Making a call

During the call, the display shows you the duration of the call.

Direct dial

In direct dial, the numbers are dialled immediately after you press the button and no correction is possible.

1. Lift the receiver and wait for the dial tone.

2. Enter the desired phone number using the keypad. The numbers pressed will be displayed and immediately dialled.

3. If instead of dialling numbers you press the redial button ( ), the phone number last dialled will be dialled again.

4. End the call by replacing the receiver.

Dial with receiver on hook (advance dialling)

In advance dialling, the numbers you press are only dialled when you lift the receiver.

1. Enter the desired phone number using the keypad.

2. Use the “Del” button ( ) to delete individual numbers.

3. Start the dialling process by lifting the receiver.

4. End the call by replacing the receiver.

Hands-free

Your AGFEO T 18 is equipped with a hands-free function.

– To make a call hands-free in advance, press the loudspeaker button ( ) instead of lifting the receiver.

– If you wish to switch to the receiver during a hands-free call, simply lift the receiver and you can now continue the conversation using the receiver; the loudspeaker is switched off.

– If you wish to switch to hands-free during a call with the receiver, press and hold the loudspeaker button ( ) as you replace the receiver.

– To end a hands-free call, press the loudspeaker button ( ).

WARNING:

If you have a headset connected to your T 18, the hands-free function is deactivated and pressing the loudspeaker button ( ) will instead activate the headset.
