If DPIISModuleDirectory is not displayed in the System variables list, create it manually:

Click on the New button.

Enter the following values:
Variable Name: DPIISModuleDirectory
Variable Value: <IIS 6 Module installation path>

Click on the OK button

Click on the
OK
button again.
The new System variable should now appear in the System variables list.
