal coil.
The boiler is controlled by the temperature read by the probe in the storage.
When the storage temperature set in the temperature menu is reached,
the boiler switches
off and switches on again if the temperature falls below the delta indicated in the submenu [8]
of the set-up menu.
The antifreeze function can also be set in this configuration.
