A Quick Start to Learning Your Way Around TigerView 8
1. Install TigerView 8 according to the installation instructions included with the installation CD or download.
2. Call the TigerView Pro Technical Support line at 1-800-385-9593 to obtain activation codes for your workstations and digital imaging devices. Technical support is available Monday-
Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM EST except for a few holidays.
3. Open TigerView:
Double click on the TigerView shortcut on the desktop.
The Login Window will open. Click on the Login button.
Or
Click on the Start button.
Click on Programs or All Programs.
Click on TigerView 8.
Click on TigerView 8 again
The Login Window will open. Click on the Login button.
4. Create a patient:
Click on the Add button at the bottom of the Patient List.
In the Patient Information window that opens, fill in at least the patient’s first and last names and then click on the OK button at the bottom of the window. TigerView will automatically open the new patient's record.

5. Try acquiring images.
Click on the Acquire button at the bottom of the window. If you don’t see the device you want to use, or if you want to Import images, click on the top of the Acquire button and then click on Import or the device you want to acquire images from.

If you need help, call TigerView Technical Support at 1-800-385-9593 or look at the pages in this manual that deal with how to import images or with your digital imaging device.
6. Once you have acquired an image, open it in the Image Viewer and play with the tools:
Double click on an image on the right side of the TigerView 8 Main Window to open the image in the Image Viewer.
When you have finished trying out the Image Viewer tools, close the Image Viewer window by clicking on the close x in the top right corner of the window.

7. Take a look at the Images Right Click Menu:
Right click one time on an image and the Right Click Menu will display.
8. You've gotten a small look at what's in TigerView 8. There's a lot more to try, such as printing reports, moving images from one patient to another, etc. Take a look at the Table of
Contents in this manual for an overview of the types of things TigerView can do.
