6) How to attach the default 3G/4G 'Type C Stub' antennas
Up to 2 antennas may be provided dependent upon the number of modems installed. Each aerial should be attached to the aerial sockets as shown below.
Note : Connectors should be touch tight only! Do not over tighten.
To attach optional external aerials please refer to Connecting the External Antennas to the i-MO for details.
7) How to attach network and ADSL cables (optional)
The i-MO appliance provides two Ethernet ports at the rear. Each of these can be individually configured as
WAN or LAN ports.
Network cables (not provided) can be connected as shown below.
The default configuration is all ports configured for LAN usage (2 port network hub). There are also two ADSL ports and
ADSL cables can be connected as shown below in image 2 .
Note : The Serial port at the rear of the unit is a Console (RS-232) Port available for unit configuration purposes only.
8) How to attach the power cable
The appliance is powered by an AC Adapter power supply. Do not connect the power supply to the mains yet. Please insert the power cable as shown below. Now connect power supply to mains.
Note : We recommend the use of UPS units where power regulation cannot be guaranteed (e.g. use of a generator)
