Reduce it.

Move your hand away to create more space between the hearing aid and the object.

Visit your physician.

Switch it on.

Insert a new battery.

Replace with a new one.

Sound is distorted or weak?

The battery is dead

Is the battery dirty?

Battery drains very quickly

Did your hearing aid get moist?

Did you leave your hearing aid switched on for longer periods of time?

Is the battery old?

Potential solution

Replace it with a new one.

Clean it or replace it with a new one.

Use a desiccant.

Always switch off your hearing aid when you are not using it, e.g., during the night.

Check the date on the battery pack.
