To avoid damage to the floor, always move the appliance with the height-adjustable feet screwed upwards.
The two front height-adjustable feet must always be in contact with the floor to avoid the appliance from rolling or tipping when the door is opened.
Rollers are located under the appliance for easy movement and alignment:

Using a wrench, screw down both of the front height-adjustable feet so that they touch the floor.
Compensate for floor unevenness with the front height-adjustable feet.

Remove the screw T20 and cover cap on the door hinge.

Turn the adjustment screw until the desired position is reached when the door is closed.
– To move the upper end of the door outwards, turn clockwise.
– To move the upper end of the door inwards, turn counterclockwise.

To check the position, close the door and correct if necessary.
Tighten the safety screw again.
Fit the cover cap and screw in the screw T20 again.

Push up the adjustable part and turn by 60° until the desired position is reached.
– The door height can be set at 2 levels, adjusted by 1/16" (1.5 mm) in each case. The higher level is followed by the lower. The adjustable part engages as soon as a position is reached.
– To move the door up, turn clockwise.
– To move the door down, turn counterclockwise.

To avoid damage to the appliance, move the right-hand door down if the door pillar at the top collides with the housing.
Note: Remove the contents from the doors, if present.

Lift the door and insert a screwdriver into the door hinge from below.

Note: The drawer can be adjusted by 1/16" (2 mm) up and down.

If you follow the instructions below, your appliance will use less power.
Note: The arrangement of the fittings does not affect the energy consumption of the appliance.
Installing the appliance
Keep the appliance out of direct sunlight.
Install the appliance as far away as possible from heating elements, cooker and other heat sources:
At least 1¼” (3 cm) from electric or gas cookers.
At least 11¾" (30 cm) from oil or solid-fuel cookers.
Select an installation location at a room temperature of approx. 68 °F
(20 °C).
Do not cover or block the ventilation openings.
Ventilate the room daily.
The appliance needs to cool less frequently at low ambient temperatures and therefore consumes less power.
The appliance needs to cool less frequently if the warm air can escape and therefore consumes less power.
Using the appliance
Open the appliance door only briefly.
Transport purchased food in a cooler and place in the appliance quickly.
Allow warm food and drinks to cool down before placing in the appliance.

When re-inserting, insert hooks on back of the equipment bar at same height to make the equipment bar level.

You can remove the bin:

Pull out the bin all the way, lift at the front and remove.
Note: You can remove the bin (hanging), the shelf
(hanging) and the bottle shelf (hanging) and move them laterally.
You can insert the bin:

Pull out the telescopic rails all the way
■
Place the bin on the telescopic rails and push into the appliance until it engages.
Fixed shelf
You can remove the shelf:

Open the bin, lift the shelf at the front and remove.

Pull out the frozen food bin (flat) as far as it will go and remove the ice cube bin.

Verifying signal strength
You should verify the signal strength if no connection can be established.

The storage climate in the cool-fresh bin offers ideal conditions for storing fish, meat and sausage, as well as fruit and vegetables.

Before you call customer service, use this table to check whether you can rectify the fault yourself.

The water filter is blocked or needs to be replaced.

Water connection is not tight.
Check water connection and contact technician if necessary.
Only connect appliance to lines with sufficient water pressure.
Turn off water supply, straighten out kink. Replace water hose, if necessary.
Replace water filter.
Check if the connections are fastened firmly and the water hose is undamaged.
If the water hose is damaged, contact customer service and have it replaced. Replacement must be performed by customer service or a similarly qualified person only.Use original parts supplied by the manufacturer only.

The ice maker is not functioning.
Ice cube production has been switched off.
Freezer compartment is too warm.
The water filter is blocked or needs to be replaced.

After switching on or removing many ice cubes, there will be too few in the ice cube bin.
It takes around 48 hours for an empty ice cube bin to fill up.
Ice cube production stops even though the ice cube bin is not yet full. Do not store the ice scoop on the ice in the ice cube bin. Otherwise the sensor will not detect the actual fill level of the bin.
Freezer compartment is too warm.

Your appliance features a self-test program which displays the fault your customer service can rectify.

Within the first 2 minutes press and hold menu button for 10 seconds until an audible signal sounds.
The self-test program starts. While the self-test is running, a long audible signal sounds in the meantime.

If 5 audible signals sound after the end of the self-test and the settings display shows Er , contact customer service.
