2.4 Connecting Monitors to Pacific MS’ Output Cards

Connect the outputs to monitors using the appropriate signal cables. Keep in mind that the output card’s slot location, card type, and port number will determine the default naming of the signal in the in-system

GUI. For each output port, numbering is consecutive from left to right on each card, and from the bottom card to the top. For multiviewer outputs (SOB-QPW or SOB-HPW in Dual mode), each output number corresponds to a source window.

Below are some examples showing the Pacific MS-2 and MS-3’s output cards and their respective output names in Red (E.g., “SOB-H (3)” corresponds to the output at output card slot 1, output port 3).
