MANU Setting Errors
The following error messages or messages may appear on the GPT screen when configuring the MANU test settings.

Description
For ACW tests. TIME ERR is displayed when HI
SET ≥ 30.00mA~40.00mA and if the RAMP time and the TEST TIME setting is > 240 seconds.
For DCW tests. OVER 50W is displayed if the
HI SET setting multiplied by the Voltage setting is greater than 50W.
For ACW, DCW tests. Shown when the current is set too high.
Voltage is too low. Indicates that the DUT could be shorted.
For ACW, DCW tests. Voltage is too high.
For GB tests. Voltage is equal to 0. Check to see that the SENSE H is not open.
For IR tests. The voltage is too high or resistance=0Ω. Check to see whether the DUT or test lead is shorting.
For GB tests. The resistance is too high or too low. Check the test lead connections to correct the error.
For GB tests. Current too low. Indicates that the SOURCE L or SOURCE H test lead is open or poorly connected. Test the test lead connection with the DUT to confirm.
For GB tests. Current is too high.
For GB tests. Resistance = 0. This error indicates that there is an error with the measured resistance (0Ω). Perform the zeroing function again.
