1.
USIM_DATA has been pulled up to USIM_VDD through a 4.7KΩ resistor, the external circuit does not need to be pulled up
2. USIM_CLK is very important signal; customer must make sure the rise time and fall time of
USIM_CLK less than 40ns.
3.6 I2C Interface
The module provides one set of I2C interfaces, support standard speed clock frequency 100Kbps, support high speed clock frequency 400Kbps, its operation voltage is 1.8V.
