Using Your Phone’s Tools

Using the Countdown Timer

To use the countdown timer:

1.

Select > Tools > Countdown.

2.

Select a number and the following items.

Description to enter a description of the countdown (up to

14 characters).

Time to enter the countdown time.

Alarm to set the countdown alarm on or off.

3.

Press Save (left softkey) to save the countdown settings.

4.

Press Settings (right softkey), and then use your keypad or navigation key to set the Ringer Length, Snooze Interval, or

Snooze Times.

5.

Press Done (left softkey).

Tip: Press On/Off (left softkey) to toggle the countdown alarm on and off.

Tip: This feature is not available while your phone is turned off.

Using the Stop Watch

To start the stop watch:

䊳 Select > Tools > Stop Watch.

䡲 Press Start (left softkey) to start the stop watch operation.

䡲 Press Stop (left softkey) to stop the stop watch operation.

䡲 Press Resume (left softkey) to start the stop watch operation again.

To record a lap time while the stop watch is running:

䡲 Press Lap (right softkey) to record time of the first lap.

䡲 Press Lap (right softkey) again to record the next lap. (You may continue this until lap 5. The oldest record will be replaced by a new one after that.)

8. Personal Organiser

To display the stop watch options:

䊳 During stop watch operation, press Options (right softkey).

Go to Lap List to display a saved Lap List. Press Detail (left softkey) to display the lap list detail or press Options (right softkey) for further options.

Edit Title to edit the current Lap List’s title.

Erase This to erase an individual Lap List.

Erase All to erase all existing Lap Lists.

Save to Lap List to save the recorded lap times.

Reset to reset the time to zero and clear any recorded lap times.

Using the World Clock

To view the time in different locations:

1.

Select > Tools > World Clock.

2.

Press the navigation key left or right to scroll through different time zones.

Tip: Press Summer (left softkey) or Standard (right softkey) to select daylight savings or standard time (if applicable). The icon is shown in summer daylight savings mode.

Using the Calculator

To use the calculator:

1.

Select > Tools > Calculator.

2.

Enter numbers using your keypad. (Press the left softkey to insert a decimal point.)

3.

Press the appropriate navigation key for an arithmetic option

(Up for addition, Down for subtraction, Left for multiplication,

Right for division).

4.

Enter numbers and press for the result.

䡲 To clear the numbers, press CLR (right softkey).
